Starting weight 140lbs. HGH-Pro time!

you look good. Girls like this look

keep up the good work

Thanks man. I'm doing my best. Don't have much longer on hghpro. It's almost 4 weeks. It's blown by

You are not that skinny, maybe you should do more compounds exercices, I mean, basic exercices not using the machine.

How long have you been training ?
I do the basics except for cleans and deadlifts. I don't like the way my back feels on them. I've trained for 5 of the past 6 years at least 5 days a week for 1+ hours. I've trained hard for the past 24 months.

girls may like it...but women want it! Need to upgrade to some more experienced women to get that testosterone up and prostate healthy.

hahahahahaha good point good point...

when u do 2 seperate muscle groups like back and tris here, do u always do liek one exercise for back then one for tris or do all ur back then all ur tri exercises?

Always, always supersetting. I'd be a bitch to log them back and forth though so it's just kind of understood.

Have you tried skull crushers superset triceps rope pushdown ? Love them

Did skull crushers a lot at the old gym, but not here. The bars only go up to 65 lbs which isn't enough and I hate getting the w-bar out and putting weight on it if I can avoid it. Haven't superset it with rope pushdowns in a while though

Damn man you do a lot of volume lol killin it ;)

Thanks man. It's what my body reacts best to. I don't really get why, but hey it's working on hghpro so I'm not going to change it! lol

Edit: I just counted 72 sets. Holy **** that is more than I thought. No wonder it takes so long! lol

crazy volume man. I have never done volume that high but I usually switch between moderate volume or low volume focusing mainly on strength increases every week. I think I should give this high volume a try seems fun lol

It definitely is. I still go for increases in strength, but when I do it, I try to up the weight across all of the sets in an exercise by 5lbs, 10lbs, or 20lbs. Works damn well. Only bad thing is I guarantee you'll be in there for at least 1.75 hours if not closer to 2.25 hrs. Still love it though. I may drop the volume down before starting h-drol

11/30

Just realized my 4 week cycle of this is over. I'll weigh myself tomorrow (under exact same circumstances) and in the same clothes. I'll update my final review with before and after pictures. Unedited of course.

Also realized when you do db shrugs, you're supposed to keep your shoulder blades squeezed together... this is news to me!!! lol

Only doing one. The other is mkretz who has a similar title and is a similar size.

Will post instructional video later on shrugs.

Just weighed myself. Weighed in at 145.8 on empty. Good deal :)

Alright guys so here is my final review of AI's HGHPro

Overall, I made huge gains from a 4 week cycle at 4 caps a night. I went from 138.0 to 146.4. That is 8.4 lbs in 4 weeks which is huge. If I gained at this rate for the entire year, I'd be 247.2 lbs and definitely under 17% bf...

So I gained some weight.. What does that mean? Well it means a lot for me. Being 20 with test levels in 440s, putting on sizable muscle is an extremely slow process for me. I've lifted weights intensely for the past two years and made very slow and steady progress.

Where did HGHPro come in? Well it helped me sleep very deeply. Almost instantly, I could fall into a deep sleep. This made my recovery time become even shorter and the repaired muscle grew bigger. In other words, the rate of muscle growth grew. I'd estimate by close to 100% of what I'm used to seeing on the same diet, training, and supplements (without HGHPro). My progress has been very noticeable. Training partner, roommates and family all commented on it.

Will you gain 8+ lbs in 4 weeks? Hard to say. I worked my ass off in the gym. High weights, high reps, high volume. Add in quicker and better repairs = great growth. I didn't drink much (for being in college), kept a strict diet ( a few cheat meals), always got in 200+ grams of protein ad was consistently hitting 3200-4200 calories depending on the workout that day.

Do I recommend HGHPro? Absolutely. It's not a silver bullet, but there is no denying the fact that out of the blue, I started putting on lean mass and quickly. I'd day if you are willing to kill it in the gym for 2 hours 4+ days a week and have your diet dialed in, HGHPro WILL help repair all of the damage you did to your muscles.

Overall rating A+.

My affiliation with AI: non. Never even tried an over the counter booster. Just the regular, protein, fish oils, general vitamins, and jacked. Only ordered HGHPro after I got a trial pack and loved how rested I felt.

Training-high volume, heavy weights
Diet- lean gains 3200-4200 calories
Supplements- HGHPro and whey protein. Never took vitamins, calcium, or fish oils consistently enough ( probably less than 5 times)

Thanks AI for making a solid product. Not a huge fan of the mixing issues I had with RecoverPro, but HGHPro is spot on.

If you have any questions, ask away and don't forget to rep me! Later guys. It was an awesome 4 weeks. Luckily, I still have another bottle!!

Pictures are updated. If anyone wants to order these to show comparison, go ahead. I might go through the lifts and show the improvements after 4 weeks but idk if it's worth it lol

Edit: 60lb dumbbells tops?? you workout at planet fitness or what? haha

Nice gains brotha. Any change in diet or routine from before HGHpro to during?

Same eating protocol, same routine. Eating slightly more calories since I'm not cutting at all

your calorie intake around 3500, right? what diet plan are you going by, or just made up by you? dirty or clean...or half and half?
\

Lean Gains. I eat pretty clean. Probably 75% of my calories are from high quality sources of what I'm looking for: protein, fats, carbs, etc.. The only time I don't eat clean is when I get intoxicated and after just about every workout, I have a few bowls of honey oat cereal while my 1.2lb beef roast is cooking

Do you have a crock pot? I love slow cooking meats. Next best thing to grilling, IMO :D

Nothing beats roast/rice/gravy cooked from a crock pot.

Now that you have finished your tub, how is your sleep ? your strength ?

well I haven't finished my supply, just stopped taking it because it's been 4 weeks. I'm on something else and lets just say it makes me lethargic. Sleeping isn't an issue. I just get up twice a night to take a piss which is kind of annoying...

Strength has plateaued for the past 2 weeks. Looking forward to this new stuff to kick my ass back in gear. I'm weighing in around 145 lbs

What are you up to right now? Taking any new stacks or anything like that?
