Forgot to mention, I purchased naboso recovery socks and a neuro ball the other week…
Friggin amazing! The socks are orgasmic to the feet and really help alleviate nerves and muscles. I now swear by these and will be purchasing the insoles for daily use.

I assume the ball is for fascia work, but how do the socks help? They look good.

I was thinking it might help a negligible amount, boy was I wrong. It says to wear for an hour for recovery, I rock them as long as possible while scooting around the house after a long day or a heavy training session. They really stimulate the plantar fascia and all the nerves in the feets. Foot orgasm. It really feels good to walk. It’s almost like body tempering, but to a degree in relation to the feets.

What’s the brand? I have sprained my left ankle thrice over the years, as well as torn a tendon on top tripping while doing a farmer’s run, and I have some random fascia pains as well sometimes. After squat/deadlift days I often can’t walk well on it the next morning for a while.

Hoisting some serious weight here! Well done man!

Can you video the reverse grip on the Cadillac bar? I really want to see this. I don’t think I’m flexible enough — or maybe just too brittle!

I’ll create a YouTube acct to link here for next time. It’s nothing crazy, the bar is designed with grips at about 25-30° angle. Flip the bar around and it is “reverse grip”. Albeit far more taxing than regular

No need to video, thanks — I can see it now, with bar flipped around. At first I was envisioning the hands outside in, palms facing out. Looks good; I’m gonna try it next time.

Aha! I was guessing you had something like that envisioned. Painful to even think about lol

Thinking about adding some weight releases to the home arsenal. I feel these would be very beneficial considering the fact I train solo.

Probably a little safer than slingshot or reverse band work

So these give some assistance at the bottom? Never seen them — look cool.

So these give some assistance at the bottom? Never seen them — look cool.

It overloads the top half of a lift. The eccentric part has additional weight. You can stack plates on these to your needs and hook them on the bar, they stay in place until you hit the bottom of your lift (for bench=bar on chest; squat=bottom of hole) where the rocker feet touch the floor and automatically come off and rock out of the way; so now the load is lighter for the concentric. More of a powerlifting tool historically.

I like the idea of these a lot. The ingenuity the last few years in the fitness industry is amazing.

Going to start up a mild cycle next week once I’m done with my gear cream run/review. I was pondering primo but decided I’m going to throw it back to my true loves. Will bump test to 420 and add in 300 trest dec, low dose anadrol at 25 mg per day as to not crush appetite. I respond extremely well to this oral. 50 is a perfect dose, 75 is too much. I’ll keep it in the shallow end this go round.

You can break down the Anadrol dosage into 2 and see if that helps in case it wrecks your appetite. This is only if you decide to go higher dose. No?

Nice work on the squat.. There is something about squat that makes you feel like you’re really lifting..

I have been listening to that song and album a lot this past training cycle!

F*ck you, I’m ruthless! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

I really just want to let the trest do the work and use anadrol more for pwo and recovery purposes. Give the old liver a daily 12 hr break lol. I respond really well to anadrol and I have had success with pulsing.

Surf and turf deluxe supreme

That’s so funny: I had a pound of baked salmon and a pound or so of a frozen tbone I baked as well yesterday.

We’re living the same diet and training across the country apparently

Just pulled the trigger…. Weight releasers and arm blaster ordered! Heavy negs and biceps rejoice! Ships in 14-30 days

Time to get the biceps ready for that kind of stimulus. You need to work em good so they are ready for the direct loading.
