Heinz Field is to the left. Pnc would be further down on the right. Actually you can see Heinz from our apartment room! You can see it a lot easier and better in person but on the pic you'd have to zoom in.

Finally back at home from a week of partying and relaxation. Went to the gym an hour ago and it was packed like never before. Everyone was on chest day, guessing some people are back from colleges and **** now. Didn't want to flat bench or wait for a bench today so I made my way to my favorite hammerstrength machines. There were also groups of hot girls running around too and all lookin at me, distracting af :)

Gonna start logging my lifts again, I just bounce around so much at the gym that I don't remember numbers or sets. Some high volume, some heavy ass weight, and sometimes both! I always incorporate all these in my lifts because I like to change it up. No sides still and my el1minate came in the mail for pct so I'm happy.

After class today I spent 6 hours talking to Comcast cable, installing an external router, and updating all my ps4 software and game updates. Long day. I had to miss back day due to troubleshooting all of these issues but it had to be done.

Dealing with cable companies and internet is a full time job lol. Luckily I'm all set up with faster internet and gaming speed for the summer :D

Tomorrow is arms day, I'll throw some back workouts in there for sure.
 
Woke up at 3:30am so hungry that I felt absolutely nauseous. Had a granola bar and some water. Within a half hour I threw up a lot. Went back to my room, laid in bed and tried relaxing. If I lay on my left side I get dizzy and hurts my liver. Threw up 3 more times within 2 hours and took like 5 ****s. Idk if it's just a stomach bug or my liver is shot. Right now my liver feels like a gunshot wound. I can't keep any food or water in because I just throw it back up. Definitely a bit worried, might be the end of this cycle.

So weird hearing that ps4 software updates are a "Had to be done" thing. Then again it is probably weird to others when I say I have to skip something fun to go to the gym for a scheduled workout. LOL I tend to forget how passionate people are about gaming. I was always outside as a kid and just never got into the games that much. I always wanted to go outside and throw a football as opposed to playing Madden or something. So I never really went passed the Intellivision game system I had up until about 6th grade which was the last gaming system we bought until I had kids who wanted to play them. Of course by that time there were 15 buttons on controllers and just too much of a pain for me to learn. That and my kids loved to kill me quickly like in the first 30 seconds and laugh. After about 10 times of that and them thinking it was fun to not give me a chance I just stopped messing with it because it wasn't fun. About all I can play no is racing type games. No first person shooters or anything. I need a GPT (Gaming Person Trainer) to be good enough to play with my relentless kids... ... LOL

Fps games are my ****. Games have learning curves in them, some harder than others. Most fps games have similar concepts like how to work corners, doorways, etc. Hardest part of any game is not knowing the map. I got paid to play cod4 then on cod ghosts I was getting raped just because I didn't know how the spawns worked and the map layout. But yeah I was just getting everything set up for summer
 
Liver shot huh...Probably shouldn't have been chugging beers while on a methyl.......

I guess it just depends on how much you drink. Beers, probably no big issue unless you taking down a 12 pack or more by yourself. Drinking hard alcohol in abundance (5th by yourself or more) is much harder on your liver than methyls, just look at your piss the next day. When I run methyls I may drink once, maybe twice during that 6 week run unless I'm stacking 3-4 compounds, then it's no alcohol or maybe one cheat day at a moderate pace.

What have you eaten recently?

Could certainly be a stomach bug or food poisoning.

Hard telling, but in my experience with food poisoning my side doesn't hurt or anything when I lay on it. Just a painful sick feeling in my gut.

Your piss will be dark because you're dehydrated. Yes you can get acute alcoholic hepatitis but it's much less common than liver failure from steroids. I trained in one of the highest alcohol regions of the country and actually never saw a single patient with acute alcoholic hepatitis. Pancreatitis, sure.

Drinking (a couple beers) on light methyls like epi is probably nbd. Drinking heavily at the end of a double methyl cycle including msten is asking for liver failure.

Totally agree on everything, but what about when you don't have enough water on a methyl cycle and your piss turns dark yellow, I'm not dehydrated cause I've had a gallon plus of water a day. In the morning, same thing. I still think that drinking hard alcohol, whiskey, vodka, etc. In abundance is way worse that taking straight methyls
 
Dark urine is an early sign of liver damage. Any methyl cycle can cause it. Upping water intake will help by flushing reactive oxygen species through the system faster but doesn't prevent damage from occurring.

Ok so dark urine on a methyl cycle is an early sign of liver damage but the dark urine when drinking too much alcohol is just dehydration:/!not sure about that. Sounds the same to me
 
If you want you can drink then check your LFTs. We admitted hundreds of college kids for detox that were blasted; one guy had a bac of 0.5%. Most of them had normal LFTs.
 
This drinking occurred a few days ago. Afterwards I didn't have any issues or change in piss color as I was checking. The doctor wants to run labs on me in 2 weeks. My liver is a bit inflamed but a lot better already. He also told me there was a really bad stomach bug going around and I've been eating all over the place in public. Only thing my body didn't reject was ginger ale and saltines. Just looked at my piss before bed and it was darker but I've only had ginger ale in my system, it wasn't dark before when I first was taking pisses. Feel a world better now decided to bring some water up before passing out. Hopefully I can sleep good tonight.

My biggest concern besides my liver is also my pct now. Im gonna see how I feel tomorrow and take some puretest(daa) and el1minate. Think I'll avoid starting with Clomid since I'm currently going through some health issues and don't know how my body would react.
 
WOW, you say you didn't drink much but you thrashed your liver, and you didn't have any symptoms until you got sick?

Now you feel better? Sounds like alchohal induced liver inflammation exacerbated your already beat up liver. When you drink your liver swells, closing some of the porous area that filters everything. On top of that your bile ducts get clogged so you can't even get rid of the toxins, this is when things get ugly. I don't have problems having an occasional glass of wine on a methyl but "drinking" is another thing.
 
And just like that I feel 95% again. Stomach is a bit sore from throwing up 8 times but I feel totally normal again o.o! Yes, I told the doctor what I was taking. Of course he really doesn't know much about the supplements because he never really Deals with em. I'll still have some blood drawn and get labs for my electrolytes, kidneys and liver.

Going to take it extremely slow for the next week. Since I'm switching over to pct now I was wondering the safest dosage for eliminate and puretest or if I should wait a day or 2?

Urine has been clear all day so that is good. Feeling so good, I wanted to lift today haha.

Started my pct:
4 pure test caps
2 pct revo black
25mg Clomid

Work 6am to 11 tomorrow then time to get back in the gym!

Actually yeah my first post of this thread says I'd run it 50/50/25/25. You think I need to run it that high with puretest and el1minate by Olympus labs? (my pct revolution black ends tomorrow so I'm switching it to Eliminate)
 
Lifted today, back biceps and triceps to catch up on the days I missed out. Felt good man, got the blood flowin, got in the zone, had my music on. Only issue I had this workout was the stamina, it was a lot on my stomach which is still recovering from throwing up so many times.

By the time I was done with everything I just had forearms to hit but I was like nahh I was pretty spent. Not fully 100% again but I'm fine. And yes, I'm taking 50mg of Clomid a day for all you haters :D
 
Thoughts on Clomid, this **** makes me pass the **** out. This **** like Nyquil sendin me into a time paradox coma sleep
This **** like melatonin havin me walk on the dark side of the moon
This **** makes me wake up feeling hungover, unable to eat, while also being starving.


Onto the Official Stenadrol Review!

Strength: Max Bench went from 260 for 1, to 260 for 4, to 300 for 1(almost 2) Gains were gradual and always increasing. The thing is, you didn't really know they were increasing until you tested yourself!

Mentality: This product did not make me aggressive which I kind of wish it did. I love havin some edge going on =] I must say this product gave me this confidence in myself and the supplement that I could get the weight up. Everytime I would push myself I'd get an extra rep, and another, and another. The lifts and pumps had me rollin throughout workouts feeling good the entire time!

Libido: Meh, no increase in libido at all which is no fun. Slight decrease in libido I'd say, and I never really have a decrease in libido but it wasn't noticeable or significant to me. To others it will most likely affect them differently but hey, I'm still young.

Hardening: I used Stenadrol to give myself a successful lean bulk. My core is coming out and my V shape is becoming existent. Muscles and everything are a lot fuller and harder as well.

Cons: Acne, some back pumps, lowered sex drive

I'd like to say that I absolutely love this product. I have not had this much success with any run prior or anywhere even close!!! This supplement was highly potent and powerful, with the added strength gains it was so tempting to just keep throwing weight up. This cycle really put me in a better position for the summertime which my next cycle will probably be some cutting Anabolic stack.

Term wet suggests aromatising compound. Both are not.

What your buddy probably means is more of a bulk gainer or ' dry' mass gainer.

Terms get confused all the time.
