So you saw the UFC event? Who did you think won, Machida or Shogun? Great updates man!!

Yeah I watched it. I honestly thought it was a pretty close fight with both guys attempting to be counter punchers. Shogun landed tons of leg strikes that I know had machida hurting. However, I don't think the judges score leg kicks very high based on the score card.

I also feel like if you want to be the champ, you need to destroy the champ. Never leave it in the judges hands!
 
Agree with you on all accounts. I liked how Machida stuffed all the takedown attempts. One of the better fights I've seen in a long time, although I thought Shogun won that one.

Day 8 weight: 195.5 (Down 9lbs FTW)
Day 15 weight: 196.5 (Not sure why the weight gain this week, but staying the course)
Day 23 weight: 196.5 (Still stuck at 196.5. I screwed myself this weekend with a big carb cheat day and didn't get to the gym like normal)
Day 30 weight: 195 (Finally down a few more LBs and keeping my strength so far)

Tuesday's Food:

Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs with ham and cheese.
Lunch - 3 Bratwurst and a side salad
Snack - Walnuts
Dinner - Smoked chicken breast with broccoli/cheese
Also 2 protein shakes



Wenesday's Food:

Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs with ham and cheese.
Lunch - Cheeseburger patties and a hod dog link with some peanuts.
Snack - Walnuts and beef jerkey.
Dinner - Low Carb tortilla wrap with natty peanut butter and a low carb yogurt.
Also 2 protein shakes

Tuesday's Workout (Chest and Triceps):

Pullups - 10, 10, 8, 6
Standing Cable Rows - 200 x 10, 200 x 10, 100 x 10
Hammer Strength Lat Pulldown - 45/side x 10, 90/side x 10, 90/side x 10
Rear pec deck flies - 100 x 10, 110 x 10, 110 x 10
Weighted Situps - 25lb x 10, 25lb x 10, 25lb x 10
Rope Crunches - 90 x 10, 100 x 10, 100 x 10
Side Bends - 40 x 10, 40 x 10, 40 x 10
Leg Raises - 3 sets of 10

Also hit 34 minutes on the elliptical.


Thoughts:

Strength - I know for a fact that my strength has increased. I am able to do multiple sets of pullups and still have some strength left for everything else. I used to be completely drained after 10-15 pullups, but now they are becoming an exercise that I really enjoy!
Libido - No more exciting stories as it is back to the weekly grind of kids, work, kids school work, wife exhausted from work, etc
Body Composition - I am almost done with the bottle. In fact I have 3 more days remaining so this weekend I will take some updated pics to finish off the log.
Sides - No more big zits.

Nice workout bro. I think Lesnar vs Carwin is just postponed till Jan. Fedor fight next Saturday on one of the major networks. I think they want to expose Fedor to the american public and build up a Lesnar vs Fedor fight in the future.
 
Keep up the hard work Silver. The gut will come off, just stay diligent, it's not gonna drop off you in a week. Nose to the grindstone homie!

Slow and steady transformations are easier to maintain also.
 
Today is my last day on TestoPRO.:-( I will get my last couple of updates in today and a detailed final review tomorrow. Wed and Thur were unscheduled off days due to the sh1t storm at work. Today I will get a later workout than normal, but will get it in.

With my back still causing me issues I am only going heavy on leg day once every 2 weeks and the other week I am just trying to ensure that I work them out, but don't cause myself issues.

A general description of your training and diet protocol:
My training is typically a 4 day split (Chest/Tris, Back/Abs, Shoulders/Bis and Legs/whatever else I decide to work). I usually hit cardio at least 3 times a week.

My Diet is the Targeted Ketogenic Diet and I stuck too is except for 2 days where I allowed myself to consume way more carbs than I should have. I typically hit less than 65 grams of carbs per day.

Any effects on mood: TestoPRO is alpha male in a pill. I wasn't near as agressive as when I have run prohormones, but I definately had a chip on my shoulders that I only seem to get when I have more test running through the system.

Any effects on libido: This is by far the best aspect of the product for me. My libido was completely in the tank after my last cycle. By the time I ran TestoPRO it had probably been almost a month since I had woken up with morning wood which was a fairly normal occurence for me prior to that even though I am an old a$$ 35 years old. Also, I was not craving sex like I used to which was disappointing. It was not at the point of ED and I was able to get it up and do the job, but I missed wanting to bust a nut all the time.

After 3 days of taking TestoPRO I was a changed man. I started waking up with morning wood and I am talking about the uncomfortable type that almost hurts. It was great to have little Silver back and hasn't left since. My schedule has been kind of jacked with work and family committments, but there have been several times where I have been able to go for multiple rounds which is great.

Any effects on strength: For me this was a serious cut. In the past I have done more recomp and kept the calories a tad lower while still consuming carbs. I cut over 10lbs total during this run and my strength actually went up. You can't ask for more than that. The last time I dieted pretty good I lost quite a bit of strength, but I did not have TestoPRO in my arsenal.

Any effects on endurance: My low carb diet made this aspect of the product not completely shine. The first 2 weeks I felt pretty good with plenty of endurance. After that the low carb started affecting my endurance. I would be able to come in, lift heavy for my first 4 -5 sets and then started fading more than normal. I have done low carb before and it saps my energy and I was very happy to have TestoPRO to assist with boosting it.

Miscellaneous comments: I really appreciated the opportunity to run this product. In the past I have mainly used test boosters during PCT only and this product helped me realize that a good test booster with proven ingredients can be beneficial to run as a standalone product. I will definately be spending my money on it in the future because it has shown its worth to me. During the first week I started TKD without TestoPRO for the first few days. I ended up losing around 8lbs that week. Week 2 with a more strict diet than week 1 with TestoPRO in full affect my weight stayed the same.

I would really like to see how this product would treat me if I was doing a lean bulk vs a cut. I know if I focused on my diet and workout I could gain a good 4+lbs. Either way I think you can't go wrong with this product.

Overall product rating (1-10 scale): 9

The only thing I can take anything away from this product based on my observations is the endurance aspect. As I mentioned this could be due to my low carb diet, but this product was not able to keep me fired up thoughout every workout. Besides that it rates extremely high for a natural/non hormonal product that requires no PCT to recover.

I think the next 10lbs (only referring to fat and not total weight) will show more than this 10. I don't think the pictures really showed as much difference as I see in the mirror.

My motivation is still high and I am keeping the diet on track. I might look into switching to a CKD style at some point, but I am still evaluating my options.
 
Quick update:

The trainer was unable to do my bf% test today so I will get it done tomorrow or Wed at the latest.

Strength test: I attempted a bench max and hit 315lbs. The last time I attempted it I was unable to get it up and left disappointed. Now I am around 10lbs lighter and I was able to get it. I feel like I could have hit 320-325 for sure if I would have tried.
 
Hi Ho Silver!! You are changing before our eyes bubba. The muscle mass is really begining to show now and you should be very proud of yourself....keep killing it champ!!

I really appreciate the opportunity as it was a very good run. The product made me a believer in test boosters which I have typically only taken as part of PCT. That won't be the case anymore.

Quick update on my current status.

Weight was down to 189.5 today which is the least I can recall weighing in a very, very long time. I am leaner than ever (still have stubborn belly fat) and I am continuing to make progress. Had my bodyfat checked and according to the trainer the percentage came out the same as before. What is fukked about that is I am around 12lbs lighter than my last check.

I will not be doing anymore pinch tests and will focus on the mirror only.

Going good. I am up a few lbs since adding carbs back in, thanksgiving and various holiday parties. I am about to get serious on a pretty good cutter cycle that I will be starting probably next week. I will be running EFX (Epi) and Furaguno (Orastan -A). GUD TIMZ!

I will be using PCS along with Clomid for this run. I ran one cycle without it and I won't make that mistake again. I think I will roll TestoPRO in following PCT based on the excellent experience I had running it.

Good luck bro. I would start the PCS either in week 2 or 3 of pct.
