I partied with those guys a few years back when I caught them on the Pledge of Allegiance tour in Vegas. I don't remember much though. I remember a buffet in a penthouse at the 4 seasons and some guy from Rammstein sitting across from me.
 
Bro... seriously, our lifts are really close in a lot of areas.. you've got ~20lbs and 2 reps on my deads, but I think we're fairly close. (you definitely have my chest right now with my injury but I'll recover fast ;) )

You're a lucky man.. I'm a big fan of Surge from SOAD and Rammstein as a whole.

Chest

Drank wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much last night. :drunk: Felt like sh!t for the better part of the day. Finally got off my ass and decided to go to the gym.

Incline DB Press: 100 X 11
Incline BB: 225X7
Flat BB: 225X6
Flat DB: 100X4; 85X9
Machine Flyes :RACK X 6; RACK -2plates X 4
Incline BB: 185X6
2 sets of DB flyes superslow negs, 2 sets DB hammer curls, few sets of triceps...

My shoulder feels kinda fcuked up, gonna have to take at least a few days off of upper body.:sad: Worked back the other day, went super, super heavy....RP, forced reps, partials, etc. Think my biceps tendon is inflamed (again). Had the same type of nagging injury well over a year ago now. The only thing that made it better was taking a few months off...but that's sure as fcuk not happening. I don't think its that bad yet, just need some off days NOW for sure.
 
Life is back to being good again! :cheers: Only thing is that my diet has sucked complete ass for the past 2 weeks now, and I'm either bloated beyond all belief or I've actually picked up some of the fat that I've worked so hard to get rid of over the past 3 months. I keep telling myself that a few days of clean dieting, lifting, tanning, cardio, and lots and lots and lots of sex will get rid of the bloat and give me an accurate picture of where I really stand. But the dieting thing is hard....Once I get a taste for food again its hard to give it up. Same as when I'm in the hardcore diet mentality, its really hard to eat anything that's not super clean. Its just that initial changing gears that's hard. :frustrate
 
SS, your lifts are nice...you should have plenty of reason to kill weights after your boy Donovan showed his amazing skills...

Bought some more whey yesterday, was basically out. Also a new shaker bottle, as mine has been MIA for like a week now.

Just found a few extra free hours in my day, gonna head to the gym. (After I just rambled on about how I need a good few days off :rant:) Not sure what I'm gonna do....probably :dl: or :squat:. :twisted: :head:

At the same time the call for testing was going on, I had a pretty big change in my life, and once-priorities got put on the backburner for a while.
 
:dl: 495X4; 405X9; 405X5 bout 3 min. between sets. I don't use straps, grip was a factor on the first. Locked out on the 4th and dropped it. :blink:

Decline situps X 19 (failure), reverse decline crunches X 10 (failure)----->15 min. later decline situps X 13 (failure)

Calves: Leg press, sets of 8 starting with 2 plates each side, add two plates at a time, up to 6 plates each. Haven't done calves in a few weeks. Each rep they were screaming, and almost cramping/seizing up.

Obliques: cable side bends RACK X 20 each side.

I'm pulling 550 next week for 1. Gotta top Chad by 5lbs. :bb3:

Felt decent on the way there, but during my warmup sets I noticed that I wasn't quite into it, like not ready to tear the fvcking roof off like usual.:twisted:

Standing BB press: 205X6 (down a rep from last week :sad:); 185 X 6

Front DB laterals: 15X15 slow, controlled
Side DB laterals: same as above

Abandon ship........

Just wasn't feelin it. I'm gonna try to relax and get a good night's sleep and hit up some bi's/tri's tomorrow.

just wondering howlow do you bring standing BB presses down too? and each rep paused or nonstop? just wondering i havent done these in a while and id like to start them i think

I bring them down to touch the top of my chest. Some reps are paused a little, some are more fluid. When I go heavy on these it's a weird feeling, the negatives feel pretty ridiculous and its pretty hard to maintain complete focus, if that makes any sense. I think I aim to be pretty fluid with the reps, def. no bounce though. No leg movement/thrust either (like a push press).
 
ok cool. push press involves legs right like an olympic thing

but instead your just fully isolating shoulder movement with no legs. cool.

i dont think ive ever got 185 above my head haha
 
I don't know **** in comparison to guys like Buki, Ubi and Beelze and a bunch of other guys over at MMI.

Things are crazy/hectic in my life right now. I prob. won't be around as much for the next couple of weeks at least...

Having said that, yesterday was chest:

Flat BB: 255X7 miss 8
Incline DB: 100 X 9
Incline BB: 225 X 9

Don't remember the details exactly right now...I know I did a sh1tload of presses and a few sets of bi's. Got DB hammer curls 55 for 7 strict, after like 5 heavy sets of chest or more. Really good workout.

Guess I'll just keep on keepin on. :numbered:
 
Captain Crunch, hookers and whiskey always help when I'm stressed.

Just don't fight with the hookers in a public place is all. That can lead to more stress unfortunately...
 
nice work benchin. u using a smith on those inclines or free weight?
