Gonna get home, workout biceps and triceps again, some more core work and hit the heavybag.

Bicep ez bar curls:
Inner grip: 65x10
Outer grip: 65x10
Inner: 65x10
Outer: 65x10

Isolated dumbbell curls:
4 sets of 10 with 30lbs (squeezed at the top)

Tricep barbell presses:
135x10
185x8
185x8
185x8

Skullcrushers supersetted with close grip presses:
3 sets of 10 with 55lbs
Also supersetted with inner grip bicep curls!
3 sets of 10 with 55lbs

Legs off the bench raising them up for core: 4 sets of 15

The pump has been amazing. Actually it's been amazing all ****en week. I like where this is going and I'm starting to look more blown up. Weight has gone from 201 from being sick to 205, slowly climbing back up. Lastly, fam told me not to hit the heavybag cuz it was late. I'll do it tomorrow morning before work instead.

What a lift man. Renewed my membership today with some extremely gorgeous girl working the front desk :) gotta say I'm not a big fan of these bench presses, they are just a tad too high and ruin my sets using extra energy to try to reach up and rack it. Spotter required next time!

Love getting back to an actual gym, you can hit every muscle from so many angles and weights, it's just the perfect decision for this cycle! By the time I got a crazy pump going I looked up and realized everyone was legit talking to eachother while watching my sets doing forearm work since my arms were blown the **** up. I'm officially like the biggest person at this gym. I had like a lot of older guys and 18 year olds just staring every set. Mentally boosted my confidence.

Haha thanks man! Felt huge, although there was an older guy probably around 28-30 who was shorter but hard as nails shredded. I've been slowly adding on more size and definition but seeing someone like that keeps my ego in check. Still so much work ahead.
 
Destroyed back day today. Gym was pretty packed today which surprised me a bit. Still got to all my machines and I did everything I wanted to do. I felt like I was only there for a half hour though like it felt extremely short. I knew I hit everything really good but I stood there debating whether I should just hit other body parts or not but decided to stick to my schedule.

Been eating clean and staying away from alcohol so I feel great lately! No real changes in anything yet involving stenadrol. Heard both these prohormones are pretty fast acting so I'm excited to see some results start popping up! All I can say now is that it's my job to stay on track and to keep lifting hard and smart! Focus.

I had to lift really hard today. The girl at the front desk is just too ****en fine it motivates me.

Also there are a few dudes around at the gym I am at and they definitely compete. I thought I was looking badass lately but these guys just got so much experience, definition, and vascularity. I know I shouldn't compare myself to others or so they say, but I like doing that so I can critique myself and get better. I'm not competing or anything (maybe in the future =o) but I like sizing everyone up around me and seeing where their strengths are and what I need to work on.

I know the feeling. My training partner is a smokin' hot female and on squat days I push myself much harder than I should. It's her fault if I overtrain or injure myself, lol.

Went to class this morning. Work 3 to 8, debating lifting now or after work but I'm pretty tired right now. Took melatonin last night to pass out and I've been sort of cloudy since even though I slept hard. If you've followed some of my other logs you'd know I get those wild melatonin dreams that are very crazy and vivid. Last night I had some dream about my ex which kind of got me down today thinking about it =\

Let's try humor to make myself feel better.

I work 12 hour shifts 6-6 so I feel just being exhausted.

I'd usually opt to go home, make a big meal, and get some rest.

I work a lot of 8 hour shifts and lift the second I get home or else I get tired if I wait an hour or 2 then try to lift. A body in motion stays in motion they say.
I personally prefer lifting after work because lifting before work makes me so drained and slow all shift.
 
I tend to nap a couple hours after work before lifting. 50 mg trest and 600 mg stano gets me ready to go quick :)
 
Some days I work 6am to 12 which means I wake up at 5am. After work I try to take an hour power nap and then take pre workout and lunch, wait an hour and go lift. The power nap is essential, just to get your eyes rested with the REMs or else I feel like a crackhead. That's what I'm doing tomorrow and I did it on Wednesday.

I don't have to go into work at 6 but I lift in the morning and it energizes me for the whole day.

Totally destroyed shoulders today. Threw in some extra sets of pullups because I was feelin nice!

Even did 10 minutes of cardio at the end of the workout. My cigarette smoker lungs were all like "**** you doin?" I'm gonna start doing 10 minutes of cardio after every lift session now at the gym. Felt great and its a solid way to end a workout. Obviously 10 minutes doesn't sound like anything but something is better than nothing and once I get better I'll up the intensity. Still waiting for it to get nicer out so I can start doing sprints outside! HIIT son! Got off work Saturday and Sunday so I'm prepared to get some well deserved high quality sleep in.
 
So I hit biceps triceps, forearms, legs and then 10 minutes of cardio to end the session. There is a brand new supplement shop 2 doors down called cutting edge nutrition. Went in there and bought finaflex alc+cla and organ armour by lecheek nutrition because I was low on organ shield by purus labs. Even though I have Clomid and puretest(daa) for pct some people are advising me to take an AI with those as well. No estrogen related sides yet and don't know if I'll need an extra ai for the pct, I'm debating it.
 
Clomid does nothing to lower estrogen. It can actually increase it quite a bit. However it has anti-estrogenic properties meaning it binds to the AR receptor that estrgen normally does and does not allow the estro to bind. However if you do not lower your circulating estro and just stop a SERM without a taper you can definitely get estro rebound. Best bet is to use a suicidal inhibitor at the end of PCT.
