Alrighty, notes from last night:
More workout notes
Really felt well, so I added a second set of super set stuff. Was getting crazy pumps all night, actually stopped a few times to let it mellow out. Did my first few sets of each and felt like I really hadn't done anything, but my arms showed different. My one buddy asked how I was liking this stack, then I showed him my arms, and he was like, "That says it all." Indeed it does.
Other notes
My girlfriend thinks I look a bit more "Chiseled", but I told her she has me confused with someone else. I didn't know you could chisel play-dough, thought you chiseled granite? Anyways, enough with the funny. I'm up around 2 lbs. now, and looking leaner to boot, color me impressed. Strength keeps going up as well, so is my endurance, motivation and desire to cave someone's skull in at the slightest provocation. Libido has gradually been tapering, I find myself not wanting to leave the gym. A vide game I've been waiting for (Red Alert 3) came out, and heck, I can't see me playing it anytime soon, I don't even want to, just want to work out. Carb intake is pretty much making me the 500 and a few calories over my normal daily intake, but, I can't see any negative results, so I'm gonna keep it up. Still kinda getting lethargic around noon, but if I can grab a quick power nap, I'm good to go the rest of the day. It's not as bad as it had been, but when it hits, I gotta crash then. Overall, I'm very pleased from the results so far, and can't wait to push it come next phase. Take care!!
