Soldier Cycles Stenadrol.

So I tested my max bench today which was at 260 for 1rm. Warmed up properly and slowly increased my way up with good breaks in between. Hit 260 for 4! Stenadrol all up in mah system!

Hit mt chest at every angle today with heavy weight and good form. Did a few burnout sets on a couple different machines. Then finished off with 10 minutes of cardio. Really enjoying the 10 minute cardio sessions at the end of my workouts. They make me feel more athletic, healthy and boosts my confidence! Get my Irish rap on, and I just focus on myself.

Real hip hop from Ireland. It's surprisingly really good. Like just thinking about it, it sounds like a joke but they have a lot of good instrumentals, lyrics, etc. The accents make them sound pretty badass too :)
 
How I feel on Stenadrol. For those who don't know, I am a huge mike Tyson fan. I have his entire career on DVD collection. Ain't nobody as dominant.

Mike would have been the baddest on the planet had he not hit the downward spiral that kept him from achieving his true greatness. He should have had several more years in boxing and most of them he could have been on top. Damn that foxy Momma that messed his head up so bad. Fuggin Robin Givens the 115lb woman who knocked him out of his game.
 
Yeah every time he came back he was slower, less flexible, less focused. After his loss to buster douglas he had a reality check. Then coming back after prison he was even slower. The only thing he kept throughout these different phases was his strength. He had like 6 matches ina row where his technique was terrible but he'd land one Tyson knockout punch and that would save him. In his recent book he states that he was coked up and high on marijuana around all his 98 and past that matches. Which you could see because he was clouded every match. It also lead to his Herculean rants like the video I posted, he was coked up. He carried a whizzer around every match to pass piss tests. It's sad to watch him slowly fall off match after match getting worse.
 
Oh dayum. Hit arms today in my cut off shirt because all the gym rats wear those muscle shirts. Think I one upped every mother****er today! People staring at me every lift :)

As for the lift. I just kept going. And going. And going. Every lift felt great and I felt like I just wasn't fully finished after every lift, crazy pump!

I saw Monte cut his up like this so I was like "okay that looks ****en legit." I just had to do the same and I think it looks pretty Damn good. First time ever lifting in public with a shirt like this so at first I felt like a tool until I got a pump going and my arms blew out the frame.
 
If you guys have seen any of my logs in the past you will see that my entire upper body has practically doubled.

Legs used to be the best part of me and my glutes. That was when I weighed 164lbs though.. now that I am around 210 and I focused on my upper body so much my legs core obliques seem to be lacking now. So I am excited this summer to really try to get my legs diced up while maintaining my upper body since I now know what works well for me. Just hit a legs day at home with lower weight on the squats but flawless form. With added cardio too daily my legs have been sore in different parts that I have been neglecting and I want to see my legs come in for summer! This was taken 2 weeks ago in my home gym since I take so many upper body shots.

Definitely seeing some major progress Irish! Now clean that damn mirror it made me feel like I was I was having an acid flashback or something and the wall was melting!

Mirror could go for a nice 10 second clean.. Yeah I noticed with my back coming in so strong lately after years of neglect my entire physique straight up looks better now.
 
I had to lift really hard today. The girl at the front desk is just too ****en fine it motivates me.

Also there are a few dudes around at the gym I am at and they definitely compete. I thought I was looking badass lately but these guys just got so much experience, definition, and vascularity. I know I shouldn't compare myself to others or so they say, but I like doing that so I can critique myself and get better. I'm not competing or anything (maybe in the future =o) but I like sizing everyone up around me and seeing where their strengths are and what I need to work on.

I do the same thing lol I'm having a secret competition in my head Wi these people,and ask my self why am I not lifting as much as that guy and work on it and make my self lift more through time,it motivates me
 
Half hour left at work. Just wanna get home, check out my test grade for accounting and take preworkout! Gonna destroy delts and traps later with some added cardio.
 
Crush it and you should use people who have acheived what you want to acheive for motivation. Remember you are on your journey and that there is someone they are looking at that they want to look like too.
Just remember to appreciate your progress and not fixate on how far you have to go but how far we have to come.

Different lift today for sure. Normally on shoulders I do barbell military presses.

It's been a while since I've used dumbbells for shoulders so I decided to overhead press some 50lb dumbbells.
3 sets of 10

Directly afterwards I sat down and used a shoulder press machine forget which one.
100lbs, 3 sets of 10 really slow.

After these 2 workouts my shoulders were totally done man which I havnt seen in a while. I'm guessing it was the dumbbell overhead presses that gave me some muscle confusion or some ****. Hit up dumbbell shrugs with 50lb dumbbells, 3 sets of 15.
Lastly I hit cable side lateral raises.
3 sets of 30lbs for 10 reps.

Very much in pain I made my way over to hit up some cardio. 100 calories in 10 minutes today lol not bad I guess

Tommorow is my infamous 6th day of the week on my 5 day split meaning I decide to hit arms again for the 2nd time this week, core, obliques, cardio, and maybe even legs again. Really debating hitting legs twice a week, maybe a volume day one day and heavy the other. Meh
 
It just feels like lifting them once a week isn't cutting it.. I am ready to get these legs ****en dialed in for summer! It's gonna be a fun trip and I'll enjoy watching my progress like any other.
 
Good idea crushing those legs if you want them up 2 times a week should do the trick.
 
Since I have about 2 weeks left I'm looking into some pct to stack with my Clomid and puretest(daa). Would taking eliminate suffice? Don't feel like dropping all that caysh on ar1macare since I think I'm pretty well off with other supplements.
 
Sure it would during PCT that should be no problem. You already have the DAA so the Eliminate should work out well!
 
Good because I ordered el1minate :) seemed like the best option.
Still no negative sides guys. Only strength and leaning out. The pumps I get at the gym are Godly and I feel so confident and focused with all of my lifts. Say something like pullups which in the last I ****en sucked at.. well now I'll be doing sets of 5, full range of motion, everytime I go down I know I can get all the way back up. Even if I'm totally spent, I can fight through it and finish the job. Libido has been up the entire cycle. Mild acne breakouts but with changing of clothes and showering I've been taking better care and they go away faster.

Havnt noticed any aggression yet either but confidence is way up. I am in no way an athlete but this stenadrol makes me want to add in more cardio and athletic type training. Even has me debating picking up boxing again. ****s making me Herculean with my ego which I love.

Did some tabata squats tonight after work. Time to get some rest, we are driving out for my oldest brothers wedding this weekend in Pittsburgh!

We are leaving around 9am so we'll get there around 2-3pm on Friday. Guess what else is going on in Pittsburgh? NPC Pittsburgh Pro! My cousin's husband told me we should dip the wedding on Saturday to catch the Finals at the pitt pro haha. Branch, Cutler, Dexter, Kai, Heath, Ramy, Rhoden are all guess posing! I don't know if there is a meet and greet but I want to get some pics with these legends.

Saturday morning way before the wedding me and Mark might head over and check the show out, 20 bucks for pre judging tickets is fine with me. It's unfortunate that I can't drink at my own brother's wedding but being sober this whole weekend can actually be a really good thing. This will allow me to check this show out, workout at the hotel gym and we might even see a pirates game Friday night. Big plans and I hope I can get out to doing them. Think I have roughly over a week of stenadrol left.

Well with the ride situation and everyone running around I guess I won't meet the pros, another time! Gym section here is small. For weights all they have are freeweights that only go up to 50 which is fine with me. Gonna hit arms today, chill in the hot tub, then go to the wet steam sauna, then go take a shower :). Yesterday, today, and tomorrow I will be taking 2 caps of stenadrol a day and increasing my liver support intake. I'm not getting blackout drunk but my family is a partying family and we love to get the drinks flowing. I highly doubt I can stay sober, however I think I can stay safe o.o I know my body pretty well and havnt had any issues so far. My Brother gets married today :D!!!
 
Have fun in the party! I admit that I've been drunk on cycle few times too. Remember to drink enough water and take some extra magnesium/electrolytes to avoid cramps.

Feel like a Roman at this hotel man. Lifting, hot tub sauna shower. I was made for this **** haha it's like mind, body, physical relaxation.

Also nice to relax right before the wedding starts too, get me ready for a long night! Peaceout sluts :)
