]..had a lil dietary excess last night [/B](it was a cheat couple hrs :o), , eat 15min later.

tonight will be a ginormous cheat meal too, as I'm taking my wife out to a very hi-end Italian joint, and I'm picturing about a gazillion grams of satfat and a slab of pasta being consumed..
OEP is gonna get tested! :biglaugh:
I will be pre-loading w/ AP+Pslin, of course. :yup:

What's this? 2 cheat days back to back??!! You're gonna get fat!! LMAO

You and the wife have a wonderful evening together bro. Make it a special Valentine's Day for her.

My wife is working double shifts this weekend. So I won't see her until after midnight tonight. But we'll make up for the lost time!!! :naughty:  :hump:

I soaked it up well tho. :439:

Lol I know how it feels, yesterday was my birthday so I had a fairly unhealthy lunch at Applebee's and a big piece of one of those cookie cakes as well. With the progress I've made on my cut I didn't feel so bad about it, plus I had a nice cardio session this morning and real good workout tonight to make up for it.

well my dinner last night wasn't all that bad really..wasn't quite what I expected. the big thing was, no heavy, buttery sauces and no fried, breaded crap on their menu. I'd never been to this place before (was a recommendation from my parents), so was pleasantly surprised. the noodles I got on my Shrimp Flamingo w/ portabella 'shrooms were homemade, delicious! the sauce was very light, yet creamy and tasty as hell. and the seafood appetizer I ate was all grilled and topped with olive oil, no breading whatsoever. my wife got the manicotti (which I had to have a few bites of as well), was good too. the cook (also the owner) was a multi-talented dude - he came out and sang some Sinatra in the middle of our meal, and was pretty good! definitely had the Italian twang down in his lyrics.

I must admit to loathing Italian cuisine. I'd starve to death if I lived in Italy. LMAO
I don't like pasta and I detest the "red sauce" on everything. Those people sure do love tomato sauce and paste. I don't like tomatoes. About the only Italian food I can tolerate is anything Alfredo. Shrimp, sausage, or chicken. Doesn't matter. I do like that dreamy creamy Alfredo sauce. :yumyum:

yeah my Flamingo was in a white sauce.. :10:
wife's manicotti of course was red sauce.

I'm not huge into pastas either, but a nice hand-made pasta w/ the right sauce is really pretty tasty.

better have an extra hard w/o today H! :run: :run: :run:

speaking of which, that's where I'm headed right this minute.

:run:

and da chest took a beating! :whip:

ran a combination workout this day, kept rest low, chest is just ginormously pumped. :approve:

started with decline BB for 6 sets (went to 315), followed with incline BB for speed reps (3x20 @135), DB incline flyes (3x10-12), and lying cable pullovers (3x10-12).
15min moderate steady-state on the glider followed.

lil pic. :salook:

:p

you can see I'm holding a lil water tho from the w/e.

Way to keep up the intensity, chest of course looks huge but serratus are looking good in this picture too.

dinner tonight..
decided to roll with some broccoli stir-fry with soy sauce mixed with 1/2 cup brown rice and 8oz 96% lean beef, topped with some taco sauce.

it is, quite simply, as good as it looks. :yumyum:

dude I'll eat broccoli with anything, it is my veggie of choice. :yup:
and I tell ya - the stir-fry thing (with soy sauce in the mix) combined w/ cayenne pepper makes a nice transition to the taco sauce/meat combo, different assaults on the taste buds going on.. :D
don't knock it till you've tried it!

another euphoric, intense training session! :aargh:
nailed the wheels with some heavy ATG's (6x6-15), leg extension speed reps 3x15, leg curls 5x6-15, donkey calf raises 3x20, BB standing calf raises 2x12, toes angled in/out.
legs are feeling extremely strong these days.. :drive:
hell I'm feeling good and strong everywhere! :approve: :hammer: :wiggle:

moved to CEO Stack dosing for Prime these last 2 weeks, before I take a break for awhile..started yesterday. :yup:

Nice and that meals sounds right up my alley. Seasoning and everything. YUM!!! How much cayenne did you use?

Hey Snag, you and I have to talk about CEO, I have a nice stash!! I will be running progressive for about 10 weeks what do your suggest. Oh and there will be TNA involved... you know the pills...:439:

CEO Stack is the shizzle. :cool2:
yeah your timing would be about right too, I like to run this last 2 weeks of an 8-week cycle, but 10 will work too.
TNA should somewhat mimic the effect of the A-Stack w/ beta test booster I did last yr..if so, watch out!
strength was off the chain with that stack. :yup:

Man, I'm getting excited about this!! CEO how high do you go, I have been up to 15 I think.

CEO name because you need to own the company to afford the dosing??

 that's funny!

you go thru it quick, for sure.
it takes a little planning and stockpiling to pull off such a run.
another advantage of running 8-week cycles of Prime for me tho, I can hi-dose at the same expense as if I was running a 12-week cycle or something. and to me, the benefits of dosing this way are more worthwhile than stretching the product out.

15 on non-workout days.
21 on training days. ;)

:wiggle::wiggle::wavey::hammer::hump::wiggle::wiggle:

WOW...I am starting an 8 weeker at 8 e/d dosing for the entire run. I respond well to Prime so this should have me seeing some good strength gains!!

I'm curious AZ - why do you not run the 6/9 split?
probably would equate out to same # of caps as running 8 e/d.
I embrace the idea of fewer caps on non-workout days, but still want some in play on these days.

I did the 6/9 and had good results. I just feel that you build it up to a good level in your system and then keep it constant. 8 seems like a good compromise level to stay at. If I don't think the results are happening at some point during then I might bump it up to 10... My strength/endurance goes up imensely on Prime as well as recovery and leaning out.

I'm right there with ya brutha.

oooooo, chomping at the bit here to boulderize my shoulders! :hammer:
everything is hardening up quickly, and I'm feeling oh so swole! :yup:

TNA, ftw! :439:

Yah I can always use some hardening that's why I planned to run this stack the last 10 weeks... Ever since I started taking Prime one thing that I have thinking about is taking this up to contest and taking advantage of the muscle fullness/hardness it gives me.

oh I wholeheartedly agree my man.
preparing for contest is when I run my Prime cycles a bit longer, and I definitely plan them right thru the day of show for just that reason. :)

Would you run CEO right up to the day of comp..

streamlined session this morning, short rests thruout, in da groove.. :woohoo:

standing BB presses (alt behind neck/in front each rep) for 5 sets, plus 2 drops on the last set, 20sec rest between each drop; upright BB row 4 sets; DB laterals 4 sets.
finished off with abs.

gonna bring in some low-pulley rows to neck next shoulder day, haven't done this move for awhile..really feeling good with where my shoulder development is at, the muscles just keep getting inflated every time out. :wiggle:

killa! :hammer:
gonna enjoy watching you dial everything in DW.

It's been a while and I've always struggled with the water retention thing, I wanted to try sodium loading this time. That last 3 days is so critical.

It's been a while and I've always struggled with the water retention thing, I wanted to try sodium loading this time. That last 3 days is so critical.

yeah that's tricky stuff (sodium/water manipulation)..even when it works for you one time, you can do the exact same thing another time and it can leave you looking flat.
on the one hand, intellectually I like the concept, so long as it's done gradually and the timing is right.
on the other hand..it is hard to argue with being show-ready 1-2 weeks out, so that you have no need for such manipulations and can just tweak the macros the last days and come in hard as nails. :D

breakfast today was kinda different..
as a general guideline, i like to rotate my meals in solid food/shake/solid food/shake etc. format, and I like to kick off the day with as much real food as possible for breakfast.
timing was an issue this morning tho, so I went with:
1/2 cup oats
8oz strawberries
1 large banana
1 scoop vanilla NitroCore24
1 scoop Wheybolic Extreme 60
18oz water, mix in blender.
preceeded by Pslin. :)

postWO meal was 1 VPX Zero Impact MRP with a large grapefruit..the graham cracker flav of this stuff is pretty tasty! :yumyum:

meals 3 & 5 will be my solid meals of the day - bringing turkey breast into play today, as I slow my roll on red meat consumption for these last few weeks.

I am trying for the latter... will pick your brain when the time comes... :439:

I can't wait man i bet you are going to look sick DW. You guys stacks are out of this world. I would have to save up forever or knock over a bank to run PRIME like that. LOL I am kind of with AZ though. I seemed to gain just as much on 8-10 as I did elevating the doses. I have never been able to notice any performance bump taking PRIME preworkout. I feel it all day long though always wanting to flex...

I definitely don't get the same level of return past say 9 pills but I get additional benefit. The key for me is the fact that I am progressive if I run the same dose for 10 weeks then I get diminishing returns, if I progress my dose it keeps on going strong through the latter weeks. Oh and Prime keeps water in your muscles, I am almost certain that's why running it right up to contest may be a good idea. I think for long runs progressive dosing is beneficial, for say 8 weeks one progression. 6 weeks or less steady dose would be fine.

I totally agree there. However I am going to stay a little weaker on the dose just due to money contraints. Maybe Weeks 1-4 6 ED, 5-8 7ED and 8-12 8ED, dose wise this is still starting higher than my first PRIME run which I finished at 13 weeks on a dose of 6/9 but the first 8 weeks were 6 a day and those were the 600 mg caps. What was weird for me is that it seemed to get better for me as i went and not diminishing. Only stopped because the bottle recomends it and the money of course. Part of me wants to run PRIME post competition during the rebuild phase and take advantage of the extra anabolism available during that time with some high doses of PRIME. That sounds like an awesome time for PRIME!

no doubt. :yup:
I use Prime in my cuts moreso than my bulks, but dude I've done just what you say there, bridge Prime from a steep cut to a lean bulk..blew up like a house! ;)
my fav time doing that was running Prime w/ the beta test booster..ooooo my strength was off the chain. :bigeyes2:

Man I remember that log! Product X puts 70 lbs on Snags bench wasn't it? You were looking so full and huge Bro. I was so jealous of not getting to try the Product X when you did it. Enjoying what TNA and TForce are doing for me now. Helping me recomp a little through this time of light weights and being careful. If not for that I think I would already be shrinking a little bit.
