Oil is always the answer! Do have some NPP, and believe me I’ve pondered it, but I’m not going to break my current cruise dose. Must maintain discipline.
 
Had crazy dreams recently too. Thank goodness it wasn't fever related. Still didn't help with ongoing stressful situations in life. Assuredly caused by that actually. Good to keep a sense of humor about the whole thing.

Yeah man, any nutrition you can get in helps. Like Hyde pointed out B vitamins, especially Niacin, also Zinc, vitamin C, garlic, and elderberry all help.

Migraines are the worst. I’d almost rather cough up a lung than feel like someone’s jamming an ice pick in my eye. You just want to curl up in the fetal position and drift off to sleep haha.

15 days of no training. Had to shake the atrophy out of mah bones. Shoutout to primo for helping me hold on to some of this mass during the sickness .
 
Glad you’re better. I hate unloading as much as the next guy, but sometimes you have to in order to heal right. Hell I’m doing it right now and it sucks, but that’s what my body is screaming at me to do. Primo was definitely a smart move to help with mass conservation too.

Yeah, the VID straight leveled me. But, last time I had it I lost gobs of weight. This time, with primo, I kept most of my gains from last cycle. Aesthetically anyways, strength obviously got crushed with 15 days off. Going to push hypertrophy for the rest of this cruise, then get back to business.

My GHD arrived a few days ago, UPS hates me lol. Just need to get out to the garage and bolt it together one early morning before the heat.
 
Gonna slip in to the garage before work and get that bad girl bolted up. That’ll be a great exercise for my next lower session

Haha, sarms kids. Funny you say that because I went to throw something away at the gym (only go once a week to throttle my chicken legs) and there were empty sarms bottles right on top of the garbage. Something tells me it’s the kiddos and I don’t know why.

It’s a thing. They typically are found congregating around the bench for hours at a time, wearing gymshark stringers and all have perms. No gains to be found anywhere 🤣

First time I tried Superdrol and M1T was in 2000 and I think it was a Vitamin World I bought it at.
We had no clue we should have ran a PCT, and guys at our gym were accusing us of steroids. We were like naw man, it’s just these new supplements you can even get at GNC. Good Lord we had almost every guy in our gym taking it. Of course years later I went and had my blood tested and had actually recovered.
I try not to tell this to young guys, because I don’t want them to think you don’t need to PCT if not on TRT.
But that led to me researching anything I put in my body.
We did some stupid crap back then.

Yeah our whole football team was getting “supps” from gnc in 2000. Wish I remember what the ingredients were lol. Definitely not natty tho

I remember one was named “androstene” or something like that, the other had some long chemical formula, some methylated variant. We were jacked and tan and crushing
 
Popped 12.5 mg Ibutamoren. Gonna see how long I can go, want to get some feel good back in the joints and hold some water. Taking bets on how long till I’m chugging ralox

Yeah to this day I would say the single strongest thing I’ve took was the VPX M1T and I think they called it Monster Test and I want to say we were only taking like 16mg a day. Man that stuff would jack you up quick. The Superdrol I think was LG Supervol maybe, early to mid 2000s, and stupidly no PCT….wow, scary when I think of that.

Those were crazy times. Same here, no PCT. We were 16-17 and didn’t know any more than the gnc clerk 🤣. Orals and pharma-bars were on the diet regimen. Helluva time.
 
Oh yeah, BioTest Mag10 was my first PH and I can't remember if that was M1T or Superdrol but it was one of the big boys and transdermal ahead of it's time too! I had no idea what a PCT was at the time either...

Seriously, it’s ridiculous. I wish it would just disappear. When I first started I could run it for months no problem. We shall see what becomes….
