Sunclouds 8 week PULSE : LMG + HAVOC

I agree with the supersets, I use them a lot when I cut. You should probably do light cardio 2 days a week just for actual cardiovascular health, unless you are fairly active otherwise... I know you have kids to take care of, so that might be enough cardio for you anyway. :lol:

yeah, the kids run around a lot. they actually had me in the pool for 2 hours at a time over the summer, sometimes twice a day. that's when my diet started getting crazy.

right now, i just chase them around the house and such. they like having me arnold press them. i'll tell ya, the younger one drinks my coffee behind my back, and i get exhausted trying to keep up with him.

SLDL 115/115/115/125
close grip pullowns - 120/120/120/135 (up 10-20 lbs on two LIGHTEST sets)

straight arm lat pushdown 70/80/80/80

short, sweet, done before G/F complained, which is just the way i like it. 2 supersets missing due to the gym closing early, getting to grandmothers, etc. friday will have more intensity for sure :)

lets say dinner was 4:30pm. half pound of ham, some weird potato dish, some salad that looked like every vegetable except lettuce, and that's it. half an hour ago (6:30), i ate 5 pieces of french toast, and two sausage links.

before i go to bed, its one more meal. not snacking today, just 6 monster meals :)

sadly, it was during my tren cycle that i learned that food was the anabolic. PH can help put that size on, but diet makes or breaks your gains. 1/2 pound steak pre bed with some peas will complete my day, which will be in about an hour :)

True that man, how weight have you gained? Im sure your strength has been going up every workout.
 
moderate strength gains, probably about 20-30 pounds on major lifts in a month, 8 pounds of mass, and i'm leaning out a little bit. pretty happy so far.

this is 1 month to the day from when i started, so i have my work cut out for me if i want to get 12 more pounds next month :)

DB arnold press 40/45/45/45 (last set, 7 reps. dunno if its a PR - every set up 5 lbs)
DB incline bench 55/55/55/55 (up 10 lbs for two sets!)
cable front delt raises 25/30/30/30 (nothing, front delts are fried)
decline barbell bench 225/235/235/245 (up 10 lbs for one - this is my tricep pre fatigue mid set madness)
cable side delt raises 30/30/30/35 (7 reps on last set, up 5 lbs)
cable crossovers 70/70/70/70 (like candy! up 5 lbs for all 4 sets!)
wide grip pullovers 50/50/60/60 (nothing. did pullovers at home before the gym with my kids on me - BW + 70 lbs on the total gym)
cable upright rows 70/80/80/90 (up 10 lbs for one)
cable rear delt raises 20/20/20/25 all ten reps this time on last set
preacher curls 75/80/85/85 (up 5 for two)

i feel like i got hit by a truck right now. chest/shoulders are super tense. front delt pump like no other. moderate pump elsewhere - pecs are hard to the touch without being flexed. these are the workouts that motivate me to push even harder! insanity!

thanks brotha. i made fridays workout so it would hit a little bit of everything. chest/shoulders obviously. triceps really feel something from the increased range of motion + the decline bench. small bicep work to again, get the pump going.

i'm under the impression, with PH/PS/AAS, that the compound binds to any receptor available, which is mostly the muscles with an increase in blood flow, so friday's workout specifically targets a larger range of muscle groups than any other. usually, this is a pulse day :)

its not science yet, but its a growing hypothesis of mine.

for some reason, my knees are swelling and hurting a lot today. yesterday it was really bad. is it possible for it to be sleep related?

95/135/135/185

legs said there's no way. set of 185 was quite painful. that takes out legs to any degree. bleh. back workout to follow sans deads (knees again).

chin ups bw + 35/35/35/37.5 (up 5 on lightest, up 2.5 on highest)
t-bar row 115/115/125/135 nada
lat pull down 120/120/130/130 (up 5 lbs for one, 10 lbs for one)
bent over rows 115/125/125/135 (up 10 lbs for two)

total time, 14 minutes. not too bad considering. megadosing vitamins and flax/fish oil as we speak, which hopefully will let me go balls to the wall on thursdays leg/back.

Sorry to hear about the knees Sun. I'm going through the same thing. Its actually gotten so bad I've given up squats and only squeak out a couple sets of leg extensions.

I've read Glucosamine/MSM and Cissus were the way to go. Cissus did not help me, but supposedly it works for some.

The other thing I've read about is that the middle quad often causes knee problems when it is too tight. Try stretching your quads out and using a foam roller on the middle one and your IT band (along the outside of the leg).

thanks brotha. the way i see it, there's no reason to take anything, especially a prohormone, if you're not going to push yourself each and every day!

the moment i can't gain on any exercise in a day, is when i start PCT early - no reason to screw up my hormonal balance, if i'm not willing or able to push those weights around.
 
so tuesday was a decent workout. wednesday i just didn't feel it. told myself i would hit the gym up on thursday instead, finishing my week off on saturday. so thursday rolls around, and i tried doing my arms, and i almost blacked out.

now i know i have a cold of sorts, but at the rate i heal, i figured no big deal - until thursday. so today, i hit up the doctor, and i have "walking pneumonia".

two weeks of rest is what the doc said - azithromax and codeine to keep me from coughing all night. question here is what to do with the pulse? take a week or two off and resume the pulse, or just drop it? i have no shutdown as of yet, and my last dose (monday), so i don't think PCT is really necessary. thoughts?

If you need to take 2 weeks off, I would say to cut the cycle short, do a minor pct and rest up. No reason to be sick on cycle, especially with a respiratory illness. 2 weeks is too long to bounce on and off cycle again... you could really mess yourself up. You do need some sort of PCT, maybe not a SERM, but at least something to kickstart your HPTA... maybe trib and ATD, or PCS and Trib. Even though it is a pulse, you still have been manipulating your hormones... don't hurt yourself by being lazy with the PCT. Rest up, wait a month, and hop back on where you left off. I say drop the MaxLMG and run Mdrol. :twisted:

Just make sure you have a SERM onhand (I know you do) in case the PCS and trib isn't enough. Best of luck, and great job on this cycle... to bad it had to end early.

You should hit timberlakers up about it. I gave him about 45 tabs I had left of Epi... if he got 30 more he would about have a good little cycle on hand.
