Legs/Shoulders

As usual, my workout tonight was great. I thrashed my legs with sumo style deadlifts and stiff legged deadlifts. I would venture to say that I performed deads better tonight than ever before. My shoulders felt especially strong as well.
I notice an improvement every time I hit the gym, and I end up wanting to extend my session every single time I go.

Once again, I received some comments from people in the gym tonight regarding my size. People are noticing that I'm getting bigger. :D
My muscles currently seem much harder and more full. I can see it when I look in the mirror.

Also, I'm not incredibly vascular (I've never been one to have veins popping out everywhere) but I am seeing more green traces throughout my body. I would also say that, even though I'm bulking right now, I am leaning out a bit in the midsection; although I am far from where I would be if I decided to cut.
I may run 1-T Tren in the future if I decide to cut. I bet the results would be amazing.

My weight tonight was still around 209.75, which is +11.75 pounds. It seems as though my weight gain has tapered down a bit. I'll eat more and see what happens. :food:
I am still gaining though. Like I mentioned before, I believe I am simultaneously leaning out a bit, so that may explain the slight drop concerning the weight gain.

I may give some measurement updates in the next couple days as well.

The effects of the 1-T Tren are mounting. My strength is steadily climbing, and my endurance is high. Week four was definitely a success.

As I noted the other day, I'm receiving compliments from people regarding my increase in size.

I'm more vascular as well. As I said before, I believe I may be leaning out a bit, which is respectable because I am attempting to bulk. In addition, I haven't performed much cardio since I've been "on." Come to think of it, I need to fix that. :D

At the conclusion of week four my weight was 210 pounds, which is +12 pounds from my initial weight of 198.

Strength: What can I say. My strength is on the rise. I am performing several exercises better than ever before, including the deadlift, squat, DB bench, clean, and shoulder press.
I expect to see more improvement in the final two weeks.
Sides: Still no horrible sides. At times, I experience minor back pumps. I also suspect to have a bit of testicular shrinkage. I'm still perspiring more throughout the day as well.
I haven't experienced any hair loss. I have only experienced touches of minor lethargy here and there. I have no gyno symptoms. My aggression is not out of hand.
Not alot has changed concerning the side effects, with the exception of the testicular shrinkage. It's not severe, but I do believe the "boys" have lost some size.
Libido: Still going. Thank you, Sustain Alpha.
Overall feeling: I still feel great. The alpha male mentality is still there, and I look forward to tearing up the weights every day.

Wondering about timing with the Dark Matter... Im about to hit up a two month run of straight MHP (and 1-T Tren) and not sure how the hell im supposed to take the Dark Matter then shake or do i just eat a whole food meal 1 hr later?

You're supposed to take the DM immediately following your workout. I usually try to eat a decent meal about an hour later. Sometimes I take a weight gainer shake instead, then eat later. It just depends on my schedule.

I had to try and condense another workout into a short amount of time. Tonight was supposed to be legs and shoulders, but I only performed a couple exercises: Zercher squats and clean and press. Yet again, my performance was top notch. My strength and endurance continue to climb. I love the fact that I have an increased ability to push out hard and heavy reps.

I also threw in some cardio when I got home. I alternated between sprinting and jogging for a few minutes. It wasn't much, but it was enough to make me realize I need to do more cardio. :D

I really perspired heavily today. I enjoy it though. There's nothing like getting in a great gym session. It's just motivating.

Tonight, the scale settled at 212 pounds. That means I'm currently up 14 pounds. :cool:
I imagine I'll gain a bit more in the 11 days I have left on this cycle.

I do sweat more throughout the day, but it's not like I sweat profusely when I'm sitting around. I imagine you'll be fine.

As much as I would love to run another cycle fairly soon, I think I'm going to go natural for a while. I have some Diesel Test Hardcore, Powerfull, and some of Primordials Phyto-Testosterone that I plan on using after PCT. I'll actually be using the DTHC and Powerfull during PCT as well.

I'm considering picking up Anabolic Pump and some of PPs DermaTherm Target. I've also thought about trying out Prime, and I've been looking into Formex.

I think some combination of the aforementioned products would make a pretty sick stack.

Yeah that's what I'm using now. You could just pick up Invalid Link Removed, which is just the bulk powder. I'm also going to use it during PCT, along with Diesel Test Hardcore, and Primordials Testosterone Recovery Stack. With that combination, I wouldn't be surprised if I made some mass gains during PCT.

It has helped with my sleep. I haven't been using it for very long, but I can tell that it does induce a deeper, more relaxing sleep.

If I were you, I would buy some of the bulk powder and p5p and use those initially for gyno prevention. If you begin to notice sides, I would start using vitex.

Yeah +14 is nice. Hopefully I can pick up another pound or two before it's all said and done.

But I'm trying to decide weather I want to run 1T Tren then or wait. I dont know if I want to bulk in July and I really want to run the 1T Tren while bulking. Sooo, I'm just trying to think everything over.

I believe that the TRS is sufficient. I'm adding in the DTH and Powerfull for an extra "kick." It would be nice to put on another pound or two during PCT. :D

Are you going to use Sustain Alpha while on-cycle?

I really like Dark Matter. I'm currently on my third tub of the stuff. I believe it has a good ingredient profile, and the taste is pretty good (which is a plus, not a necessity IMO). I have the blue raspberry flavor and it tastes like a liquid slush drink. It's pretty thick and sweet but it tastes like candy. Just a bit of warning though, it has turned a few of my stools to a nice greenish color.
 
yea i will be using sustain while on. have to keep the girlfriend happy :). i have only ran cycles that increase libido epi and halodrol. I am hoping i can keep libido up during and have a super strong libido during ptc.

do you have any ptc stacks to run instead of the TRS? just curious i haven't bought the TRS yet.

one concern is not having to have topical during ptc b/c of going to the beach.
 
Im currently using dark matter as well, not sure about it yet. I also just finished up the one and pct, i really want to run this, in july, tho that would break my 6 month rule!! I find for me my gains are limited with back to back cycles.
 
Babywifey said the same thing about the Eviscerate. I don't know if I want to try it...not too into burning sensations.

Ya know, I hadn't really noticed it until yesterday. I had a light sunburn on my lower abs from Saturday. And when I first applied it, it didn't burn. But then later on in the day when I started to sweat, it burned like a beeyotch.

I also had thought about getting some Dark Matter but the high carbs concern me a little. I would love it for bulking but I'm on a very low carb right now so 40g would be kinda steep. I'm going to keep looking to see what's out there.

with the bulk powder powerfull, do you fill your own caps/ what size? and take one during the day and one before sleeping or only before you pass-out?

what Beta Alanine supp do you take and what dose/ time of day?

I don't believe you have to cap them. I suppose you could though. I've heard the powder doesn't taste too great.
I take Powerfull before I workout and before bed. I would just follow the dosing directions for the 1-C given on the NutraPlanet website.

I use Primordials beta alanine. You can purchase up to a kilo from their site. I normally take a serving an hour or two before I workout, and another serving an hour or two following my workout.

As for the liquid B-12, you should be able to pick some up at your local supplement shop. Again, just follow the instructions that are given. I would suggest the liquid B-12, or at least something for energy (just watch the caffeine), as you may experience lethargy.

Yes, but the 1-C is the compound that is relevant for what you will be using it for (inhibit prolactin issues).

The past few days have been pretty nice. I'm still experiencing increases in performance. I was able to move up in weight during my chest workout as well as my back workout.

I had my BP checked today and everything was perfect.

I started taking vitex again. It looked to me that my nipples may have been a bit puffy. I'm not for certain if I was experiencing gyno symptoms, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to have problems.

I'm still sweating more throughout the day and during my workouts as well.

Just a warning for anyone that plans on using 1-T Tren: make sure you eat an adequate amount of food. I noticed another member on this forum said that he waited too long between meals and experienced some nausea. Well, twice during my cycle I have waited a bit too long between meals (post-workout), and I will say that doing so does not produce a good feeling lol. Tonight, I took my post-workout shake but waited too long until I ate an actual meal. :rolleyes:

On a positive note, I can definitely tell that I have filled out. I still receive comments from people.
My weight is still 212, so I'm +14 right now.

I'd also like to mention that the Powerfull I have been using has definitely improved the quality of my sleep.

PowerFULL is made of two components: PureSAP an extract of the cholorophytum plant, used for its ability to mimic Testosterone - primarily, a triterpene saponin "Stigmasterol" whose chemical structure is nearly identical to Testosterone. And PureDOPA an extract of Mucuna Pruriens, which has shown independent ability to increase endogenous Testosterone, as well as increase endogenous GHRH/GH, via levodopa.
 
The 1-C powder doesn't taste that great but it looks a lot worse than it tastes. I mixed mine with some Purple Wrath and drank it fairly slow.
 
i was gunna cap it in some 00 and take one in am one pre-workout and 2 before bed. would that work? and it would avoid the taste

In fact, you would have to take a much higher dose of oral 19-nor than what is normally suggested to reap the same effects. I imagine this would also be associated with more negative side effects.
I believe Eric (PP president) has stated that 5 pumps of 1-T Tren will give you the equivalent of 200-300mg a day of 19-nor, even though there are only 81mg of the compound per 5 pumps in 1-T Tren.

You also get some other "goodies."

The 200-300 is something I read posted by Eric on another forum. Maybe we can get a rep in here to elaborate.

IMO, I would say it is a superior product compared to oral alternatives.

I understand the tight budget deal. Have you looked into the Xtreme Hardcore Muscle Stack? It includes 2 bottles of the 1-T Tren (enough for a 6 week cycle at 5 pumps per day), as well as Primordials Testosterone Recovery Stack (Sustain Alpha, Toco-8, EndoAmp Max) for PCT. That's what I bought.
