Ok, great back workout tonight. Just a update on stats here. When I started I was 199 and 15%BF. I'm now 196 and 13%. This is a good thing. After this log I'm gonna start a true recomp( as in recomping on purpose ;) with 11 oxo and couple other things. I'd like to trade out 7lbs over 8 weeks. We'll see. Anyway, back to the workout. Back and bi's. I had to lifts tonight where I moved more weight than I've ever moved on these same lifts. My back workouts have been great on testopro. I have to say I like this because I need some back growth(as well as other areas).

So I did some quick math on your stats. You're down about 4.5 lbs in BF and up about 1.5 lbs in lean mass. I'd be happy with that.

Are you seeing results in the mirror?
 
Yes. My top two abs came back to stay for a while. I'm hope more will come to hang. I'm def more vascular. My friend told me I was "blowing up" last week. I'm real pleased. I feel like those gains are real good considering I'm 35 years old and I am taking no ph's. Assimilating 1.5lbs is pretty cool. Find a 1.5lb pack of lean Chuck at the store. Consider the process it took to create it. It pretty d@mn heavy when u think about it.
 
Ok, legs tonight. Knees still feeling pretty good. Right knee was a little "warm". My lower back was a little gassed from the circuit i did late last night. 11 rounds of 10 ab wheels, 10 14lb med ball pick up and vertical throw, and 5 burpees. Tonight felt real good aside from the stuff I already mentioned. Here goes

I cant believe no one said anything about that last ass shot. Anyhow, I worked back and bi's tonight. It was a great workout. I didnt have a hard time moving around the gym as I went at national bench press time.

I finished it off with a hiit tech I picked up out of the article section about high intensity machine cardio. I (rowing) raced 125m rested 30 seconds, raced 250m, rested 1 min and raced 500m. I was hallucinating after the 500m. It was intense. I recommend it. It's going well. My girl friend told me that she can see a big difference. It's good to hear that other people notice the fruit that you bear from you busting your @$$
 
My girl got me up at 5am to workout. I usually dont get up until 7:45, much less squat 225lb. Weights feel heavier at 5am, but it didnt kill me. Libido is still banging.

I did sprints on the row machine to end it all. I did a 125m and 4 250m sprints, each with a minutes rest between. This seemed especially brutal today. It was probably a combo of leg fatigue and the early rising. Great workout overall. Almost threw up so I guess it was a good leg day
 
My girl got me up at 5am to workout. I usually dont get up until 7:45, much less squat 225lb. Weights feel heavier at 5am, but it didnt kill me...

LOL. This cracked me up. I get up between 4-5. I'd get up earlier, but my gym doesn't open until 5.
 
Active rest day. Hiit Cardio with Heavy bag 30 sec, rest 30, jump rope 30, rest 30, repeat 8 times for a total of 16 mins. Good stuff. Chest shoulders and tri's tomorrow. Maybe at 5am again. We'll see

Finished off on the rower again. 125,250,250,125,125m sprints with less than a minute rest between. Sweat dripping from my hair while I walked down the stairs. Good stuff

People are making comments about my arms looking "pumped" and that sort of stuff. The stuff creates a good hormonal environment for descent training and nutrition to do it's thing. It's good. Did I mention I quit smoking? I quit 3-4 weeks ago. I dont really remember. I smoked a 1/2 pack a day. I was standing outside smoking one night and started thinking about how much money it cost to smoke, how unhealthy it is, how my daughter may have to watch me lay in a hospital bed because of something this stupid that was 100% self induced. I quit right then. I dont even really crave them. I dont know if you believe in God or not, but I think he just let me off the hook, so to speak. Good night gents. Have a great Easter

Sometimes switching it up --your body responds, I know mine does when i do something out of what my body is accustomed to. keep up the good work stankyleg
 
My schedule changes a little throughout the week, every week. Sometimes I work out in the AM and sometimes in the PM. I can definitely lift more in the PM, but I love that all day sweat that follows an early AM workout.
 
Ok, I was having a great workout until I was doing stretch ROM partials on the 1992 cybex row machine and something in my right trap up against my spine started burning. I couldnt even look over my right shoulder. I had to stop the back workout right then. I didnt try dumbbell curls because I was affraid they would strain the trap too. I went to the preacher bench and finished off a good set of bi's. I finished with 11 rounds of 30/30 hiit on the elliptical. It seemed to only bother the trap situation mildly.

Libido is irritatingly high today. Geez. I feel like a total perv. It's really all I can think about beside eating or the gym. This 3rd month is gonna be rough on my girlfriend :D My mind set is like the farm team of when I was on 350mg of Human Grade Test E. The Zinc, Vit D3, and Mag are teaming up with good old testopro and showing off. The other night my semen volume was the most I have ever produced. I'm 35 yrs old and supposed to be declining sexually but instead I'm slinging a freakin cup of dannon all over the bedroom. ( yeah, I know it'll be a while before you can eat yogurt again). You guys should market this to the potential HRT group. This is a way better choice than getting weekly shots, IMHO. Good night gents. Nice volume there. I wish my gym had a leg press. Stuck doing squats which sometimes when the knee is flaring up can be a pain.

Thanks bro. It felt like a bed of coals by the end. I used to do squats with 106lbs of kettlebells hanging from a modified dip belt. I would do 20 sets of 20 reps in 20 minutes. My interval timer would beep every minute and I would start again. It was hell but I saw good development considering the light weight. But it sucked @$$
 
Today was chest day. 5 am. I'm still nursing the trap injury so I went light but kept the same amount of sets. I'm afraid this issue is going to cost me my goal on squats. Libido is strong as death today. Yesterday it seemed a bit weaker or closer to normal. Today is monstrous.

I did 20 mins steady state on the spin bike.
 
I've never tried one of those. I did just get home from riding my bike to and from the post office. It's an hour round trip, so I was freaking soaked when I got home. It's 85 and sunny, today. It was perfect for a bike ride.
 
That sounds way cooler than a stationary bike at 6am
 
It probably was...minus the dodging of traffic now and then, lol.
 
Yesterday was back day. Still nervous about the strained trap. I did seated rows, lat pulldowns, and 1992 cybex machine rows. All were between 100-150lb. All exercises were done 5 sets at 20 reps. I also did some wide grip light weight shrugs in the same rep range. I finished it off with a 15 minute session of HIIT 30/30 on the cardio row. My back was so freakin pumped. I felt like a silver back gorilla. My libido is so good on this stuff. I'm really gonna miss that the most I think. Today I went for a 25 minute dose of steady state on the elliptical. Nothing worthy of note today other than libido is still rock solid. Temper seems to be a bit shorter now days. For the last 3 weeks I've had fantasies about punching co-workers in the face. This is not like me. I just have to filter all replies before letting them cross my lips. No biggie ;) I'm enjoying this log. I apologize about the trap injury slowing the momentum here at the end
 
Leg day today. It was a great workout. Almost puked 2 times. Pump was sick. I came home, showered, and then had some top shelf love meakin with my girl. Semen volume is freakin crazy big on this stuff.

11 minutes of hiit on the spin bike to top things off. It was brutal and awesome. i really wanted to do all my squats as front squats but it was hurting my shoulders and my purse and vagasil was in the car. It was a great workout. What testopro has done to my performance in the sack is what's really impressed me. My girlfriend is 9 yrs my jr. We made love so killer this past friday night that she told the posse where she works and keeps bringing it up to me as well. Good Sh!t
 
Pressing movements this morning. My legs are as sore as they've ever been. Apparently my HIIT on Wednesday was more intense than I thought. Well being has been great. Confidence is great. Willingness to argue is great. I wanted to do DB presses this morning but there was no way I could've set db's on my thighs without crying out in total pain. I ran out of vagasil to rub on them so I just went for the hammer strength wide press.

12 mins of 30/30 HIIT on the cardio row. My bodyfat has measured 12% the last 2 times I've checked it. I started this log at 15% I'm down to 192 on most days but I definitely look more athletic now. This has been a good run. I think I've got about 10ish days left. I'm really gonna try to press in these last 10.
 
Back and bi's today. First of all, my libido. It has been absolutely off the charts today. I had enough libido for two people to have a healthy sex drive. This is crazy. Workout was great considering the way my stomach felt. Apparently my stomach and intestines hate Stevia in the raw. It's a great sweetener and stool softener as well. Jesus man. It felt like 2 squirrels were fighting in my long intestines. I didnt use my straps so my lifts were a little lower, but still a great workout

I'm actually about to run one hell of a stack. I'm gonna be logging licogenix along with ultradrol, dermacrine, and 11oxo for the first 30 days, then dermacrine, double up the 11oxo, stano 200 and dcp for the second 30.
 
This is gonna be the last installment of my testopro log. This has been a great run. I was surprised at the effectiveness of a plant based product. My lifts were steady going up until I hurt my trap and had to take it easy for a couple weeks. My libido was great, all the way to the third month. That's when it went nuts. It was like being a freakin teen again, random wood and all. Aggression and and well being were above average. I know I've said this before, but the hormonal environment created by this product along with the right vitamins(E,D,A esp), minerals(Zinc and mag), and nutrients(fats) in your system creates a symphony inside you that is more prone to induce gains than without it. I'm thankful to have been chosen for this, esp since I've never ran a log until this one. I really appreciate the opportunity. I can only imagine that this would be awesome for pct. I'm about to enter the realm of ultradrol. I'll probably need to revisit testopro in a few weeks. Thanks guys
