anything that can help? anytime i eat i feel bloated and sometimes get a sick feeling like i've ate way to much even when I don't. i've tried digestive enzymes which seem to work for maybe a week then goes back to normal. same with RPN gut health, it worked great for about a week or so then nada.

it's weird because sometimes i can eat like crazy and not have a problem and some weeks i feel like crap. not to mention my gas could choke a skunk and i cant relieve myself in my car cause it will just linger in there for a good 15 minutes. it's naaaaasty. then maybe 2 or 3 weeks from now i'll be fine. usually i go all out for football on sundays and can eat like 10 pieces of pizza and wings with diet soda with hot wings and hot sauce on the pizza. this past week i ate 2.5 pieces of pizza and 3 wings and i was stuffed beyond belief

what r u currently taking for supplements?

currently just started taking neovar 3 days ago so thats not the problem. have been taking yellow gold, trans-resveratrol only during workout days and forskolin. also take adam multi's. i always seem to feel the effects of supplements for a couple weeks then it seems like my body adapts to them very quickly and i don't see anything

ease up on the pizza and hot wings a bit...maybe spicy foods dont agree with you...also eat smaller, more frequent meals and keep up with the Gut Health and see if that helps.

i only do that on sundays. and it's doesn't bother me at all. its like i go in cycles where sometimes i can eat like crazy i was eating 3,600 cals a day trying to bulk up and then about a month into that i can't eat half that much. today i've had a protein shake a footlong sub from subway a handful of almonds and a glass of milk and i don't feel like i can eat anymore

Mary Jane
Black Hole
Crowler had one for a while. too.

mary jane would speed your metabolism up and basically burn everytihng off you eat, not to mention i'm not in highschool anymore, again blackhole worked for about 3 days then nothing. i don't know if it's an absorption problem or what

oh.. definately drop the forskolin that made huge stomach problems for me, decreased my appetite a lot. take that out.

i can try that. didn't know forskolin had that effect. did it make u smell terrible? not to be gross or anything i can clear out a room for a good 10 minutes

Forskolin can cause stomach discomfort in some, depends on dosage.

I personally have never had a problem eating enough. Try and focus on calorie-dense foods. Go and buy some unrefined coconut oil, and take a tbsp with your meals to help up your cals. 13g fat * 5 meals = 65g = 600ish cals. PB works too.

Alternatively, try eating more smaller meals to help feel less bloated. Do every 2 hours, and try and get 8-9 little meals in. That could work out to 3600 cals easy.

you gotta get it quick before it sells out, it was stocked last time i checked but i guess its all gone.......but they usually get it in really quick!

have you tried ginger tablets yet, they work okay for me, i bought some at hannaford, just take one 500mg tablet every time you eat...........

Since you mention that it happens on and off and with no relation to specific foods, perhaps you have a sensitivity/allergy to some of the foods you are eating? If that's the case, then using a supplement won't help the problem; only eliminating that particular food would (or eating it in smaller doses).

i thought it could be that but my diet doesn't really change its the same foods all the time. but i tend to eat like crazy at night

Perhaps have your bloods done, then, to look for anything unusual re hormones, thyroid, etc.. Also might pay to see a medical professional if this 'problem' persists.
