My girl got me up at 5am to workout. I usually dont get up until 7:45, much less squat 225lb. Weights feel heavier at 5am, but it didnt kill me...
Well I moved 2 out of 3 training days to 5-6am. NOT what my body is accustomed to. All lifts on those early days have dropped at least a little. I still feel good. People are making comments about my arms looking "pumped" and that sort of stuff. The stuff creates a good hormonal environment for descent training and nutrition to do it's thing. It's good. Did I mention I quit smoking? I quit 3-4 weeks ago. I dont really remember. I smoked a 1/2 pack a day. I was standing outside smoking one night and started thinking about how much money it cost to smoke, how unhealthy it is, how my daughter may have to watch me lay in a hospital bed because of something this stupid that was 100% self induced. I quit right then. I dont even really crave them. I dont know if you believe in God or not, but I think he just let me off the hook, so to speak. Good night gents. Have a great Easter

I found the benefits gradually goe down after a month or two then three and so on
