Just got back form all the eating and visiting today, hope everyone's Thanksgiving went as well as mine!! All stoked about the NP sales starting tomorrow,and for some going on today. Might have to wake up early to get in on the goodness!!

Yeah, I believed, ya, was just getting my body used to them gradually. This stuff really is the cat's @$$ for pumps!! The price it's listed at is great as well. Very economical for me, of course though, I'm not getting to work out as much as I want. I've also noticed no tolerance build up to Hemo, and that's awesome!! I'll be using it more frequently in the coming month, as things SHOULD stabilize more at work, so I'll find out for sure. My money is on me not building a tolerance to it, based on reviews and my use of it so far. I can hardly wait to give this a go with some other supps, this stuff is bound to make them shine even more!!
I have noticed some BA tingles here and there, and that makes this even more effective. I'm sure if I was dosing it every day, it would have a more pronounced effect regarding the BA aspect for recovery and endurance, and I'll also get to put that to the test very shortly here.
Looking at the scales today, I'm up 2lbs. Can't tell where, more than likely my gut, knowing my luck. Strength has been steady, and endurance has been great. I'm going to start shooting for 12 reps with the DC stuff I do believe, versus the 21 I was doing. Thoughts pn this would help!!

Hit up more abs tonight, no gym due to time constraints. Trying right now to figure out what kinda workout I can get in Saturday -n- Sunday with my usual gym being closed before and after work, ugh!! Gonna scope out some gyms that are closer, and see if I can sneak some time in there.

That's awesome guys. FYI, a little added BA to your HEMO is SICKKK!!

On another note, make sure you guys do not take Hemo for more than 12 weeks at a time. Your body needs the down time from intense vasodilation. This goes for those taking it 3x/week or more. People like BIGt who take it like once a week, dont worry about it. But seriously, no more than 12 weeks at a time. Take AT LEAST a month off and then you can go back on. I know you think that you don't build up a tolerance but taking it 3x/week or more, you WILL at some point become more tolerant to it. So it is always good to yourself a break. Just Metroba's .02c :yup:
 
Thanks man, good to know. Arginine products tend to lose their effectiveness with me kinda quick, which is why I like citruline mallate, among other things. However, very happy to report NOT the case with Hemo. Just got the approval guys to give a dose to a buddy at the gym, he'll let me know how it goes for him tomorrow. I figure this will help with the review/log, as he's someone new to supps. When he heard me raving about how the pumps are as good as my JP8/NOS Ether/DTP stack, he was stoked. Cash is a big deal for him, and this comes in waaaay more affordable than that. Granted, though, the Get Diesel stuff covers more bases. Honestly though, there truly is nothing that compares to Hemo, even at double the price. Well done Axis Labs!!

Just like everyone else I wanna know what are ya going to be allowed to use with it, or is this a personally funded log? You work hard and keep your diet right. Man you are kicking ass and making some killer progress. Obviously quitting in two months due to a lack of progress is already out the window so you may as well line up your next few stacks! LOL

i could see hemo/dtp being very good. could probably even reduce doses of both to make them last longer and still see fantastic results. this would be very affordable as it would last a month or more easily.

This is gonna be the growth boosting part of it. I don't have a pic of the Glycobol there, but I'll be taking it pre-bed as well, 1 cap. Looking at: ZMK, Somnidren GH, Nocturnabol, I-gh-1, Ghenerate, and HGHUP. This accounts for about a third of the stack, just waiting on a couple of things to get released. There's the pre, intra and post stack, and the test boosting stack as well. Guess working all those hours has it's advantages. The thing that honestly has me the most excited is seeing how much better Hemodraulix is going to make this stack!! I remember how much it amplified the cup of coffee, can't wait to see what it does with my pre, intra and post workout stack!! Obviously, it's not a sponsored log, but I have run a sponsored log from Annabolic Innovations and am running one now form Axis Labs, obviously. Ever since I got thrown a bottle of Hemo, after the first few doses, I was like "This stuff would make any pre,intra and post workout supps work a TON better," and that's just what I'm gonan find out!!

Of course, I need a routine, gonna ask Tyler tomorrow what his opinion is on the one I'm looking to do. I've had the pleasure of working out with him a couple O' times, and he brings it!! I'm leaning towards a 12 reps scheme of Dc type stuff, but I'll elt him give the final say. I'm looking to build some strength, so whatever gives me that hte best is what I'm prepared to do.

Pretty much going to run this stack 2 months, then see where to go from there.

SO AMPED FOR THE GYM TOMORROW!! Going to attempt a full DC upper body workout. I"m usually too spent after chest and shoulders, but I'm gonna push it and get back and arms in there as well. NICE! I wonder if all of those GH supps will work together synergistically or be overboard. I assume you have looked at all of the ingredients to make sure you are not just repeating a lot of the same active ingredients in a different wrapper. If not you may want to look into it a bit and then save something for later if one of them is too much like one of the other products you will be taking.

I have found with DC I am going to have to change my order to get a full workout. Instead of doing chest, shoulders, triceps, back width, and back thickness for A1, B1, and C1 I am going to do it in this order. Chest, Back Width, Shoulders, Back Thickness, Triceps. I may also do triceps after the shoulders then do back thickness last since it will take a lot out of me. Doing the pulls in between the pushes should give both the push and pull groups enough recovery time by alternating them so I can still kill it on each group.
 
I think HGHup, Ghenny, and 1-gh would be overboard...too much going on there. You might go into a coma lol...seriously.

i am running testopro now, going to take a month off and log ams clomidrex, then run testopro/hghup. of course i will be taking hemodraulix, it has become a staple. i agree george, hghup/ghenerate at same time might be too much.
 
Haha, I know guys, just got tired of all the money I saved from Geico staring at me!! Send me a link to the log when you run the Clomidex, buddy might be interested in that. I also agree, DC takes a lot outta me!! Most of the stuff, I'll be lower dosing anyways, since I odn't seem to need as much as most to get results, besides, that's how I do it anyways. I'm acutally going to give Prime a whirl, I've had such great success with DTH, DTP prior, and now TestaPRO. Figured it was time. Workout was great, actually got an all uppper body DC Workout in, surprise, surprise!! I'll update later tonight. Thanks guys!!

i took 8 hemo/3 testopro on thanksgiving morning and did an intense full body workout that had me sore for 2 days, lol. incredible pump-damn!
 
Man after what I was doing to myself before i expect to be feeling great on DC. Was almost doing a full body DC workout 3 times a week before. No wonder I was beat, I didn't make a "cruise" for my program, that is what I will do next after DC. I know I am going back to full body for contest prep.
 
Pretty much got in an entire upper body DC type workout in today. Concentrating as of late on form and really controlled negative portions of the rep, so I've taken a few pounds off here and there. I think this will pay off in the long run, since I'm able to have more time under tension.

Barbell Flat Bench Press: 245x6x3x2x1
Pec Dec: 160x15
DC Chest Stretch.

3 minutes moderate cardio.

Rack Pulls: 385x6x3x2x1
Rack Chins: Body weight + 45lbs. 6x3x2x1
Yates Rows: 105x6x3x2x1
DC Back Stretch

3 minutes moderate cardio.

Barbell shoulder press: (to the front) 225x6x3x2xalmost 1.
Side Laterals: 20x15
DC Shoulder Stretch

3 minutes moderate cardio.

EZ Bar Curls: bar + 110, 6x3x2x1
Standing Overhead Cable Triceps Extension: 72.5x6x3x2x1
DC Style bicpes and triceps stretch.

Workout went really well, was focused and determined throughout the whole thing!! The slower negative really whooped up on me. I've really been trying to get the best form possible, so that means I gotta lower some weights on some moves. Felt good to do rack pulls again, weight was definitely too light though, but stuck with it. I never feel safe bumping up a weight in the middle of a set, especially on back, and definitely not with free weights. If I'm on a machine, that's another story. I like them once I start to get fatigued, much safer, especially for back. So I just slowed down my tempo even more and shrugged it at the top, too light for the shrugs as well. If I do deads/rack pulls first, I go heavy, if last, I go lighter,just a safety thing in my eyes. I am buying a belt here, got one I'm thinking about. I like the nylon one from Sheik, any thoughts guys?
The rest of the workout went very well, couldn't help but to keep flexing, the pumps felt so good!! I could honestly say 5 caps would be plenty for me, and 4 would more than likely do the trick as well. I added the isolation moves shortly after the heavy compound rest/pause set, it just seems to work better for me if I do that, and then went into the stretch. I'm going to try to stick with a 12 rep scheme here, vs. my old 21 one. If anyone has some input on this, that'd be great as well. Last time I did the 12 type one, I got some great strength gains from it. Just went with the higher rep one to get more size and endurance, which I got to match some of my strength. I realize I have a long ways to go, but I'll get there!!
 
Give yourself more credit Bro. You say you have a long way to go all the time. I think you have come a long way and should concentrate more on that positive aspect then speaking of the negatives. Don't want to engrain that crap in your mind. Pat yourself on the back man! You work hard and have made ridiculous progress. How about.... I have come a long way and I am going to continue kicking ass! Same sentiment but does not feed your mind negativity or self doubt. You have an old image of you trying to cling to the new beast you have created. Remember that.

Easy to tell for your guys I'm back on nights, look at the time I posted my workout,lol. I was like, wait, how did I already post my workout today, then I saw the time. Anyways,

Today's workout:

Actually hit up legs, surprise,surprise!! Set up a bench underneath the bar at the Smith Machine so I could make sure I was going down deep enough and started squatting after some liberal warming up. I try to avoid legs, due to knee and ankle problems, and a goofy left hip. Anyhow, not going inot too much detail here, but, once I get up to speed, I'll start posting more info for leg workouts. Hit up 4 sets of 10-12 reps of 225 for squats. Went then and hit up some moderate cardio for a few. Legs were crazy pumped, felt like I had run a marathon. Went back and did 3 sets each of leg extensions and lying leg curls, then moved onto standing calf raises. I will say I have strong calves, at least in my opinion, so that helps with my leg workout. Ended it with some abductor and adductor work, and then some more average cardio. Legs felt sooooo inflated. made sure to stretch quite a bit as well. Legs were already lighting me up as i hobbled outta the gym. I can tell I'm going to be crazy sore tomorrow. Had to ice my right ankle a couple hours after I got home, no biggie. Left hip actually didn't give me and guff, so I'm happy. I'm going to make a concerted effort to work legs at least once a week, but more htan likely 2 times. I like Romanian deadlifts, but just didn't take the time today, I would say that's my fave leg move. Yeah, it's going to be a fun day at work tomorrow,lol!!
 
If you have a goofy hip, adduction, abduction is king man...seriously. It has helped me A LOT with all of my leg exercises..esp squats.

Yep I have been doing them for the past three weeks and I can notice a differnce. I love to see guys looking at me like "wtf" when I'm sitting there doing them too. Makes me feel special

haha, my buddy wears a t-shirt that says "My mommy says I'm special." Cracks me up every time I see him wearing it. Funny because, dude is like 6'4" and a former offensive lineman.

If you have a goofy hip, adduction, abduction is king man...seriously. It has helped me A LOT with all of my leg exercises..esp squats.

Yeah, I remember in 1 of your logs you mentioned various things you were doing for your hips. See you can teach an old dog (me) new tricks!! Heavy deadlifts really helped me out as well. Only problem is, man, do those things (abduction and adduction) hit ya the next day. Some of the work I'm doing now has me exerting quite a bit of lateral force, so I'm sure it will be a painfully fun day tomorrow.

Legs are already killing me sitting here, thinking of popping a midol:laughing: Good news is, that means they're growing.

On a side note, saw the movie "The Orphan" tonight. WOW, unique to say the least, but, one of the few movies I didn't call the ending to.

Also on a side note, my buddy has confirmed what I already know, that Hemo ROCKS!! He's also used the JP8/NOS Ether combo, and shares my opinion, that this stuff has a longer lasting pump effect. He told me he didn't notice any strength gains like the get Diesel combo, but then again, he's done only 2 doses. Greg also said he felt like he had taken an extra scoop of NO Explode. I know, I know, I tried to steer him clear of it, but failed. Said it was the new NT version. Whatever, a brand new crap sandwich is still a crap sandwich. So, it seems to make other supps work much better, or more intensely, like I had thought. Can't wait to put that to the test.

I def recommend low weight/high reps for add/abduction..its just get things straightened out a bit. Not really necessary to go heavy on it. Glad your friend dug Hemo! I'm glad it's finally getting the credit it deserves!

No workout today, instead of getting switched to nights like I was supposed to be, I got called at like 4 this morning to come in at 6, after being up some of most of yesterday and up until they called me, so I'm ready for a nap by now. Hope everyone had a great day. Just looked at the scale today, and I'm up almost another pound, yippeee!! can't tell where, but it's there.

What are you thinking of the pre-bed dose of Glycobol? I'm not really seeing any noticeable changes. I may up it to 2 caps. 1 cap seems to help my workouts, but I never noticed any changes when I added it in at night. I was hoping for a leaning effect.
 
Heck I would amost be afraid to take Glycobol, or AP like that just before bed. I would rather let the nutrients hang in the blood streamas long as possible to keep catabolism at bay during the over night fast. Shuttling everything in all at once when repair is an all night process doesn't sound right to me. What is the idealogy behind that method of dosing?

Being fasted helps. I used that dosing for glycobol at 1 cap pre-bed. I was also using Somnidren GH, ZMK and Nocturanabol. Obviously, I used Glycobol during the day, but 1 cap breakfast and 1 cap mid-day. Honestly, I lost like 6 pounds in a month doing nothing that different, I was amazed. Very restful sleep, but I did have a hiccup here and there. I never needed to use 2 caps, I got the results that I wanted with 1 cap, and that suits me fine!! I did try 2 caps, but it seriously was too strong for me at that dose. I had to mow down a crazy amount of carbs to even stay coherent. Stuff does give you great carb pumps though. Love that stuff!!

Anyways, no workout tonight, but i will be getting into the gym tomorrow round 3pm, full upper DC workout, so expect some updates then fellas. Thanks!!
 
Got alot of sleep products up there bud.. Do u take all of them for specific results from each are just stacked to get a better sleep and gh? Just curious cuz I have horrible sleep patterns and am thinking of picking something up cuz I kno my lack of sleep is hindering my progression
 
I used the MST Stack before, had great results from it, along with the Nocturanabol and Glycobol. I knwo how that stack works for me, unsure how the rest will work for me. That's just part of my upcoming stack. I'll post up another pic once some more stuff gets in. If money is tight, you might wanna try the Nocturnabol. I first used that stack whenever I got switched to working nights, and I was easily able to sleep during the day. That stack also allowed me to effortlessly lose 6 lbs. Mood was great, and recovery was bumped up a bit.
 
thanks so I will be looking into giving Nocturnabol a shot. I never tried ZMK but tried ZMA and didnt like it much. It really didnt help me actually all asleep just after I did eventually get to sleep I would be knocked out and end up waking up groggy the next day. Another thing i had tried was x-dreams which helped some but was a lil too pricey for me. i might try this Nocturnabol, maybe stack it with hgh'up or ghenerate.

Today's workout:

Got in a full upper body DC type workout, loved it!! had to work a half day today, and wound up doing quite a bit of physical stuff. I was supposed to have the day off, and have found that off days are my best gym days, big surprise there. Very happy because I managed to add a rep or 2 to my prior DC upper body workout, very excited!! Very surprised as well, because the 2 reps came on chest, that never happens!! I was really motivated today to tear it up!! Shoulder is around 90% after that kid nearly hit me with the fork truck a bit ago, but I'm still pushing it. Had a bouncer buddy of mine watch my incline bench form, said I could go lower, but it hurts real bad, always has, in my shoulders, especially my right one, when I go down all the way. I know my sticking point is my front delts, middle and lockout points are fine for me. I do inclines at a 45 degree angle, and the bar comes just under my chin. I do sometimes do a drop set, changing angles, but not today. Pump was my constant buddy today, this stuff is addictive!! Gonna hit up legs tomorrow. They're still sore form last time. Goes to show how often they get worked. Sad, I know. Trying to change that though. Hope the weekend is off to great start for everyone!!
 
Just hit up legs today after pretty much a week layoff from them. Man, I really need to work on my wheels!! Kinda hard, with all the pain I get in my knees and right ankle, but I'm going to try and keep it up this time. Legs were actually still just a tiny bit sore from last time, proof I'm a noob to leg workouts. I was able to get 12 reps with the same weight as last week for squats, so I suppose that means it's time to bump the weight, and that was for all 4 sets. I'll post back more of an update in a bit, kinda a crazy day at the moment. I'm very happy though that I managed 8 more reps total, and that was with my butt touching the bench at the bottom on all four sets and every rep.
 
What happened with your knees and ankle that its causing you pain? I miust have missed it somewhere in the log im sure you mentioned what happened..
 
Bad knees from martial arts as a youngster, plus foot problems as well. I can't point my feet straight, well, I can now with my right one, but my left one points at roughly the 10-11 o'clock position. I was told it was a birth defect. When I was born, my feet pointed sideways. Back then, they didn't break the bones to align them right, or so my mom said, so the doc had shoes nailed to a board in my crib and my feet placed in them when I slept. One of the reasons I also have a left hip problem is because I used to try to turn on that side as an infant, when I was asleep, wiht my feet in those damn shoes. I CAN force it nearly straight, but it obviously won't stay. Very flat feet as well. My right ankle was re-built twice, first time from stairs, second along with breaking my fibula, tearing the tendons, dislocating my knee and putting my fibula out through my right leg when some ahole ankle picked me and did a gator roll with my leg, after we were done, as I was getting up. Now to clarify, it wasn't a full blown compound fracture, bone was barely visible, they actually missed it in the ER. Luckily, the surgeon that came from the place that repaired it was a friend of mine, and his assistant I boxed with in high school, and they noticed it. Said it was a "Z break". Prior, It would roll or turn for really no reason at all. My doc friend said it was because my tendons and such are loose on my ankles. The "Play" on my left ankle is ridiculous and it sucks, always has me worried. I'm intending on getting it fixed as well. I've rolled it no less that 6 times, and each time, I'm told I would have been better of breaking it. Not so anymore with my right one, but true for my left one. As of now, my right ankle is KILLING me, my new promotion has me on concrete for 12+ hours most days. I'll take a pic of the scars and post em up. So in a nutshell,lol, that's why me legs don't get worked too much.
 
Yesterday's workout:

Smith Machine Squats: 12x225 for 4 sets. VERY HAPPY!! That's up for 2 reps per set from my previous, so next time, I'm gonna bump it up a few pounds. I also took a longer break between sets to stretch, so that might have helped as well.

Some moderate cardio for a bit, lost track of time.

Leg Extensions: 135x12,100x8,70x7, 35x10. Just wanted to get a good pump and round out a short leg workout, worked like I wanted it to.

Seated Hamstring curls: 135x12,100x9,80x7, 40x10. Same thing as the leg extensions, seemed to work well. Looks like my hammies are stronger than my quads at this point.

Went and did some moderate cardio for about 20 minutes after. Wanted to do some abduction/adduction leg work, but the machine was busy every time I turned around. Murhpy's Law, here was only 1 machine I needed and like 3 people in there, guess what we all wanted to use? Got done wiht some cardio and hit up some stretches and did a few wood choppers and pull throughs for good measure. Had a great pump, legs felt full!! Looks like I'm about to go up another pound, still can't tell where it went. Cardio isn't suffering, so I'll stick with what I'm doing. Hope it's in my legs.
