I agree with the supersets, I use them a lot when I cut. You should probably do light cardio 2 days a week just for actual cardiovascular health, unless you are fairly active otherwise... I know you have kids to take care of, so that might be enough cardio for you anyway. :lol:
yeah, the kids run around a lot. they actually had me in the pool for 2 hours at a time over the summer, sometimes twice a day. that's when my diet started getting crazy.
right now, i just chase them around the house and such. they like having me arnold press them. i'll tell ya, the younger one drinks my coffee behind my back, and i get exhausted trying to keep up with him.
