Studhorse Putting SCIVATION Xtend Perform and Flexatril to the test (Sponsored)

3 week update:

Flexatril:
All I can say after taking Flexatril for only 21 days my left shoulder has note felt this good in a year. The main thing I fell is that the all-day pain is gone and the pain during workouts has dropped Now 60%.
All my minor joint pain is gone and doesn’t affect me at all when I work out.
My knee was bothering me after Monday nights workout and in the morning the pain was gone.

Losing weight a little too fast and coming off Decon I losing too much muscle for my liking. I'm going to stay the course and see what happens. strength is still on par however. we will see if it continues?

Maybe you aren't losing as much muscle you think. What does Mr. Mirror say?

The shirt sleeves are still tight on the same shirts and upped a notch on the belt. so maybe it's in my mind. I think I look smaller in the Mirror, momma likes it!

I'm getting closer to my goal. Just an old power lifter than is still trying to get use to leaning up. I started this for my health about 2 years ago. For about 8 years before this I was transitioning from power lifting to body building with the old eat for strength only diet.
Did hit 3 x15 with just 225 on squats, since the knees were feeling so good. Little paranoid and the knees are a little sore but I couldn't help myself.

Flexatril: 22nd. day. All I can say is my joints feel great! My left shoulder is still improving. Up to about 65% better and all the other minor joint issues are gone. Note my left shoulder has been jacked up for 14 months.

Gen Notes: Flexatril is Awesome and the Xtend Perform just keeps getting better.
Even hit some light weight squats last night since my knees are feeling so good. Dam I miss squats!

Anybody on the fence with Flexatril NutraPlanet still has it for $20. If you're like me, you've probably spent a bunch of money on stuff that had little real effect and are hesitant to buy another. Just do it. I can't believe how much it has helped with my tendinosis. And Studhorse has really detailed his results after trying everything else out there. $20 for a month of no tendon pain? H3ll yes.

Flexatril: 24th. day. All I can say is my joints feel great! My left shoulder is still improving, Up to about 70% better. And I’m feeling more confident with it as I continue to hit it with more weight or reps every workout. I still need to watch it however; I catch my self moving the weight into position at angles that still aggravate it. (But the pain is temporary) use to hurt for a day or 2 when I would do this in the past. All the other minor joint issues are gone.

Gen Notes: Flexatril is Awesome and the Xtend Perform just keeps getting better. Mind to muscle has been excellent almost from day one and the endurance keeps improving every workout.

I'm confident to say if you have any joint issues you need to look into getting some FLEXATRIL.

I still need to watch it however; when I went to throw the 50lb D-Bell over my head to hit some single arm tri extensins I kind of tweaked my bad shoulder. I was feeling fine about 5 min. later. This stuff is awesome.

Gen Notes: Flexatril is Awesome and the Xtend Perform really shined last night. The endurance was very impressive last night. Felt like I could go for another hour. Almost like I didn’t put in the work but I did. I do the exact same full body HST workout so this has been easy to judge the endurance. Plus I’m exceeding my constant weight increases on some lifts. (This is very rare for me) I have to give the credit to XTEND. I’m basing this on: My diet has been very consistent as well as my sleep or any other environmental conditions that may be contributing to my excessive increases in weight. Has to be the Xtend.

Most people find that when all variables are in check (diet and nutrition) proper supps do the thing. and it is clear that xtend and flex are taking your workout perform to another level while having you feel your best.
 
4 week update:
Flexatril:
Been taking Flexatril for only 29 days my left shoulder has note felt this good in a year. The All Day pain is gone! If I had to guess My bad left shoulder has improved 70% When I lift it feels so much better I have to watch it or I tweak it because my confidence on hitting it with some real weight is up. All my minor joint pain was gone in less than 2 weeks.

I have taken this for 13 workouts. (1 scoop with my pre and one scoop Intra). I have noticed my DOMs have been almost none existent since workout 3, and my endurance keeps going up. Really notice when the gym isn’t busy and I can cut my rest down to 30-45sec. between lifts. (Not working in with someone). I forgot to bring it one day and I noticed I was more worn out at the end. With the Xtend I’m always comfortably tired.
The Mango Flavor is great. Goes down smooth mixed with my pre workout chug and is very easy to sip on while I work out. Personally I get a little hint of that Fresh Peach aftertaste which I really like.

No really you should try this first. I don't know anyone that it hasn't worked for. there are 2 guys at my gym that thank me every time they see me.

Lol! Yeah, you might be right..... no, never mind, I'm not too young. After over 22 years of abusing my body in construction work and 10+ years of that, lifting, I think my body is starting to say "Uggghhh!" And I'm only 39!! I need to find me a fluffy office job somewhere. Lmbo!

My bad shoulder felt really good during my lifts yesterday, Very minimal pain. As I stated it is 75% better and if it gets any better than this from Flexatril it will be a miracle! (it’s almost freaky how will this has worked)

Flexatril: 29th day. My Right wrist was bothering me a little after my one are D-bell triceps extensions (I did move up to 50lb) buy noon the next day the pain is gone! Worked under the car for 4 hours and usually my shoulders give me issues working above my head. Shoulders felt great. My left shoulder is still improving, I would say it is still @ 75%. And I’m feeling more confident with it as I continue to hit it with more weight or reps every workout. Nothing but great results from Flexatril.

Gen Notes: Flexatril is Awesome and the Xtend Perform really shined Friday night. Lifts still moving up in weight or reps every workout.
Felt sick to my stomach, but got home late from my daughters softball tournament, Grilled some chicken and ate too much before I went to bed. Didn’t get to bed till midnight, woke up at 1:00 feeling kind of wired out and tingly. Don’t know what this is? I have had this happen before a few times but it’s been a year or so since the last time. Don’t know if it’s my blood pressure, Blood oxygen is a little low or what. Don’t have a BP meter at home. Walked around with my hands above my head for a while turned on sports center for a few hours and woke up in the chair @ 4:00am feeling better, went back to bed for 1.5 hrs.

What does your training look like?
have you tried adding in some supersets, giant sets or intensity techniques to gauge the perform and VO2 output?
Cardio wise are you doing anything or much? Throw in some HIIT intervals and see if you can add more or go longer with the perform. be another great way to gauge the product.

Just sticking with the HST. (Dont like to move things around) Kind of annal. like to see what is working since I have a Shoulder problem and can no longer do compound exercises.
The endurace is definitely going up with the Xtend. I'm usually so tired when I get done that I don't want to do anything when I get home.

on week 8, I will be doing all drop sets and that will give it another test.

Example of HST I'm doing. (I'm Hitting all my % numbers. All lifts are still going up in weight or reps) except the high face pulls, just have to keep upping the reps. the weight gets to heavy and it pulls me back up.

I will do these in a little different format since the heavy weight starts to take a toll on my shoulder. (I'm thinking about trying sets of 5's) in week 6 since the Flexatril is doing such a great job..
