Speaking of giving away some scoops, I brought 3 ziplocks to work today, each containing 2 scoops of SuperSize. I liked it so much I want my work/lifting buddies to try it :)

I've been taking Ultra Reps at 2 scoops a day since I received it. Well, the first day I only took 1 scoop. Great blueberry flavor. Today I received SuperSize. Thinking of using it tomorrow but tomorrow is a cardio day so I'm not sure about that. Maybe just one scoop or a half scoop. Or one scoop ultra reps and half scoop Supersize. I'm fairly sensitive to certain stimulants. I say certain stimulants because I just recently found that 1,3 dimeth isn't one of those stimulants. I actually have been feeling great taking AI sports motivate. I take 4 caps of that stuff 2-3 times a day. Funny thing is, with my Lit-up samples I took only half a packet and I was all cracked out with rapid heart rate.

I'd say 1 scoop and a half scoop should be good for you to assess how your going to react. Try it and go from there :thumbsup:

Gotta agree with the Grimace, that's how I did it and it went very well, haven't gotten past 1 scoop, feels just right.

What cardio do you do T? I'm thinking about trying the UR + SS Combo for sprints on the weekend. Depends how my legs feel after today's workout.....
 
My tolerance to stims is a bit higher.

I am looking forward to stacking 2 scoops of SuperSize and 1 scoop Ultra Reps.

So one scoop Ultra Reps and 1/2 scoop of SuperSize?. For cardio I do regular steady state. Since I started using the arc training I don't want to use anything else!. It is great for my knees!. Knees bother me on anything but either the elliptical or arc trainer, but arc trainer is the best.
 
i tried it a couple days ago; pumps were freaking insane, energy decent, focus was ridiculous, i was extremely focused, but taste was horrible no way to sugar coat it, thats my honest mini review. it is well worth the asking price no doubt, i still reminisce of those incredible shoulder pumps that made me look like i was wearing shoulder pads. overall id give it 9/10 taste aside

Haha, yeah.... I tried 3 scoops and couldn't hang.

With 2 scoops, I get the right focus needed to do something similar (30 seconds if that between).

It's almost like my mind and muscles need to keep moving and crave that ass whooping!

Yep, should go great for steady state cardio(which by the way is my preferred cardio as well).
I was just wondering if all the slim fx was sent out. I was promised sum to try but haven't seen any yet

I've seen others report them receiving SFX over the past couple of days, so patients freezito. Sounds like they are on their way.

No need to sugar coat it as we love the feedback, as that's what makes people/company's better.

I mix 1/2 a Hawaiian punch single powder packet with it. Sometimes just a pinch of Gatorade powder.

To me, it's about the end results and taste ....well, who likes the taste of Scotch or cigars.. but truly enjoy the end result ;)

absolutely agree... and i mean taste is not really even a setback its just my personal disliking someone else might love who knows but for me it was eww, but yeah for sure one of the best preworkouts no doubt.
 
How many grams of caffeine are in 1 promotional scoop of super size?

2 scoops seem to be the sweet spot for most. I would for sure try 1 scoop first and see how your body handles it.
 
Well I tried the supersize today. I did one scoop and skipped the Ultra Reps today. Shortly after taking it my arms felt kinda pumped. I felt a little bit dizzy too. That passed though. Had an ok workout but nothing special. Definitely like Ultra Reps better. Also I got my Slim FX. I took one when I got home from the gym at about 12:45. Felt somewhat nervous and almost like I was gonna pass out for the last 45 minutes. Now it seems to have passed, but I have some energy.

I gave 3 scoops a go and decided it was overkill and that 2 scoops was the perfect stim/focus boost for an excellent workout. 3 scoops would be used in extreme drag a$$ situations. Lol

You can't judge this by caffeine content. There are other compounds at work here giving much more to the total effects!

I have been in the market for some new pre work outs.

Assault was good just 16oz was a lot to drink.

Jack3d was no fun.

Took me a nice 3-4 week stim break.

We will see how my 2 new AX mixtures pan out for me.
