Subweevil's Going Bionics with Hemodraulix Log (sponsored)

Skeiko really isnt high volume...seriously talk to tyler

or you could try the new built like a badass program that Joe Defranco is sellin. Looks real promising. It's on my Xmas list.

Hehe was thinkin' the same thing, that boys a beast!! had the pleasure to get a couple of workouts in with him, learned quite a bit!!

Appreciate the advice bud!! I think that routine may be too much volume for me, I take a bit longer than most to recover. I'll give it a once over, and see if I can make it work for me. Thanks again!!

On a side note, made the mistake of drinking some coffee after taking the Hemo, didn't even think about it. A night of no sleep had me groggy. I'll say it again, Hemo really opens the pipes up!! That cup O' Joe hit me like a ton of bricks!! I honestly am glad I got shined onto this stuff, it is a staple of mine now to stack with anything. At the recommended dose, it's WAY plenty of a pump for me, I would even go with a cap or 2 less, it hits me that well. I'll definitely do that next month. Got some more BA tingles today. about 3 minutes out from the gym. Added some plyo pushups at the end, those kicked my butt, but felt great, really drove the pump home. This stuff keeps me pumped for anywhere form 2 to about 3 hours after a workout. I'm going to take some blood pressure readings before my next workout to see if it drops after taking it, since it is obviously exerting very strong vasodialation effects, kinda curious. Now since I've manscaped, definitely can tell once I've taken it and worked out. I'll update my workout here ina bit guys!!

i feel the same about hemodraulix. one of the best damned supps ive ever tried.

same here :D

Nothing like a day of sleeping in(spent all night getting comp up and running) big breakfast, gym, big lunch, and video games, excpet maybe a 2nd day of that.

Nothing like a day of sleeping in(spent all night getting comp up and running) big breakfast, gym, big lunch, and video games, excpet maybe a 2nd day of that.

What video games?

What video games?

City of Villains, Supreme Commander, Dawn of War II, Company of Heroes, and various old nes games on emulators, like the classic Mega Man games. just stoked I finally got all my motherboard issues solved, woo hoo!! Tempted to try the new Call Of Duty, but not sure, with no dedicated servers, ugh. Mostly strategy games for me, although I'm a big Street Fighter fan. Howzabout you bud?

Todays Workout:

Chest day, the day I dread. Actually did my workout routine in reverse this week, so was curious to see how it went. Had some decent amount of layoff, so I was pretty pumped that it would be good, and attitude accounts for most of it. I can honestly say I pride myself on being able to motivate myself and force myself to get done what needs to be done, and work through a lot, but, sometimes I do fall short. luckily, I ahve you guys to keep me in check, so thanks!!

Incline Barbell Press: 225x12x6x3, 135x10. Lowered the weight on this, like I did for everything else in this workout to concentrate on form and getting it down. Felt good, definitely easier on my ouchy shoulders. I don't grip as wide as I should, my ring finger is on the rings of the bar, but, I want ot save my shoulders. Front delts were crazy pumped and so were my tris after this.

Incline Dumbbell Presses: 60x12, 45x7, 30x8. Sipped some water/BC+EAA, 50x10,35x7,20x9. Front delts were screaming at me!! Upper pec area looked pretty pumped, felt that way too. My front delts are always the first thing I feel on chest workouts, and the first things to give out. I know they come more into play the lower I let the bar go, and tris more into play the higher it goes, pecs are everywhere in between. Kept the weight a bit lower for these as well, had good results, so I added another set, at lower weight as well.

Incline Cable Flyes: 25x10, 15x5, 7.5x7. Pecs were feeling good and fried by now, but I'm not done yet!! Upper chest, and pretty much the rest of my body was looking full and pumped, this stuff pumps up everything your using, and then some!!

Took about 2 minute breaks between working sets, and sipped some BC+EAA all the while, love that stuff as well.

Plyo Push ups: (on knuckles) Exploded on the way up, pushed off as hard as I could, hten slow negative down, static hold, then repeated. I honestly lost track, but I'm guessing I didn't get much more than 18-20, they kicked my butt. I added these because i felt like it, so I did it, plus, always wanted to try em. I did them on my knuckles to start toughening them up again, been getting bag bite as of late, so want to nip that in the butt. I suppose I could use gloves, but this way is much more fun!! I'm going to stick with these, and maybe do just a complete day of plyo type stuff.

Pumps were GREAT!! They still seem to last 2-3 hours after, and that still impresses me. It's great to look all blown up for a bit afterwards, love it!! Workout was short, but intense. Still tinkering around with what next months style will be, leaning towards a strength type routine, or a compound day, then an isolation day with some plyo stuff. Overall, very pleased with the way things are going. I mean, they could go better, but they could always go worse, so yeah, I'm happy. hope you all are having a great weekend!!

I never played video games as a kid then one day after work I go to a friends house for a few drinks and to hang and he is playing xbox 460 so he introduces me to gears of war and I'm hooked!!!! Went and got me a 360 and been times where I do nothing all day but locked in the basement playing games wasting away then I got over it, guess I was just making up for lost time before. I got the new modern warfare, graphics are sick, been playing campaign haven't go online yet cuz of the server issues.. Anyway I degress.. Just to let you know I just ordered me some hemodraulix based solely on ur progress here. I am psyched and can't wait to start!!!

Weev! New log is up come check out what I have in store.

Nice workout WEEV!

That's cool, I remember after I graduated high school, used ot chill in my buddy's basement playing video games all damn day and night, those were the days!! Sooo many controllers broken in fits of rage, lol!! Cool to know about the new COD, I'm just hesitant right now, since no dedicated servers, it's all P2P. My comp should easily handle it, not worried about that. Don't have any of the consoles, maybe someday. My bud form back in the day has everyone ever made, and pretty much every game. We still hang when we get the chance, then it's just like old times. haven't had that chance for about the last year though.

You'll LOVE Hemo!! In my opinion, it will make every other supp shine, the synergy this will unleash with other supps should be nuts. As of this point, I'm not sure whether I got the same or less pumps from JP8/NOS Ether and DTH/DTP, but I know this is a longer pump for sure. that get Diesel stack was my fave, but it's not a fair comparison, as that stack is far more than just what Hemo does. I'm going to be adding it to a sick stack for next month, I'm so excited!! I made the mistake twice of taking coffee with it, and it went straight to my head. This stuff really opens up the pipes. My next go with it, I'm lowering the dose. It honestly gets hard ot hold onto weights for some exercises, my forearms get so pumped. They hit the nail on the head with this!! Let me know when you start running it bud!! Thanks for the kind words!!

Weev! New log is up come check out what I have in store.

Alrighty, I'm on it!!

...ouchy shoulders ...what exactly is wrong with your shoulder's Young Weevy?

Pain in my front delt on my right shoulder, it's clearly waaay more developed than my left. now if it was my forearm.......lol. I used to confuse it with a pump, but no more for the last couple of years. Forearms are batter though, quite happy about that!! It actually pops and stuff whenever I do Lat Pulldowns, moreso the wide grips, and grinds in the front. Animal Flex really helped this, gonna pick up another go of that, I always wind up giving all mine out, that stuff really helps. Can't wait to hit up arms today. Tri's are getting a bit sore from yesterday, so won't be able to He-man them, but bi's are gonna get hit. taking pics of arms today, and will post body pics as well. Hope everyone is having an awesome weekend!!

Alright, quick pics from whenever I woke up, still have a loooong way to go, but I'll get there!!

I'll post up some arm pics from workout in a bit. I'm thinking I'm looking leaner than a few months ago, so that makes me a happy camper.

looking good man!! Keep up the good work..

arms/delts are king for you. Chest is pretty dang big too. Work on getting that back widened man. Do lots of pullups WIDE grip. It WILL pay off I promise. You are look good man! Keep killing it!

Some arm shots during today's workout. The last 2 are before and after ONE set of warm-ups, 2 for bi's and 1 for tri's!! The pumps from this stuff just from a warm up set is like doing bunches of straight sets, I'm not kidding!!
I can finally see veins in my front delts now, adn my forearms are getting some roadmaps to em'. Very first pic is no warm-up or anything, then next 2 are after 1 working set, then 2 working sets. It's easy to see by the lack of definition just how engorged my arm got after 2 working sets. I know that sounds weird, I got veiny, but muscles swelled up some big that I lost some definition. I'm bringing a tape measure next time. These sets were 10x5x3 reps, so kinda DC, followed by a 10 reps set with about 2/3 the weight. wound up doing 4 sets for bi's and 4 sets for tri's. I didn't want to leave, I kept looking at my arms in the mirror and flexing, lol. This stuff will boost your ego big time as well, as you get real pumped and it lasts, at least for me, a few hours afterwards. Workout was done by starting Tri's first, then bi's, then alternating between the 2, for 4 sets.

DOH!! guess I'll have to repost those damn pics, thanks for the kind words guys!! I can't seem to widen my back, no problems getting thicker though, kinda bums me out. I'll just re-double my efforts!!

You've really got some great Delts! Looking great, and definitely leaner than I remember. Follow Met's advice for the Back and you'll be beastly!

Arms are swoll brother! But yes, I'll say it again, YOU WILL GET WIDER IF YOU DO PULLUPS and WIDE GRIP!! Do it son!

Oh trust me, I will add more of the wide grip stuff, it's mostly what I do anyways. perhaps it's just my form? I'll have some friends watch. I lead with my elbows, and try to squeeze it at the end, and hold for a brief sec, though sometimes, I have been known to throw from to the wind, and jsut try to throw some weight around, lol. However, I've learned my lesson.

Yesterday's Workout:

Lying cable triceps extension: 85x10x5x3, 55x10. Felt great, tri's were lookin' sweet!! Went a bit lighter than usual, really trying to pay attention more to form and keep elbows from flaring out.

Cable straight bar curls:(Arms pinned to side, shoulder width) 85x10x5x3, 55x10. Arms were lookin' sick, love it!!

Cable Triceps Pressdown: 85x10x5x3, 55x10.

Seated Incline Dumbbell Curls: 45x10x5x3, 25x10. These got tough in a hurry, but I muscled through em'. I've stayed away from them for a bit, since they tend to really aggravate my forearms.

Reverse Grip Cable Pressdowns: 65x10x5x3, 40x10. Nothing major here, jsut went a tad bit lighter on this one as well.

Machine Preacher Curls: 170x10x5x3, 120x10. I'm sure this machine is off, I can do the whole 220lbs stack, but pretty sure anyone could in all honesty. Still looks cool though, lol.

Standing Cable Overhead Triceps Extension: 65x10x5x3, 40x10. Tri's were feeling worked by this point, but I need to focus on some of these types of moves to bring out more detail in a certain area of my tri's.

Pinwheel Curls: 55x10x5x3, 40x10. These were cake, but I had lowered some weight here too. Glad I know what to finally call these. They don't irritate my forearms as bad as regular hammers do, and that's good.

DC Tri's and bi's stretch.

Great arm workout for me, coulda kept it up, but had lots of things on the agenda that day. I was starting to get fried on my arms, but know that I could have banged out a few more sets, soooo, said eff it and went back in for a final set on each!!

Standing Alternating dumbbell curls: 50x10, 40x6, 30x8, 20x10.
Dumbbell Kickbacks: 35x10, 25x5, 15x7.

Added a bit more pump to waht was already a great workout, at least in my eyes. Someday, I'll start moving some serious weight!!

all i can say is you will not believe the difference weighted leg raises will make!!!

Yeah, those helped me out to get rid of some of my gut. Made a big strength difference too!! Good call!! Once I lose drop the dumbbell, I still do them, but then do knee ups, then put my legs out straight, and let them go down and repeat, that's brutal!!

man, i put 5 pound ankle weights on each ankle and do straight leg up and down-do sets of 10 reps, i was up to 10 sets on last testopro run-you want to talk about sore, damn...

I just use a 20lb dumbbell and do several sets to failure, then start doing it the other way. good for some pain, that's true!! I should be doing more ab work, just need to motivate myself more. I get there with limited time, and obviously, the lifting wins out over everything else.

Todays Workout:

Bedroom cardio!! Hemo shines there as well!! Won't get into TMI here, but it works jsut as well there as in the gym!! Still weighing in the same, despite having bumped up calories about 300-400 more per day. I'll see how I'm doing by the end of next week and make adjustments there if needed.

Are u doing leg raises with the dumbells? If so how does that work?

attach it to your co*k

I can just picture it slipping from my feet and whacking me in the face..

Yeah, I place it between my feet. The top plate keeps it pretty steady there, so I have no worries. Just got done at work, went in at 6 :30 am, ugh!!! had a surprise meeting, so that lasted an extra hour and half. Needless to say, no gym tonight. However, I am going to hit up abs, and do some stretching. Nothing real exciting, but tomorrow, it's gym time!!! I've been very impressed with the results thus far from Hemodraulix, this stuff is a pump machine!! I can't quite say for sure, but it seemed I was having better endurance since using it, especially on days back to back. I'll see if I notice any endurance benefit to it tomorrow. I really can't wait til' next month to use this stuff in my stack. I'm very confident this product will make all the others shine even more!!

what do you think would be best to stack this with?

more Hemo :D

Weev pics look good man! Obliques coming in more than in other pics. arms are looking good bro. You have some good lats on you too. Just looks like you may also have a wider waist. Do some of your leg movements close stance to build the sweep and lots of wide grip and that will increase the X shape you want making you look thinner waisted. Looking great right now though bro!

or Hypertest or Smash Fully Loaded or anything really. Hemo goes well and compliments everything.....except crack :nono:

Sorry for the late update guys, very busy day.

Flat barbell Bench: 245x6x3x1.
Pec Dec Flyes 160x10, 100x10.
DC chest Stretch

Seated Barbell Smith Shoulder Press: 245x6x3x1.
Side Dumbbell Laterals: 30x10, 17.5x10
DC Shoulder stretch

Wide Grip Pull-ups: (body weight +25lbs) 7x3x2.
Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns : 160 x10, 110x10.
Narrow Hammer Grip Lat Pulldowns: 160x10, 105x10.
DC Back Stretch

Let me say I'm happy to have finally completed another full kinda DC workout. Work really beat me down today, and I had to go lighter on some lifts, but, that's good cuz' it helped me focus more on form and feeling the workout. Pump was great, upper body looked nice and full. Got my workout in in under an hour!! Pretty much went from one set to the next, only taking a break to sip some drink or water. Shoulders were a struggle, as I sued them quite a bit today at work, really had to strain to get that weight up, and in all honesty think I twinged my back a bit, we'll see tomorrow. My fault for being stupid, the weight felt heavy and I ignored it, should have listened and dropped 20lbs. or so. Overall, REALLY liking the pump this product provides, couldn't be happier.

But wouldn't the vasodialation increase blood flow to the lungs allowing for more crack to be absorbed into the crack head creating a better high? LOL
JUST KIDDING CRACK HEADS!

Nice work, hope the tweak is just an over-nighter.

Yeah, right shoulder is still a bit ouchy, I guess moreso than usual. I had a close call at work with a jack@$$ fork truck driver at work the other day, carrying heavy stuff and having to dodge outta the way at an odd angle does not make for a great combination. the kid's new, so I chalked it up to youth. I'm glad it was me, and that nobody got hurt. Sure, I was hot, but I was calm about it, no blood, no foul. I think just the look alone on my face and the color of it kinda clued him in. Anyways, LOVED my arm workout today, I'll update in a bit.

What about triceps?

You know I keep checking NP for this and it is sold out. I was wanting to try a bottle of this while I was giving Jack3d a little time off. WHEW gotta watch how that one comes out in type...

It's pretty sick. Gotta try you some. I have one dose left of my bottle. :(

I actually have a tub of Anadraulic State just chilling in my supp cabinet, along with so much other stuff, I swear I could open up shop. I DO need to use it at some point, thinkin round February, after my next 2 month run. I am going to be using Ghenerate once it gets here though, high hopes for that!! Damn sure going to be continuing to run Hemo for the next few months. I'm so stoked to start my next stack!!

Today's Workout:

EZ bar curls (no idea how much bar weighs, sorry!!) :110x10x10x10x6x6x5,50x20. DUDE!! Nutty pump going on here, and lots of my buddies noticed. Got asked "what are you on!!??, your arms are HUGE!!" No joke, it's that much of a pump. High reps really brings it out. Did these about shoulder width apart.

Skull Crushers: 80x what was I thinking? 65x10x10x9x8x8x6x4, 32.5x19. Tri's were still fried, but tried to work through it. 80lbs wasn't happening, what the heck was I thinking, lol!! Really tried to work on form on this one as well as some other ones this week, tried to keep me elbows tucked and not have them flare out, but htey flared at like the last 2 heavier sets.

My arms were so pumped from this workout, it was one of those kinda "I can't get my t-shirt off" kinda pumps. Makes me wanna do a gun show, but, then I realize, I really don't have that big of guns, more like pea shooters.

Which brings me to another conclusion, which I thought all along, higher reps really bring on the pumps with this stuff. Don't get me wrong, pumps are nuts now, but you do a high rep workout of opposites, like bi's and tri's look the eff out!! Call me funny, but I actually left my jacket off so I could show off my arms, they were that blown up, couldn't stop flexing and looking at em'! So next few workouts are gonna be higher rep ones, and those will take place starting Monday, as I'm working til' then. and the gym will be closed or not open whenever I leave or go into work. Sucks to be me, but it gives me money for this crazy stack next month. Hope you all have a reason to be thankful this Thanksgiving, take care!!

Happy thanksgiving... hope your having a cheat day tomorow!!!!
