Perhaps high concentration isn't what you want. The key active in Banaba isn't corosolic acid...I'd say that's the second best ;). If you want to know the best, gotta do your own research because I won't spill the beans!
 
By concentrate banaba I mean extracts with more than 1.5% corosolic acid. I used to see 20% extract at Nutraplanet and other sellers but not anymore.

You said banaba is our second best. Would you put it above ALA?

Re-read my post. The 2nd best constituent in banaba, IMO, is corosolic acid. I will leave the best unnamed.
 
This may have already been addressed but how important is taking a gda 20 mins before you eat? I forget sometimes and take it just before i eat.

Definitely other constituents. Corosolic acid does have a very good effect. It's also a dgat inhibitor

Any GDA's that amplify the insulin sensitivity in muscle tissue after training? Or should one never use GDA's after training?

Why do you taken a GDA? I ask because there is nothing as I understand on the market the selectively targets muscles. If this is the case why take a GDA in the first place?

Your correct but as I've mentioned

Reductions in adipogenic and lipogenic hormones along with glucose uptake makes it "selective" to a degree

Look at its over all effects. Less fat gain on a bulk.

Possible increases in weight loss on a cut through ucp2, ampk,

No I agree with you. I was just asking rostam. If there's nothing on the market that's shuttles nutrients to muscles only then why does he take GDAs? I take them to limit fat gain on a bulk and to further reduce cals on a cut.
