SLU-PP-332 FAQ.

I know you tested this yourself but assuming you had others test this as well, how soon did you and others start to notice fat loss?
This is something I'd prefer to not mention only because if I say xxx then everyone says he said 4 days and it's been 6. Or whatever.
Ill let everyone judge for themselves.
I will say this stuff is the real deal. Surprisingly good.
And its even more powerful when stacked with l carnitine. I can explain why when I get some free time but the combo is as good as any fat burning combo I've ever used.

It is oral. 250mcg and 100 caps per bottle putting it around ~800mcg per day. I have used probably 8 different products from AC and every one has been legit. Definitely interested in the comparison for sure.
Definitely willing to go toe to toe

I was wondering this as well. Is SLU-PP-32 something that gets better over time or is it immediately effective at the recommended dose?
Like anything itll take some time. But after a bottle you should definitely notice a difference.
Most people its pretty fast for initial effects like endurance. Like 10 min after.
I highly suggest taking a dose before training. Stuff is amazing.

Carnitine, eh? Like just some plain ole oral, L-carnitine?

Maybe I can lend some assistance:
Slu is not a stimulant like fat burner, don’t expect an energy rush like affect

The endurance aspect will be noticed before fat loss

It doesn’t cause nausea

I’ve seen people say to take last dose no less than 5 hours before bed, especially at the beginning…I take it because the body thinks it just worked out, so it’s like working out too late at night sometimes causes people sleep issues

Carnitine and Slu are a great match due to their fat mobilization

It’s also been recommended to me, since Slu is an exercise mimetic, if you dose it and don’t workout, it’s priming your body for a post workout style meal, so eat a high protein meal post taking it (not sure how much truth there is to it) but it makes sense in theory

For how long will this batch be “good for”? Does it stay stable in room temp for let’s say… a year? Or the “expiration date” would be sooner?

Oral l carnitine converts to tmao in the liver. This increases homocystine and makes you smell like dead fish. Injectable bypasses these issues and requires a much lower dose. I highly suggest intramuscular.

So part of the benefits of slu are due to its ability to increase Carnitine palmitoyltransferase. Aka CPT. This is the enzyme family that transfer fatty acids into the mitochondria to be broken down by beta oxidation and used for fuel and energy production by the mitochondria.
This has a dual benefit of increasing fat loss/utilization and increasing mitochondrial energy output.

Adding l carnitine to the mix makes it even better.

Carnitine acts as a carrier molecule, while CPT enzymes facilitate the transfer of fatty acids to carnitine and then back to coenzyme A (CoA) within the mitochondria.

How about TD ?

That's great in theory but I suspect I'd have a hard time convincing myself to start injecting herself with l-carnitine.

Looks intriguing but high price tag for non pharmaceutical

Its stable at room temp for several years provided it doesnt get wet. The bottles are air and water tight and there is a dessicant pack in there so as long as you dont leave it open itll stay good a long while.

L carnitine smells pretty funky. Like fish.
Do you think transdermal carnitine works? I don't mind smelling a little funky for fat loss benefits lol. I probably will never go the injection route. I'm sure the slu will work great on its own

Not certain. Its very water soluble though. Wouldnt be hard to mix it into some water and ethanol and add to your skin.

Ok, so very intriguing stuff. So a few questions:

Write up mentions that oral bioavailability is unknown/low. So, do we know / what do we think sublingual availability is like?
What are you doing to it to make it sublingual (other than having users holding it under the tongue for absorption)?

What does safety look like for this compound in general? Any evidence of toxicity? And, do we know if potency via sublingual would increase any potential sides to be on the lookout for?

Assuming this is all truly experimental, so honestly just curious!

Being a non-selective oestrogen agonist, are any hormonal effects to be expected when running SLU?
Its an estrogen like receptor agonist. There are no estrogenic effects Ive seen or heard of. And Ive got labs from myself and my GF showing no change in estradiol levels or any other effects on CBC or hormones. There was a significant difference in overall cholesterol with a trend showing lowering of LDL and rising HDL.

The compound is close to ideal for sublingual administration. So we would expect it to have very good absorption via this route. Exactly how much, nobody knows that. We do know its poor orally. They are working on oral versions. They wouldn't waste time and money doing this if it worked orally.

There has been no real toxicity or sides in animal studies and they tested up to a gram a day injected. or 1000x the dose in these tabs.

I havn't heard of any side effects except maybe an increase in body temperature.
Dozens of personal experience reports from the sublinguals.

So overall between you and testers what were y'all results? Do you think Mitoburn would be a good stack since it suppose to have effects of exercising also?

I'm in! this is the perfect opportunity to put the running shoes back on and see if i can run like the wind blows lol

Is this taken on an empty stomach or with food
Makes no difference. It's sublingual so its placed under the tongue. Anything not absorbed goes into the stomach. There are no issues with empty stomach.

@brundel, what are your thoughts towards adding in other fat burner formulations into the mix with SLU-PP-32? In particular I'd like to have my wife take a formulation in order to control cravings/reduce appetite in order to keep her sweet tooth at bay while using this product, but I do wonder if dropping calories too low could be detrimental on this product.

I cant imagine there being any negatives but just keep in mind that starving leads to a loss of muscle mass. Best way to increase fat loss is weight training and an increase in muscle mass as this increases metabolism. Even for women I would suggest this. Either way I dont think that it would have any negative effects combined as SLU has no real side effects.

My wife performing weight training seems about as likely as me going on a date with Sydney Sweeney so I'll keep the appetite suppressants for a time when she's not on SLU. I did come across a few anecdotal reports of lethargy on SLU combined with low calories, but that of course is assuming it was legitimate SLU in the first place.

I never felt any more tired than when I’m not on it .

Can you do gbb over carnitine or both ?

I love it so far . Started Friday and so far a 10 out of 10. Like carderine like effects but I feel better .

Yeah, I don’t see why not. Slu really isn’t the typical style fat burner where you need to watch for over stimulation.

To give an idea, my plan is slu, glucovantage, l carnitine (liquid oral), Tmg and a powder caffeine based “fat burner” pre workout
