Just started taking HGH-Pro three days ago... I was ehh.. about the sleep but I can't complain since I'm starting to see results already. I'll go into more depth later. This is just a start for me to keep the log going
Stats:
5'6
140 lbs
Goals:
-Put on lean mass
Eating and Lifting routine:
-I follow the Lean Gains method. Currently eating 2000 cal non W/D and 3000 on W/D
-I lift 3-4 days a week 1 major muscle group and 1 minor muscle group but sometimes I change it up
-I normally lift heavy (4-8 reps), but I'm going to increase the rep range to 6-12 and focus on perfect muscle usage for a lot of my workouts and not really worry about the weights
Currently dosing 4 pills before I go to bed on an empty stomach. Well, mostly empty.... just some Amino Acids in there
Supplements Taking:
AI HGH-Pro (obviously)
AI Recover Pro Lots of it
ON Whey Protein
Mutli-Vitamin
Fish Oils
Jack3d
Zinc Citrate
Any thoughts and recommendations are helpful
