37yo male, Labs show Total Test 995ng/dL and Free Test 106.7 pg/mL completely natural. I used K1ngs Blood in 2018 and experienced decent gains and motivation. Recently tried Tongkat Ali/ashwaganda and didn’t notice much. Goal is to bulk up this winter and wondering if there is better options than KB thst won’t effect my natural production when cycling off. Any suggestions?
 
What is your current diet like?
WIth your intake are you gaining? Maintaining? Losing?
Are you covering your bases with stress management, sleep, and making priorities for recovery?
First is establishing a proper caloric surplus and making sure the diet and training are in check (as you probably know you can't supplement a bad diet).

Most people don't always precise their bases (Diet and training) and just right to supplements (powders or pills) to try and get them over the hump.

If they are covered there are some good options out there.

I am personally a major fan of @dsade and his BMP 2.0 and MyoSynergy
One last option I would suggest is Morphogen Morphobolic

There are a lot of differences in different types of Tongkat Ali and Ashwagandha so I wouldn't discount all types of either based off of just trying certain ones, especially if they are just generic options. Ashwagandha for example - different standardizations can have completely different benefits like KSM-66 is great for natural testosterone optimization and okay for stress, whereas Sensoril is great for stress and anxiety but does little if anything for testosterone.

Optimize-T &/or M-Test and Anabolic Effect would be a great stack.

Optimize-T and M-Test are both great natural testosterone boosters. M-Test has been out for years and is one of the most popular natural testosterone boosters with people here on AM. Optimize-T is newer and utilizes a mostly different ingredient profile. It really isn't a matter of one being definitively better than the other, its a matter of which works best for the individual.

Anabolic Effect is a great natural anabolic muscle builder. People typically run it from 8 to 16 weeks. Most people can start to tell a difference in the first week but it really starts to kick in great around week 3 for most people.
