It's a common polysaccharide, but I don't think it ever got very popular. The structure consists of N-Acetyl-D-glucosamine and b-Glucoronic acid. It may also be sold as the mineral salt Sodium Hyaluronate, which is a good form too. It's like the Cadillac of glucosamine basically and I've seen it work wonders in joint inflammation and connective tissue repair. It's very expensive and I don't have my bulk source anymore so let me look around for it and see what I can find.
