I have always been a Lou fan... I like straight talk with the NY slang, and he does appear to know the business and the players. BUT the other day he made a video with the AMC 400% CTB as if it was a big deal.

And as discussed above here, it was nothing. Meaningless. One obscure loan that made zero real difference to the overall average.

And Lou didn't know that right away????????

Losing the CFO is never a small thing. Often associated with legal dealings or some bad math in the books. I'd take that as a warning sign....

Though in general, I also think getting lean heading into a recession is smart, thinning out less productive or essential staff.

Agree in most parts .. they say its due to bc GME "aggressive turnaround"
Recupero, who joined the company about a year ago, was “fired because he was not the right culture fit” and was “too hands off,”

who knows the real reasoning and how these big co works .. i do have faith in cohen over any other CEO ( after elon hes my 2nd fav ).. this had to be planned out and to do it next to split coming up .. hopefullysomething is brewing and new CFO w/ 200K salary brings something to table

Maybe it wasnt in that video but he also said CTB is overall much higher than being reported. And of course, Ortex is 85% self reported data, but he is making a strong claim without proof although its at least fair to speculate it is. But yes the max isnt anything to cheer about yet when its a small amount that doesnt push average much.

I think exchange reported SI comes out soon any day now, forgot what day.

Unemployment rate is 3.6% for the 4th straight month, a 50 year low but I call bullshyt on these stats, for what I understand is when people fall out of the workforce it accounts in the drop.

Yup. Unemployment numbers only count those who are looking for work. If you give up and just don't give a sh1t, you are not included in that figure.

The better/real number to watch is "Labor Force Participation Rate"

It is really eliminating debt with a "promissory note"?? Isn't a promissory note technically something you promise to pay.... i.e. DEBT ???

I dunno it was a long time ago but I think I simply created a new wax account directly. I remember you were emailed a code to from AMC to your AMC accounts'email, and you use that to claim your NFT, but I dont think they assumed you were to use the same email address to create a Wax account. But it was a while ago, and I did use my same email account only because thats what I normally use for things.

Also confirmed here. But crazy to think about the number of apes who are out, based on the number of minted NFTs? Went from ~580k to ~120k HODLers.

Where did you come up with those numbers? We have millions of HODLer, maybe more than 3 million and not including whats on ETF's we own about 90% of the entire official legal float.

Was thinking this based on the number of NFTs minted by AMC, but now that I think of it, that's probably related to the # of investors on AMC Investor Connect, which is likely a fraction of overall investors.

Yup that sounds right, and you can narrow it down even more as the new NFT only went to people enrolled in Investor Connect who actually claimed their "I own AMC" by using their redemption code earlier this year on their wax accounts.

basically before merger TORCH/MMAT merger .. how much the oil land is worth w/ increase price of gas per barrell

Doing the estimation of what the 12B deal would bring.

Im all up for it but def seems to good to be true, alot of youtubers are saying anywhere from $30-40+/share if the oil prices remain high
