Just got my tub today. I'll log up on friday that's the next gym day. I'm planning on using it pre - workout for 2 weeks and post 2 weeks and report on both.

No choice . I went Friday , Saturday and Sunday this week because I am away for work until Thursday. The best thing your getting on the road is some hotel cardio and maybe some 30 lb dumb bells. Plus it's 8 hour training sessions so I can't even escape to a local iron joint.
