Back at it today boys, took the weekend off from training and diet. Had company all weekend, and ready to get going again. Scale said 186, but I'm assuming most of it is water weight. We will see what it says next Monday. 2 scoops Alphamine this morning and off to work I went. Should be hitting chest after work and the chiropractor today. Will also be starting a new version of t-blast log in the next couple of days.

All you need are 2 35's, 2 25's, 4 10's, 6 5's, and 2 2.5's anything else you buy should just be 45's
I hope sleep isn't affecting my goals. I usually get up at 4 for work, but can't ever fall asleep around 10. So I get around 5 hours a night :/ weighed 183.2 this morning. Hmmm
I have the same pattern. In bed at 10 asleep by 1030 up at 4. Every day
It's rough man. And most of the time I don't even fall asleep until like midnight. I'm hoping some results come soon man.
