I had to stop using training notebooks and buy ring binders so I could replace the paper because I would get so aggravated ripping pages out when I wouldn't write things down correctly or if I had to erase something and it made the page look so s*****.Indeed it is! Yeah I’m a creature of habit. I figured it’s easiest all in one. Maybe I should branch out?![]()

Clint Darden had a story about a training partner that had to tape a syringe to the doorknob so he could back up into it to inject his glute. He was way too big to do it himself but lived alone, and he took way too much oil to get by not using his glutes!
