Similar in that it is still a carnitine salt and will work well alongside ARA.
ALCAR is more known for additional mental and ficus benefits whereas PLCAR is more noted for physical ones.

Should be quite a few new companies releasing ArA products, weve been in serious talks with about a dozen so far and the study isnt even out yet!

Oh, I wouldnt hold your breath on that one lol. There are only a handful of companies who actually care enough to pay for human clinicals, and likely just about none who would do so for an already scientifically valid ergogen that is already patented.

What do you guys think about using ArA on a PH cycle? as in H-drol (along with androgel for trt)? I also use GHRP/CJC and TD DHT/mast and aromasin or arimidex as part of a more comprehensive HRT protocol year round.....so I was not sure how this would stack with such a combo....if it would be overshadowed, or be redundant in any way. Might be best used during a natty cycle, or off-time, this is how I have used it in the past at least, before TRT. Now there is no real natty time or off time for me if you consider HRT protocols "unnatural" :D which is the truth of course....

Imho it would be overshadowed by everything else you're running

Supplement companies aren't the only ones with vested interest.
 
Alll I know right now is I like the way I'm looking since starting my ARA. I'm almost done my first bottle. Weird thing is doms are hit and miss. Pumps are awesome and I look huge in the mirror and I'm eating like crazy....

It's been mentioned a few times, but a few years back an MN rep mentioned that ArA is synergistic with PHs/AAS. None of us can find the post now so know knows if it's true but it definitely wouldn't hurt. That being said, I would save the ArA for right when you get off the PH. I usually recommend it for PCT but since you aren't doing a PCT, just start it when you finish H drol and run it with androgel and ghrp/cjc.

I belief there was thoughts on ArA and androgen receptor density. I will try to find that information when I can.
 
Yeah I figured the consensus would be to NOT use ArA w/ PH/AAS. Most natty supps that mimic anabolic effects probably should be used on their own, or stacked with each other (as in ArA+ABE/AB)....I know I use plenty of GDA's and supps that assist with fat metabolism while on PH/AAS....but the natural stuff that elicits more of an anabolic effect, probably shouldn't be used with anabolics.

lol for real...Hello everybody, I'm on GH/test/DHT/hdrol....I was wondering how this natural anabolic supplement might fit in :D I pretty much knew the answer, but hey it might've been synergistic in some way.

I'm on TRT, which consists of HRT for me, androgel/TD mast/GH peptides. Plus I will be running hdrol for 8 weeks alongside the usual stuff I take.

Not much, just 9 pumps of androgel 1%....gets me to 900-1200 total test...I apply half in the morning and half at night, I found that this method spiked my total test level up dramatically. For the hdrol run I have several boxes of androgel stocked up, so I'll do double the pumps at about 18 per day split morn and night...should boost me up into the 2000's or close to it.....for 8 weeks. Matter of fact I'm getting labs done thursday to see where my total test/free test and E2/total estrogens are.

Yeah should be interesting :D Some of the guys in anti-aging forum take 5 or so pumps of 1.62% with phlojel and get into the mid-high 1000's.....so I figure 18 pumps of 1%, maybe with phlojel-not sure yet, should (in theory) approximately double my numbers....I'll just keep doing split morn-night application, and find new areas to apply to keep it fresh from day to night to keep absorption at a high rate.
 
ArA is both very popular when on cycle, and for keeping gains during pct.

ArA is already popular in the baby formula market and growing more popular in with doctors treating patients with autism... as I said, I wouldnt hold my breath on any clinicals as big as this one that we just funded with Dr. Jacob Wilson and the University of Tampa in the foreseeable future.

You have more inside information than I do - would just be cool to see various studies measuring various parameters.
 
When you guys are stacking ArA with LCLT & GMS do you take all of it pre workout? (If you were using it solely before a workout)

I think that was the original idea before someone suggested to take them only on workout days.

Yeah when I first got into the ArA thing i got mixed suggestions of WO day only or ED dosing. I believe I did WO day only last time, but don't hold me to it lol. As of late it seems WO day only has been the preferred method.
 
I would say 4x a week pre-workout would suffice. If one went 3x a week, one day of off dosing may be beneficial. That's just how I would do it personally.

I think since then the idea has mostly been adopted that ArA is mostly making its way to muscles as a direct result of exercise, particularly fasted exercise.

Off day dosing may not end up having much useful effect at all depending on where it ends up in the body.

yeah it worked out great for me since I workout 4X per week.

Yeah in my log I only take it on workout days. I'm seeing good gains, so I'm fine with it.
 
Or if one dosed only 3x per week, they could always run a higher dose if they wanted to do that and not worry about dosing non-workout days.

Absolutely, there is a lot of over thinking it... just run workout days only along with LCLT and GMS. 4-8 caps is the highly anabolic dose, some users choose even less than 4 as they still get the results without the possible side effect of joint pain. While training in a hypertrophy geared range of 10-20 reps Ive never noticed any pain whatsoever with X-Factor.
