Yes guys another stopstalking log !!! Damn these things keep me busy !!


First off I want to thank snsmike for hooking up my stack ! Second here is some stats I'm 27 weigh 206lbs at around 10% bf. I'm currently in my final week of pct.

Well started my beta A/ agmatine stack yesterday. I hit the gym and had a bi/tri workout. Holly cow ! The pumps are sick. I liked that my muscle felt pumped for a few hours after the gym

I hit all sets of 8-10

Single arm cable curls 55,65,70

Dumbell hammer curls 45,50,50

Reverse curls 70,70,70

Single arm reverse tri pulldowns 50,60,65

Skull crushers (ez bar). 80,80,85

Close grip bench. 185,185,185

Then killed some wrist curls and arms were exploding best pumps I have experienced since being on cycle !

Love agmatine. Never tried it by itself. I just run hemavol and maximize stacked. ;)

Yesterday was an off day. I took my dose of beta alanine in the morning and at night. As well as my agmatine in the morning.

I will be having a late night workout tonight and can't wait to see what kind of pumps i get in my chest and back.

Man I love the beta alanine tingles. They get me all pumped up and ready to kill it in the gym. The pumps of agmatine are amazing.

I didn't get to they gym until 11 pm last night so I took a scoop and a half of my maxamize v2 I had in the cabinet along side my beta alanine and agmatine.

Chest and back day went well

Dumbbell flat bench 90'sx10 90'sx10. 90'sx 9

Dumbell incline 75x 10 for all three sets

Decline barbell bench 205x 10 for 3 sets

Rotary chest machine for three sets 195 lbs

Wide lat pulldowns 160x10. 170x9 180x8

Cable rows. 150x10 3 sets

Hammer high Ross 70 lbs each side

Then finished off with hammer strength wide chest with 90 each side for 4 sets of ten really concentrating on the squeeze and flex and the end.

Pumps were nuts I took my shir off to hop in the shower and thought damn this is what I wanna get to cold.

Well I hit the gym yesterday around 11 pm again. I was beyond tired. I did my best to push through my workout. I took a sample of epo blast I had (I didn't care much for it, not enough stim). Took my beta alanine and pumps were good but I really just didn't have the drive

Rotary shoulder press machine 130 lbs for 3 sets

Side lateral raises 25'sx10 for 3 sets

Front lateral raises 20'sx10 for 3 sets

Dumbbell shrugs 75x10,80x10,85x8 80x8


Squats 225x10 245x10 265x9

Legs press 8 platesx10 10 platesx 10 for two sets.

Standing clad raises I forget what weight and didn't write it down.

Tonight's an off day but I will not be fully resting because I will be moving into a new home and we have lots of boxes and furniture to lift. Hope the agmatine doesn't get ms to pumped to lift boxes.

Had another great bi/tri workout. Pumps are amazing. Pumps are one of my favorite reasons for working out, so I'm loving this !

Single arm cable curls. 60x10, 65x10, 70x8, 70x6

Reverse curls ezbar. 70x10, 70x10, 75x9

Dumbell hammer curls 45x10, 50x10, 50x10

7's or 21's not sure the acctual name. 50 for three sets

Tri pull downs rope. 80x10, 90x10, 100x9

Close grip tri bench press. 155x10, 185x10, 185x10

Skull crushers 70x10 for three sets

Single arm reverse tri pulldowns 50x10, 60x10, 65x10

Wrist curls 90x10, 90x10, 90x10

Endurance is up ! Pumps are amazing. I don't really get a burst of energy with the beta alanine and agmatine but info feel like I could lift all day.

Okay so Friday night I hit the gym hard. Chest workout. The last 2 weeks I have been using dumbbells because Before that It had been almost a year since unused dumbbells for bench exercises.

I felt good. Pumps were great, endurance was up and recovery between sets seems to be faster.

Dumbbell flat bench. 90x10 90x10 100x10 100x8

Dumbbell decline ( my gym has a crappy decline it's one for sit ups so working out by myself I can't go to heavy cuz I can't get on the bench with holding the heavy weight) 75x10 75x 10 75x10 75x10

Rotary chest machine the weighs is all worn off so I'm not sure of the weight but I went as heavy as I could for 3 sets x 10 the last one I only made 9

Wide chest hammer strength 70 lbs each side for 10 sets each. Set supersetted with 10 push ups

Wide grip lat pulldowns 160x10 170x10 180x10

Cable rows 140x10 150x10 160x10

Hammer strength high row 90 lbs each side for 3 sets of 10

Body weight pull ups 20. 15 10 10


Saturday and Sunday I took off due to the move and I will hit it hard again tonight shoulders and legs

Monday night I had a solid shoulder/leg workout. Pumps Md endurance are still great. I plan on making this stack a staple in my supplement routine.

Yea it's pretty sweet. I'm really enjoying the pumps. It's hard to spend cash when you ready have a big stash. I want to try craze so bad but I can't spend the money with the pre workouts I already have

Oh. Straight agmatine is as good as hemavol? I love the way hemavol tastes though lol.
I will be giving agmatine a try sometime I hope. ;)

Tuesday night I had a great chest and back workout. I'm really liking using dumbbells for my bench. I think next time I will switch to barbell just to mix it up though.

Pumps and endurance are still great ! My muscle have been feeling full all day I'm loving it. My girlfriend told ms that I'm looking very hard (she is talking about my muscle sickos)

Flat dumbbell bench. 70x10. 90x10 100x10 110x8.5 (spotter helped me get the 9th one)

Decline barbell bench 205x10 205x10 205x10

Wide chest hammer strength ( loving this thing). 90 each side for 3 sets of 10

Chest fly machine 130x 10 for three sets really working on the negatives

Wide grip lag pulldowns 160x10 170x10 180x10

Cable rows (shoulder has been hurting doing this so I went light) 120x10 130x10 120x10 120x10

High row hammer strength 90 each side for 3 sets of 10

Sorry guys i have been Hitting the gym but have been crazy busy with work I missed logging a few work outs. So two nights ago I hit chest and back

Recovery between sets is great, pumps are like being on superdrol, and endurance is amazing. I feel like I could workout for hours.

Hammer strength wide press 90 each side for 2 sets of 10. And 115 each side for one set of 10

Hammer decline press 90 each side for 3 sets of 10

Friday night I had a pretty solid workout I'm really enjoying the endurance gain from the beta alanine. I'm all out of agmatine but I did use a scoop of my preworkout that contains agmatine and the pumps were great.

Is beta alanine supposed to help with pumps. Cuz I didn't think it did but I swear I feel mush more vascular after dosing it.

i dont know how it helps with pumps, but i know it helps with muscular endurance, and acts as a bufferer towards lactic acid. (if im thinking correctly, prob should google first, but too lazy)

Ok so Tuesday night I hit shoulders pumps were great. Energy were great and so was endurance. I just wanted to keep lifting. I took my preworkout drink along with the beta alanine. I will be buying more BA when this runs out

Okay Monday night should have been a shoulder workout but my buddy begged me to do chest and back with him. So I did and hit shoulders last night instead

Mondays workout...

Flat bench 205x10 225x10 275x 6

Incline 185x10 185x10 185x10

Wide chest hammer strength 90lbs each side supersets with push up. Each exercise 3 sets of 10

Wide grip lat pull downs 170x10 180x8 190x6

Cable rows wide grip 120x 10 for three sets (still going light on these due to shoulder)

Had a cheat meal for lunch that included two bags of clanking hot cheetos ( i never eat like this) and felt as if inwas gonna puke durin the whole workout due to the heartburn so I called it quits early

Over head dumbbell press 65x10 for three sets

Side lateral and front lateral raises superseted 3 sets of 10 20lbs dumbbells.

Standing up right Rows 100x10 for three sets

Shoulder rotary machine 130x10 for three sets


Workout was short but I felt as if it was very productive. My shoulders are sore !

Got through flat and decline bench and had to leave came home and threw up like crazy.

I'm feeling a lot better this morning after a great night sleep. I'm hoping to hit the gym tonight feeling like myself.

Sleep was amazing I took my hghpro and crashed out right away. I slept solid until this morning when the babies woke me up

Well hit the gym tonight finally feeling like myself. I'm so glad to be over whatever I had. So since I missed a decent amount of workouts and wanna be on the same body part as my workout partner I hit chest and back.

I went pretty light just to get back in the swing of things. I felt great though. Tonight I will up the weights and it will be my last workout on beta alanine I will give a final review on this wonderful stack sometime tomorrow.

Well let me start of by saying both of these are now staples along side my protein and vitamins.

I highly recommend this stack to everyone. The pumps were insane. Endurance increased a whole lot. I felt as if I could lift all day long.

I must say I ran primaforce agmatine in the past with very little to show for. I have heard SNS agmatine was better but I kinda doubted that. Well I was wrong this is top notch as is evey SNS product I have tried.

I have ran beta alanine in the past and kinda just stop purchasing it. I really don't know why. I will no let that happen again. I felt like o was getting extra reps and my muscle just wanted to keep going. I got reay bad tingles the first week or so (I like them though) that went completely away after 2 weeks or so.

Thanks again SNS for opening my eyes up to agmatine and back up for beta alanine.
