Summer Fun with Primordial and ForeRunner

Probably take September off of everything except the very basics just to give the body a chance to level itself.

From there I have an 8 week Initimidate/Licogenix/and the new PNI fat burner run in store.

After that, if the November elections pass here in CA and my school year (and paycheck) is funded 100%, I want to do an 8 week AndroHard/AndroLean run for Nov/Dec or Dec/Jan and run it as 3/3 for now and then do another run at 3/6 next summer.

I'm currently open to suggestions as well. Only as long as there are no back pumps and lethargy. I can deal with raised blood pressure but the other two mess me up too much. I can't move like I want with my 3 year old and my wife hates it when I nap all the time, lol.

A man of your stature will need AndroLean and AndroHard ran at 6/6 for 8 weeks and I will personally see to it that you able to afford this endeavor.

-Matt

Huge thanks from all three of you for your support through this.

The 6/6 is something I would like to knock out and love to do it twice. I think a 6/6 this winter and a 6/6 the following summer would be one hell of a back to back to help me achieve my goals. Not to forget that it gives me some good PCT time, some good off time, and some time for minor tweeks along the way.

Yes Matt, I will take you up on the offer for both winter and summer, please let me know what I need to do. PP has become a company I trust. Not only the products but those of you that stand behind the products.

Day 20 PCT: Unscheduled Rest

Shoulders were supposed to get hit but I have a long time friend coming into town this evening for dinner. Just to make this rest day a bit more enjoyable, I'm fully carbing tonight which mean arms should be a lot of fun tomorrow afternoon.

PCT Week 3 (11) Reflection:

Thursday August 23rd, 331 lbs.

Strength: Mmm. Happy to be lifting where I left off a few weeks ago.

Recovery: Minimal soreness and it’s a good soreness. Recovery between sets this past week has definitely increased.

Pump/Vascularity: Pump has been insane due to Volatile, it’s doing its job.

Mood/Aggression: Great mood all day long. Volatile gets the agg going for lifting quite nicely.

Energy/Focus: Very good all day long. The addition of Volatile in the PM for workouts has really had a dramatic benefit in helping me get into a zone and getting through workouts after teaching for most of the day.

Noticeable Changes in Appearance: The boys are hanging mighty low and feeling full.

Libido: No complaints. I am definitely rolling on all cylinders this week.

Odds ‘N’ Ends: Can’t believe that the ride is nearly over. Starting to think about what I may run here later this year. Right now, as I stated earlier, an eight week AH/AL at a 3/3 dosing schedule might be in order for this winter just to help get me through the winter months. But with Matt's recent offer, I'd love to hit it at 6/6 both winter and summer to see what the possibilities would be first hand.

Yea we can make that happen as I want you to get the most from the products and use them to their full potential.

Let me ask you this --- what is your ultimate goal in the next year?

Ultimate goal for the next year is to get to a solid 275, maybe even 250 if I can stay on track. In losing that weight, I want to try to keep the majority of my strength, something that usually diminishes when I lose. I also want to enjoy myself while doing it.

The past 12 months have been very good for me as far as reflecting. I know I over eat so I now eat something every hour. I now try not to eat after 7 and try to get to bed by 9 which allows me to skip the late night snacks. Cardio has taken a new priority since June and I'm currently debating with myself on how I lift and making changes to help me over the next year. Please feel free to ask me anything else that might help.

And thanks again for your time and insight.

Notes:
*Great workout. Pumps were insane, felt large and in charge. Again, one of those afternoons where the weight felt natural to move.

Reflections:

*Cardio: Due to new time constraints with work and family, I've decided to hit whatever machine for 20 minutes and make sure I increase my level every week or two. Though I do enjoy the long 1 hour sessions, it's just not going to work right now.

*Lifting: Got lucky and no issues with my forearm. I've decided that I need to tone things down. So I'll be working with lighter weights, 10 reps, and 4 to 5 exercises. I'm going to start really focusing on contractions and the mind/muscle connection as my workaround to the injury. I'm really hoping that I'll see some growth and my forearm will heal in the meantime.

I'm starting to switch gears and that's taken the last few weeks for me to get this into my head. Now that my strength has increased and the majority of it has stayed through PCT, I'm going to take it down a notch for a few months. My goal is to lift moderately in comparison to the PR's I've set the past three months and really focus on that mind/muscle connection and feeling the contractions. To keep myself happy, I'll choose 1 exercise to go heavy and then 3 to 4 more where I go moderate. I may even start incorporating more dumbbells as well. It should be the best of both worlds if I am able to get it to work for me.

I'm hoping that my body will enjoy the time off, I can keep my strength up, see some additional growth all while I try to continue this road to 275 or even 250 this next year. Not sure how long I want to do this though. At minimum it will be 3 months so that the forearm will heal but if things are going in the right direction I may extend it.

Holy sh*t bruh. That's a lot of volume.

What have you had from Russian river? Since they don't distribute very far east(Ohio) I've only had the Consecration. Loved it. But supplication sounds like it would be right up my alley.

Try to find Pliney the Elder. It's the top ranked beer in the world.

February it's Pliney the Younger but you've got to be at the brewery to get some the past few years...

Day 22 PCT: Rest

Water the garden, hang with the family, dread going grocery shopping, and enjoying the day with no soreness!

Day 23 PCT: Rest

Lawn mowed.

Last dose of TCF1 all gone, oh how I will miss thee.

Unfortuantely, I have not encountered the Pliney the elder yet, and I have a decent amount of retail outlets for high end micro brews. Always been curious, no beer has received the amount of praise consistent with that beer.

*Learning routine for my sister in laws wedding... Wii Katy Perry for what it's worth... Shoot me now!

Notes:
*The most craptastic workout since week 3.
**No focus and no drive but energy was good. I think part of it was due to me changing a few things and not being mentally prepared for it. I usually do my bench and inclines on the Smithmachine. Today normal barbell and dumbbells. Don't think I should have done this. It threw me off for the rest of the afternoon AND I messed my forearm up again. Nagging injuries FTW!
***Next week I'll go back to my norms and focus on the contractions instead of changing my routine and doing so.
****Last dose of EndoAmp Max taken this AM.

Sorry to continue off topic, but I just came to the realization last night that a restaurant the gf and I will be eating at next month serves it. Very excited.

Off topic is where it's at! And I am stoked you get to try the Pliney as it is truly a delight and something that you won't mind paying for. By far one of my favorites of all time.

Oh no, after all of my excitement yesterday: HEART BREAK. So the reviews for the restaurant mention it (yelp reviews), but it is not listed on the beer list. Fingers crossed I guess.

I have never came across a bottle of either Pliney. Good luck HTS, give us your thoughts on it if you get a bottle.

**Definitely feeling human again. Nice part is my strength gains have not diminished that much.
***First time I have squatted without the Smith Machine in a long time. Felt really good.
****Tomorrow is a forced off day again. Back to School Night, yea me! I'll post my final review of PCT sometime soon.

PCT Week 4 (12) Final Reflection: Ending weight - 331 lbs.

Strength: I am one hell of a happy camper. The majority of the strength gains I made over the course of the cycle have stayed with me through PCT.

Recovery: Everything feels like it’s gone back to normal. I’ve been sleeping quite well with a little soreness from the previous day’s workout. Time between sets has increased. Yep, I am human. Now someone take away this kryptonite!
Pump/Vascularity: With the addition of the Volatile the pump has been great with each workout. As I have stated, this will be used routinely. This past week though that new vascularity in the chest/shoulders/arms is starting to come back; I am quite pleased with that.

Mood/Aggression: Great. I’ve enjoyed myself throughout the entire 12 weeks.

Energy/Focus: Very good. Was decent pre-Volatile but has ramped up the past couple of weeks. Yes I’ve had a few bad days here and there but overall I’ve enjoyed myself.

Noticeable Changes in Appearance: Not much change the past 4 weeks. There is some additional separation but nothing huge that makes you say DAMN. Pants do feel looser around the midsection. Shirts are tighter in the shoulder region. I’m kind of liking it.

Libido: No complaints from the wife. Definitely rolling like I was pre-cycle.

Odds ‘N’ Ends: Great strength stack with a complete PCT which was easy to use. Mixed pretty well (Toco likes to clump) and goes great with OJ. The SA dried quickly and my wife never noticed any sort of smell. That’s huge in our household. The hardest part was using the SA after the little one went to bed; so application time in the evenings was different each night.

Future: I am going to try for a yearlong journey to get back down to 275/250 or so before I try another bulk run again. The past 12 weeks have been a pleasant start to this new goal. As long as I can maintain my strength with the weight loss, I’ll be able to keep my sanity. I’m also hoping that the weight loss will help improve the stress my joints were going through during this time. Again, I give props to both PP and FRL for putting out some quality products with minimal sides. And getting older, minimal sides are the biggest benefit to me.

With being unsure about what CA’s Nov elections hold and not knowing how deep of a pay cut I’m in for, it looks like September will be a staples month. Figured that would let my body really get back to normal whether I like it or not. Oct/Nov I should be playing with a stack of Intimidate/Licogenix and either PNI’s new fat burner or PES’ Alphamine. Once November gets done and I know what the future is like, I will definitely be in the mood for the 6/6 AndroHard/Lean stack and hope to be able to line that up for late winter and then again next summer when I have a lot of time to dedicate to myself.

Thanks to all that stayed on board throughout this little endeavor. Your input, advice, and encouragement made the ride that much more enjoyable.

One hell of an update.

Thanks HTS.

Looking forward to that Pliney review!

Oh, and I am waddling already. Should be interesting with Back to School Night going on...

Thanks Was. Should have another log here soon with PNI. No rest for the wicked!

One week on basics... Arrgh. I'm feeling pretty normal. Regular soreness. Strength is up for the most part which is good. Once the PNI log starts, I'll link it here for those that want to cruise along for the ride.

I am about 1 week into pct....and want to go crawling back.

Yep. I love the 'on' feeling. September is just going to be a long, lame month with nothing. I've just got to wait it out until Dec. then I'm planning on that first AH/AL run for a full 8 weeks. Now if I could only hit fast forward and get there!

Some "on feelings" can suck though....like M1T and SD for some people etc....

Now being 'ON" with testosterone, tren, AndroHARD, Proviron etc.... thats a great thing to experience.

The others I mentioned make life terrible from lethargy, no appetite, depression etc....

Quoted for truth!

I dont think anything will match someones FIRST experience with legit testosterone enan or cyp at 350mg or higher.....

You will be finding 'things' attractive you would have NEVER acted on had that test been in your blood

Whats in the PNI stack?

I supposed to be logging PNI's Thermodex here soon. Unfortunately it hasn't arrived yet and it's starting to push the next couple of months of things I want to try off schedule.

The good news though it will let me try to hold onto as many of them hard earned pennies this month so I can run the AL/AH this winter. I'm really looking forward to running another round of PP. I have not been let down by anything I've tried this past year.

HTS - ever get that pint of Pliny?
