Hah, yah with my strict diet I am staying away from dairy now.
Myofusion does not get very slushy but really smooth almost creamy even with just water. When I finished my prep I'll try it with 1% or skim milk...
Skim all the way.
Can you guys explain to me what's wrong with just a little skim milk daily? :thinking:
I'm talking like 12 to 16 ounces total. Is it the small amount of carbs in it? I know there's NO fat in skim milk.
