Legs/Shoulders
As usual, my workout tonight was great. I thrashed my legs with sumo style deadlifts and stiff legged deadlifts. I would venture to say that I performed deads better tonight than ever before. My shoulders felt especially strong as well.
I notice an improvement every time I hit the gym, and I end up wanting to extend my session every single time I go.
Once again, I received some comments from people in the gym tonight regarding my size. People are noticing that I'm getting bigger.
My muscles currently seem much harder and more full. I can see it when I look in the mirror.
Also, I'm not incredibly vascular (I've never been one to have veins popping out everywhere) but I am seeing more green traces throughout my body. I would also say that, even though I'm bulking right now, I am leaning out a bit in the midsection; although I am far from where I would be if I decided to cut.
I may run 1-T Tren in the future if I decide to cut. I bet the results would be amazing.
My weight tonight was still around 209.75, which is +11.75 pounds. It seems as though my weight gain has tapered down a bit. I'll eat more and see what happens. :food:
I am still gaining though. Like I mentioned before, I believe I am simultaneously leaning out a bit, so that may explain the slight drop concerning the weight gain.
I may give some measurement updates in the next couple days as well.

END WEEK 4
The effects of the 1-T Tren are mounting. My strength is steadily climbing, and my endurance is high. Week four was definitely a success.
As I noted the other day, I'm receiving compliments from people regarding my increase in size.
I'm more vascular as well. As I said before, I believe I may be leaning out a bit, which is respectable because I am attempting to bulk. In addition, I haven't performed much cardio since I've been "on." Come to think of it, I need to fix that.
At the conclusion of week four my weight was 210 pounds, which is +12 pounds from my initial weight of 198.
Strength: What can I say. My strength is on the rise. I am performing several exercises better than ever before, including the deadlift, squat, DB bench, clean, and shoulder press.
I expect to see more improvement in the final two weeks.
Sides: Still no horrible sides. At times, I experience minor back pumps. I also suspect to have a bit of testicular shrinkage. I'm still perspiring more throughout the day as well.
I haven't experienced any hair loss. I have only experienced touches of minor lethargy here and there. I have no gyno symptoms. My aggression is not out of hand.
Not alot has changed concerning the side effects, with the exception of the testicular shrinkage. It's not severe, but I do believe the "boys" have lost some size.
Libido: Still going. Thank you, Sustain Alpha.
Overall feeling: I still feel great. The alpha male mentality is still there, and I look forward to tearing up the weights every day.

I had to condense an hour+ worth of work into about 35 minutes. Surprisingly, I was able to do so without any problems. I even moved up in weight on many of the exercises I performed.

Wondering about timing with the Dark Matter... Im about to hit up a two month run of straight MHP (and 1-T Tren) and not sure how the hell im supposed to take the Dark Matter then shake or do i just eat a whole food meal 1 hr later?

Nice update. I'm wondering if the sweating issue will be a big deal when I cycle this. I wouldnt mind it while working out but sitting at my desk it might be a little weird, ha.

It's cool man. I just finished The One. Liked it very much and now I'm in PCT. So I have until at least July before I can run another cycle. But I'm trying to decide weather I want to run 1T Tren then or wait. I dont know if I want to bulk in July and I really want to run the 1T Tren while bulking. Sooo, I'm just trying to think everything over.
It's still kinda early to tell on the Eviscerate. I only have the 4oz bottle so it wont last long. I'll let you knwo what I think after I finish. I do know one thing, it burns like heck when you sweat after you put it on.

Another great week. My strength is still climbing, and I am more explosive in the gym. I continue to progress on every body part that I work.
Like I said before, I am still receiving compliments from people pertaining to my size.
I also continue to experience a pretty good pump in the gym, and I am definitely more vascular.
I weighed in today at 213 pounds, which is +15 pounds thus far.
Strength: Up up and away! I'm still progressing here. I have improved on all compound exercises. I notice a greater ability to push myself every time I hit the gym.
Sides: I'm certain now that I have some testicular shrinkage. It's not severe, but it is noticeable.
I still experience occasional, minor back pumps.
I'm still perspiring more. When I hit the gym, I sweat like a whore in church.
I still have not experienced any hair loss.
Any lethargy I experience is minor.
I have no gyno symptoms, but as stated before, I started taking vitex again.
My aggression has increased, but it is manageable.
Overall, the sides still are not that bad. The testicular shrinkage is of some concern, but I know it is a possible side effect during a cycle.

Are you referring to an oral with 19-nor, or actual trenbolone?
This is the only tren-like compound I have ever used. As I understand it, the absorption of the transdermal compound is going to be far greater than any oral. In fact, you would have to take a much higher dose of oral 19-nor than what is normally suggested to reap the same effects. I imagine this would also be associated with more negative side effects.
I believe Eric (PP president) has stated that 5 pumps of 1-T Tren will give you the equivalent of 200-300mg a day of 19-nor, even though there are only 81mg of the compound per 5 pumps in 1-T Tren.
You also get some other "goodies."

the price of 1-t tren isnt bad, just on a tight budject, when i consider i have to buy pct and cycle support, in which i will be taking seriously.
