Alrighty, notes from last night:

More workout notes

Really felt well, so I added a second set of super set stuff. Was getting crazy pumps all night, actually stopped a few times to let it mellow out. Did my first few sets of each and felt like I really hadn't done anything, but my arms showed different. My one buddy asked how I was liking this stack, then I showed him my arms, and he was like, "That says it all." Indeed it does.

My girlfriend thinks I look a bit more "Chiseled", but I told her she has me confused with someone else. I didn't know you could chisel play-dough, thought you chiseled granite? Anyways, enough with the funny. I'm up around 2 lbs. now, and looking leaner to boot, color me impressed. Strength keeps going up as well, so is my endurance, motivation and desire to cave someone's skull in at the slightest provocation. Libido has gradually been tapering, I find myself not wanting to leave the gym. A vide game I've been waiting for (Red Alert 3) came out, and heck, I can't see me playing it anytime soon, I don't even want to, just want to work out. Carb intake is pretty much making me the 500 and a few calories over my normal daily intake, but, I can't see any negative results, so I'm gonna keep it up. Still kinda getting lethargic around noon, but if I can grab a quick power nap, I'm good to go the rest of the day. It's not as bad as it had been, but when it hits, I gotta crash then. Overall, I'm very pleased from the results so far, and can't wait to push it come next phase. Take care!!
 
Whoops, almost forgot about the lethargy thing. Not so much all the time now, hits me hard about 10-11 A.M., after being up since 2 A.M., then again near evening. Not as bad if I grab a power nap around 11 for 40 minutes, but am always real groggy when I wake up from the nap, not usually like that, but the results I'm getting are so worth it.
Whats causing the lethargy in your opinion?

DTH = 1/1/1, Morning, mid-day, evening
Sunami = 1/0/1 Morning, evening.

Cardio

Hopped on the elliptical for a few today, typical workout of 10 minutes HIIT, then 10 minutes steady state stuff. Added some abs stuff into the mix.

Workout Notes

Cardio felt real good today, pretty much felt like cake. Asthma is kickin up a bit with the weather getting colder, then warmer crap, so was breathing a bit more than usual. Other than that, nothing to really report.

Wow, the aggression is getting nuts, seriously. I don’t mind it, it’s kinda a challenge to keep my mouth shut now, along with not blasting someone for stupid crap, like trying to check out in the line that clearly says 10 items, but hey have ohhh, say roughly 30!! I actually said something to someone today about that, and they just smiled, oh well, I tried. Wasn’t rude, just kinda reminded them they might wanna brush up on some on some math skills. Anyhow, all kinds of stoked about my Saturday workout, I expect to smash some PR’s. Skin is still oily. Sleep has been great, along with recovery. Libido isn’t what it first was, but that’s fine, I’m enjoying the other benefits more. Thanks for watching!!
 
Whats causing the lethargy in your opinion?

Not sure, but I suspect increased growth factor, since my sleep is very sound, more so than usual. I'm no expert, but that's my suspicion. It feels real similar to when I was taking Mucuna pruriens at night and got woken up from deep sleep. I see the stack has that ingredient, but I like the results it provides, so no worries. At times it's annoying feeling like I just woke up, but it passes once I nap, or just man up and deal with it. Also found I can get by with less sleep while on this stack too.

I was going to say adrenal fatigue, but that usually hits mid-afternoon. Do you have a large carb breakfast? That can cause a slump 2 hrs post.

Well, caffeine still hits me like a ton of bricks, so I would hope not, but I don't know there. It isn't getting worse, so that's good. In the begining, wasn't there for like the first week, then pow, there it was. On days I don't take any of the stack, it's not so bad. Please, don't think I am dissing this stuff, I feel it's just a good side effect, meaning it's working based on why I feel I'm being tired. I could be dead wrong, since I'm no expert, but that's my opinion. Seems to hit me real hard after about 10A.M., but then again, I've been up since 2A.M. It goes away if I crash for a few, but it comes back towards evening. Downing some JP8 takes care of that for rest of the day, no matter what time I hit the hay. Tomorrow I might have some time to look into the matter more. I will have to research some ideas on that. Toyed around with thyroid, but pretty sure that's not it. If I have carbs at breakfast, it's either whole grains, like a kaishi bar/Fiber One bar or oatmeal, and not the sugary kind, so I would say my carbs are in line there, but it's a good idea, so thanks man!! I never really have fast carbs in the morning, or during the day, so I won't crash later. Only time I may do that is possibly pre, but usually post workout. I need to look up some thing online, but my time is so damn limited right now, it gets tough. So I really appreciate all you guys taking time out of your very busy schedules to try and lend a hand, that's spot on of ya!!

Haha, yeah I feel ya there!! Considering putting a "Do not disturb" sign on the door and gaming after my Saturday workout all damn day ( and night too if the gf is away,lol). I"m really anticipating Diablo 3, Diablo 2 stole a year of my life. Then there's Starcraft 2......

I seem to be getting some lethargy now aswell on my current dose of 2/2/1 DTH and 1/1/1 Sunami. There was no lethargy whatsoever on 2/1/1 DTH and 1/1/1 Sunami.. Maybe the dose you're taking is on the high side (lethargy wise) for you like apparently the one I'm taking now is for me?
 
Good idea 1HP. I was doing only 2 of both per day, but then the mood and such kinda went away, so I upped my DTH by 1, aggression came into play, then want back to being lethargic after a few days, then cut the Sunami to only 1, and still the same, so I'm a bit puzzled, but I will have time to check out some ideas tonight, finally!! Thanks for the input man!!
 
Hmm maybe 2 DTH / 3 Sunami? I feel way better on 3 Sunami then on 2.. The difference is not subtle.
 
Hmmm or, apart from going from 4 to 5 DTH I added the JP8/NOS ETHER..... Maybe something in there causes lethargy in some combination with something else??

Day off from DTH, felt good all day, oddly was very tired, not lethargic. Checked out some movies, then went out with the little lady for some Halloweening fun (yes, I’m a kid at heart). The way I figure it, growing old is mandatory, but growing up is optional. Really excited about benching tomorrow, can’t wait!! Hope you guys have a safe and fun Halloween!!

Well, what more can I say? Busted out a few PR’s today, that always helps. Felt like takin on the world going in to today’s workout, and it showed. Everything felt great, and nothing got me down. Just couldn’t get crushed, and I really tried today. Granted, going up 10lbs on bench isn’t much to you guys, but to me, it’s the best thing since sliced bread. That brings my total up to an increase in 20lbs roughly, and I’m thrilled!! Took me a month with the help of this stack, so, needless to say, I’m quite stoked. Endurance was nuts, and focus was laser-like. Just can’t say enough good things, or stop talking about it, to the fact my girlfriend is getting annoyed. Simply awesome today!!

Went back to almost my beginner dosing of the stack today, no lethargy whatsoever!! Was in a great mood all damn day, no feeling like nappy time ‘til I got ready for bed, even not much then. Apparently, I may have just needed a day off, which has gotten me to thinking that perhaps I may have to take more time off, like maybe run it 2 days on, 1 day off? Chuck and Trip, what’s your take on this guys? Today felt like the very 1st time I took the stack, no joke, and was wondering if you guys have any input on using it like this? I’m just trying to find what works best for me. Seems like the longer I stay on it, the more pronounced my lethargy gets, but that’s the only side effect so far, and it doesn’t affect my lifts or work whatsoever, kinda funny, but oh well. Awesome, thanks a ton, great to know. I kinda figured it would be okay. Man, after a day off, the next day on it hits me just like the 1st time, I love it!! 3DTH is pretty much the max I can ever see myself needing, not sure about Sunami yet, but 1/0/1 seems ot work well for me. With 3DTH, it's all I can do not to rail someone for stupid crap, and my libido starts to drop a wee bit on 3 as well. The Sunami is just along for the ride, but what a great ride it makes!! Very pleased with this stack, can't really think of any cons so far, doubt I will.

Thanks big guy!! yeah, I live in a rather well known college town, where people tend to get their degrees in partyology 101. Got lots of friends who drink, but I rarely do, hell, a six pack would last me a year!! Soooo, needless to say, I'm usually busy around last call on the weekends. Most sorry to hear about your friend, hope they threw the book at the person that did it. I seriously have zero tolerance for drunk drivers, it is 100% preventable. Just typing about it has me slamming my keyboard ala 1HP (shameless plug there,lol). In all seriousness though, that's a big pet no-no in my book, and I feel no sympathy for the people who get caught. There are times when I'm like "eff, I'm too tired" but then I realize they're being responsible by calling me, so I need to be responsible and man up.

Acne is on the increase, but on a good note, whatever takes the eyes off the nose works for me,lol. Back to being a bit fidgety today, glad I keep a punching bag near my computer, not so much for this, but for those computer games that "Cheat". Beats busting a keyboard, mouse, or monitor, especially now, unless they're a friends keyboard,mouse or monitor, then it's okay.

Man, it was so on today!! Everything just clicked, and I was in the zone, working like a well oiled machine. Not gonna lie, back day is one of my favorites. Decided to throw caution to the wind, and go at it with all cylinders. No rack pulls today though, just for that reason. I felt too amped for that, if you know what I mean. Today is the first day since starting this stack that I took my old dose of JP8 (1.5 scoops vs. the current 1), and WOW!! If it wasn’t bolted down, I was trying to row it. Seriously. After every set, I was literally looking for what else I could lift. This was by far the nuttiest, craziest back workout I’ve done in a while, fatigue was minimal, I couldn’t believe I had even lifted any weight at all, that good!! Some of the regulars where asking me “What the hell is up with you today?” Never juiced, and never will, but that was the look they were giving me, even though they know I’m natty all the way. I could go on and on, but you guys are getting the point by now. Back was so pumped, it was sweet!!

In addition to the above, no, I didn’t honk in the waste basket, but came close. Alpha male mentality in full effect, to the nth degree. Literally wanted to throw down with anyone, all day. This is by far the most aggression/rage I’ve had since being on this stack. Kinda the rage you have when you go for the last slice of pizza in the fridge, and some a-hole has eaten it and left the empty box, plus took the coupons off the box, and drank all the soda except for just enough to coat the bottom of the 2 litre bottle, and you wanna drink it, but you know they drank outta the bottle, so you don’t. Kinda like that, but amplified so many more times. Really, I don’t know how I kept from lighting everyone up today. Haven’t been this pissed off since I saw 2 Santa Clause’s in the mall at once!! Almost wished I was lethargic today, so I coulda slept the rage off, but I wasn’t. Took my 1st dose after I’d been up for a bit, instead of first thing, wonder if that made a difference in no lethargy? Got a bit more acne today than I’ve had, but no biggie. Loving this stack!!

Thank you, thank you!! I'm humbled!! Seriously though, I was so angry all day yesterday, today isn't near as bad, aside from what life has thrown at me. Glad I waited 'til I got to work to pop my dose. Went out to get in my car, and they were putting a "boot" on it for not paying a parking ticket. Funny thing is, I was getting ready to punk whoever it was, cause all I could see was a few flashlight beams, and some dark shadows moving next to my car, with no other vehicles around. They seemed to be making enough noise, so I came around the back of the car ready to beat @ss, and lo and behold, there they were putting the boot on in all it's glory. I couldn't resist, so I cleared my throat real loud, and said " can I help you guys?" LMAO, I've never seen a fat rent-a-cop jump so high in my life, he hit his head on my inside fender well real hard, and his assistant turned around so fast I could swear he got whiplash. Almost made it worth the money, almost. The of course, I get asked the most intelligent question of the day, "What am I doing here?" For a moment, I thought about all the funny things I would say, Like. "I'm here for the parade" or something like that, then, I realized, I should just call a cab and get off to work before I pound these 2 guys into a grease stain, so that's what I did. Pretty much what I almost always do, 10 minutes HIIT, 10 minutes steady state, then repeat. Tonight, only did half though, just didn't take the time with so much stuff going on, I know it's an excuse, but oh well.

Left out my mid-day dose, was feeling plenty well without it, given the circumstances. Everything is pretty much where it has been on this stack, but no real lethargy to report, which is cool I suppose. Can't wait for shoulders and traps tomorrow!!
 
Thanks, I've got no complaints there, wiht using 2 each per day. Did make notes when I went to 3, that's realy rough on controlling my temper at that dose, but man, do I tear it up at the gym!!

Shoulders/Traps, straight sets.

Sorry guys, but really busy tonight, so I have to make this short and sweet. Broke all previous shoulder/Traps PR’s easily, averaging 5lbs to 15lbs (laterals and Barbell press) just to name a few. Got killer pumps throughout the workout, delts and traps felt like they were gonna blow!! Loved this shoulder workout, sure I could have pushed more weight had a waited a day or 2 from being off my job, as my shoulders get pounded there. I will try to post a detailed workout log later tonight, or early tomorrow. I left out the Sunami today, I wanted pure aggression. Thanks guys, and take care!!

Do you notice an immediate boost in agression with just 1 day off Sunami?

I think it's kind of interesting that you can tune your emotional state day by day just like you want it.

Dosage increases/decreases of DTH takes 2 days to fully kick in for me, I notice Sunami dose changes on the same day already.
 
Towards mid-day I noticed a distinct "Don't eff with me" aggression increase. For me, one day off the whole stack seems to work well, when I get back on it, hits me just like the very first time. I'm actually considering doing like 2 days on, 1 day off, or something like that, at least with this stack. After being on it for a few days, all I want to do is whoop @ss, lift,sleep and make out with the little lady, but gets more centered on the sleep part the longer I'm on it. I know good things are happening, just gotta figure out if countering the lethargy is counter-productive, which I think it is. Gonna give DTH2010 a go next. I find that being on this stack makes me more inclined to say and act on what's going through my head at the moment, such as telling someone to bugger off. Worst part is, I don't want to say anything, just wanna surprise em' with an elbow to the face.

Cardio

Same as usual, 10 HIIT and 10 minutes steady state. Felt good, trucked through it in anticipation of my arm workout on Saturday.

Other Notes

Took the day off from the stack, really wanted it to hit me for my arms workout, and I'm sure it will. Mood was pretty close ot the same as on the stack, I'm betting it takes a few days for everything to normalize again, which I will find out soon after Sunday. I wanted to try this stack for a full workout cycle, and Sunday pretty much is hte end of my cycle, so we'll see.

Workout #27

DTH = 1/1/1, Morning, mid-day, evening.
Sunami = 1/0/1, Morning, evening.

Arms, Straight sets routine.

Standing Barbell Curls (a tad narrower than shoulder width).
150*x5, 120x8, 100x10, 80x12. Roughly 1 minute rest between sets

Lying Barbell Nose-Breakers.
130*x4, 120x7, 100x10, 80x12. Roughly 1 minute rest between sets.
3 minutes moderate cardio

Incline Alternating dumbell curls.
60*x5, 45x8, 40x10. 1 minute rest between sets.

Overhead Triceps Rope extensions.
80*x5, 70x7, 55x10. 1 minute rest between sets.
3 minutes moderate cardio.

Machine Preacher Curls.
220x5**(maxed out the machine!!), 190x8, 150x10. 1 minute rest between sets.

Cable triceps Pressdowns.
130*x5, 110x8, 90x10. 1 minute rest between sets.
3 minutes moderate cardio.

Seated Incline Cable Rope Hammer Curls.
85*x6, 70x8, 60x10, 55x10. One of my favs, so I added a set. 1 minute rest between sets.

Reverse Grip Triceps Cable Pressdowns.
100*x6, 85x8, 75x10, 70x10. Figured I shouldn’t cheat my tri’s, so I added a set here as well.
3 minutes moderate cardio.

Standing Alternating Dumbell Curls (drop sets). Just felt like I could do arms forever, so I added some stuff.
65x5, 50x5, 40x6, 30x6, 20x10.

Bent over Triceps Kickbacks (drop sets). Same as above.
40x6, 35x3,30x2, 20x5, 15x6.

Standing Barbell curl (cheat with some body English, wanted to struggle the whole way).
150x1, 150x1. Biceps felt ready to pop, hurt so bad.

Lying barbell Nose-Breakers ( assisted, wanted to struggle the whole way).
130x1, 130x1. Same as above, my arms were killing me.

Needless to say, color me impressed. I got to the gym feeling pissed at the world and the situations I had been put in, usually, I take it easy when I’m feeling that way, as I don’t want to get hurt by trying to over-doing it with the anger clouding my judgement. Today was not that day. I was determined to either bust some PR’s or my arms, so something was gonna give, and it hopefully wouldn’t be my arms. Seemed like I could have lifted for hours, and honestly, this is one of the few workouts that I consciously walked out on, I just couldn’t believe the volume/intensity of the work I was doing, and how I felt like I had just warmed up. Granted, I could see my weights going down, but not too much for the work I was doing. Thought it was best so as to avoid injuring myself. I would have to say that I at least seemed to added an inch to my arms from the pumps alone. It was unreal!! Lots of times, I ahd to stretch them out between sets, or while I was doing cardio, they were huge!! My pre-workout was 2 scoops of JP8, the most I have ever taken to date, and I can’t see myself ever really taking that much again, it was literally very scary at how focused, energizer bunny like I was. Combined with the stack, and my mood, it was kinda like adding gasoline to a fire. I think I also got scared worrying about how sore I was gonna be the next day too, hehe, that might have played a part as well. Guess I should have just nutted up.

Other Notes

Man, it was a great arms workout, but a crappy last few days, so I’m batting 50% right now. I would have to say this has been the best workout since starting this stack, for the simple reason that I felt I could have went on forever. People kept gawking at me, and I could tell they thought something was up, it’s crazy how much this stack has helped me in and out of the gym. You can’t help but get noticed with this stack after the first week or so as you blow past your old PR’s, I never really noticed it until I was working out with some of the regulars, who stopped to comment. Most of them were saying it looks like I had lost weight, but I’ve gained nearly 2 lbs. but I can tell I’ve lost some pudge, which rocks. Actually had a few more guys come up to me and ask what my “New” trick was, that I wasn’t talking to anyone like I normally was, and that I looked real pissed off. Told ‘em about the stack, and that I was quite angry at the moment, and you know what they said? “Test does that, how long you been on cycle?” No joke, that’s what these guys said, I kid you not. I have for the record never taken gear, and I was so angry that I coulda stomped a mud puddle in their butts and walked it dry. Figured I’d waste some time to explain that Diesel Test Hardcore is not what they thought, but they weren’t listening with their ears, but with their mouths. They heard “Test” and that was all they needed to hear I suppose. Obviously, this didn’t help my mood what-so-ever, so I went out to my ride, grabbed DTH and Sunami, brought it back in to show them so they could see the ingredients, seemed then they started to understand. When they asked how much it cost, I told em’. Their response, “Why not just get the real deal for that amount of cake?” I told them without missing a beat, “I did” and hit the locker room. The fact that these guys were to young to even be taking this stuff, let alone gearing up, left me in awe. I get tired of the butt dumplings that think dedication,devotion and determination come in a pill or syringe, it doesn’t!!! Enough ranting for now. Other than that, still have all the good effects from this stack, along with the oily skin and some mild acne, but it’s soooo worth it. Thanks for watching, more to come!!
