So I tested my max bench today which was at 260 for 1rm. Warmed up properly and slowly increased my way up with good breaks in between. Hit 260 for 4! Stenadrol all up in mah system!
Hit mt chest at every angle today with heavy weight and good form. Did a few burnout sets on a couple different machines. Then finished off with 10 minutes of cardio. Really enjoying the 10 minute cardio sessions at the end of my workouts. They make me feel more athletic, healthy and boosts my confidence! Get my Irish rap on, and I just focus on myself.
