I’m finally at a place of stability in life again and will have time for consistent workouts again. Gods be praised! I dropped all social media (except AM) due to toxicity and much reflection over the past few months, I shall return to tradition. It’s quite liberating actually.

Been cruising 120 mg sust per week since november, feeling good, less really is more. Now, I am planning a mass stacking cycle here in the next few weeks (those that know me know that this could begin as early as next pin lol). 600 sust/400 NPP/400 EQ.

The only hindrance really is I am waiting for full healing of sacrum/coccyx as I blasted it pretty hard splitboarding about 6 weeks ago, almost back to normal. Lower body workouts have been single leg isolation, bands, machines and RNT. It’s hell, I just want to deadlift and squat!

Thanks mate, I will more than likely just post blast within this log for ease of info. If I do run a separate cycle log I’ll get at ya

I love em. Hits a little different throwing those blocky chunks around as well. I’m impressed so far. I always thought they looked a lil janky before I tried them out, now I know.

Heal that buttcrack before you start! If you are making a comeback, milk those couple extra weeks.

Glad you are back in the game. I don’t do any other social stuff either, never have.

That's a nasty looking bruise, bro! Hope you get back to the fun lifts soon. Digging those adjustable dumbbells as well. What is the weight range with those?

Lower

Warms:
Light band lat pushdowns x20x2 sets
Banded walks
KB goblet squat 53x10x2

Sumo deads:
155x10 doh
265x10 doh
335x10 doh
375x10 doh
425x5 straps

SLRDL:
135x10x2

Not trying to set any landspeed records today, just testing waters through sumo. This is the most weight I’ve had on lower in over 6 weeks. Feeling solid, just weak from atrophy. Machines and isolation work is no substitute for compounds. I plan to move forward to conventional next week, lightweight anyhoo.

Thanks bro! Yeah it was a fun one lol. This set goes up to 125 lbs. I like them better than standard DBs already. Worth checking out for sure.

Spent this week in a backcountry yurt. Snowmobiling and splitboarding were the weapons of choice. Cardio up, sled lifts and digs, strength endurance, a great week both mentally and physically. It’s nice being out of cell service and society for a few days where one can really focus on the important matters. Back to regular training this week.

Glad you are adding some life to your days brother! It’s important for a man to get some fresh air and remember how small he is in the wild world.

All is well my man. Just started up a fun little cycle to kick off summer. Lots of work, snowmobiling and splitboarding this winter; so I deviated from my normal training and felt like a kid again lol. Cardio is on point and I am currently the lightest I’ve been in over a decade. Time to get beefy.

What’s starting weight and what’s the current blast? Doing power training per your usual or any big training shifts?

Take a starting pic so you can see where you go with things over a few months!

Starting weight is…………………………………….. ……………………………………..……………………………………..……………………………………..……………………………………..……………………………………..………………………………………….205.

600 sust/ 500 eq/ 400 NPP. The option to throw in trest is always available, because it is a very dear friend indeed.

Not power training this block. No time for proper CNS recovery in that regard. Besides, basically starting from scratch at this weight lol. Hypertrophy and clean eating are the focus for the next few months.

Went white water rafting yesterday and took a big rock hit to the right glute (same glute I pinned about 6 hours earlier, naturally ) so today I had to regroup and went for some light work to get the blood flowing. Reverse hyper is damn sweet and will be a great recovery tool.

Thanks gents. It’s a slow crawl right now but coming back. 3 months of no barbells and straight hiking will atrophy a guy lol. ‘Twas good though.
Sessions looking good. Like @Hyde said got to keep building momentum!
