Start of New Cycle

I was gonna ask how it’s coming along cowboy.
I'll update here in a little bit, headed to the gym now.
I'm still here, been a lurker lately. So your on TRT now? That fats gonna start melting off. I have before after pictures in the nutrition sub and literally a month after being on I was up in weight and wayyy down in bodyfat. Of course I've been dieting and being strict as well as staying extremely active but TRT has been nothing short of amazing for me. Hope you get the same results!

It only gets better. I started feeling a lot better after being on a couple weeks, I suspect my T was low for a while. I often wondered why I didn't get good gains, why I held so much midsection fat even when dieting. And also why my strength barely increased even when bulking, it's been life changing for me.

But its true..I havent been under 500 in almost 2 years. I get blood done every month because my Doc is cool and used to compete..and its always good..well good enough.
Well I'm with Entourage, and they started me at 200/week and we will see where it goes when I do bloods.

I dont understand..what happens physiologically that causes it to deplete? Its not like we have a limited supply that is gradually used up till its gone..not saying its not whats happening..mad respect for you guys..just wondering how that happens under those circumstances but not others...like ultra runners or any other super demanding expenditures. Maybe the mental stress combined with the physical stress..and there are a million of each of those stressers for guys in war. Did you know your test levels before combat? Im definitely going to dig into this. Im one of those guys who researches things that are interesting.

Not really sure, have to do more research myself. But they say that we use more of the hormone and it causes us to become depleted

those arent accurate at all, get a dexa scan and see for yourself about off it actually is in computing bf. Also I read a few pages back and that body analyzer says your around 19 percent, those are off as well.

Your for sure around 22+ percent bf.

They aren't 100% accurate but you can still use it as a basis of analysis. Whats your background newb. Mines in Sports Medicine and Nutrition, and work in a hospital. And I can guarantee I'm not over 20%

Hey little fella..every worlds strongest man is over 20 percent..and they are all on gear. You should talk crap to brian shaw..or me for that case. Your still playing in the sandbox...let the men speak without annoying us too much. BTW..your making lots of friends on your 5th post.
 
Lol..funny. I like it. Im still looking for a good preworkout. I might go the prohormone rout because I dont feel like waiting a month. Dont know yet..Im still kinda digging around and reading stuff. Shoot I might bite the bullet and go with Halotestin..kinda pricey though..plus shipping..WU fee..you know the drill. I usually order like that when Im buying a bunch of gear.

I know you've been wanting to jump on the Halo wagon. But it won't help your current goals. Yes it's an awesome compound but you dont get to keep any gains. But if you really serious let me know I can probably think of a follow up cycle to help you keep some of the gains. Halo is my favorite compound by the way
 
Might be a dumb suggestion but from the sounds of it you may be looking for something to get you "up" for the workout to the highest possible degree. As opposed to something to contribute to gains hormonally speaking. Have you ever tried good ole dmaa? I love that stuff for going hard.
 
How does someone just come on 112page log and make a blank statement? I dont care what bf% he is he is working damn hard and doing his best to maximize his cycle and that's what counts.
