Silver is searching for his lost abs with the help of MMV3 (LG Sponsored!)

LOL. I appreciate the thought buster!

Man my legs were sore today. Although I was unable to do squats I still did leg press, lunges w/40lb dumbbells, leg extension and hamstring curls. Then I followed it up with 33minutes on the eliptical and 7 minutes on the bike. Today when doing lawn work and chores I was in some serious pain. It was great.

Good night all!

The shot won't be until next Monday or Thursday based on my schedule.

I weighed in at 196.5lbs today. Hell to the yeah. I stuck with the diet all weekend and only has a small cheat desert Sunday night. Besides that it has been a pretty clean diet and I am letting the MMV2/DCP combo work it's magic. I think the pictures at the end of the week will show some pretty good changes compared to 30 days ago. I am really hoping to be 195lbs by the time of those pics!

GREAT WORK silver. 195 would be looking good bro. Maybe start cutting carbs and sodium to lean your muscles out, dry up em, and tighten them. Unless your already on a very low carb diet, I would think that just switching up your carb intake can get you down to 195, at least for the pics. Or whats your thought on that?

I actully did the Atkin's diet when I was really fat (265lbs) and was able to stay on it for around 9 months. I actually was down to around 205lbs, but it was still a much different body than what I have now.

I have thought about giving low carb a shot again, but I truly struggle with that these days. Being married to a Mexican woman that knows how to cook is brutal for a low carb diet. The bad thing about truly low carb diets is most protein shakes, milk and snack bars have more carbs than you should be eating on a true low carb diet. I have thought about doing what others have with dropping carbs from their evening meals and see how that helps out.

yeah you could just drop the evening carbs. Keep the carbs at breakfast the same. Dont worry about the carbs in your preworkout or postworkout meals/supps, but if you could cut down the total carbs you take in past noon, eat aout half you normally do, i bet you would see a big change in only a few days. If you start feeling fatigued in the gym though forget it, go back to the normal amount.

Damn, I can't believe you're 203...

They grow up so fast... :worried:

LOL. We'll see how much of it I hang onto though. And I've still got a mild cut coming up after my PCT too. Def. won't be as extreme as last summer's cut.

(Sorry for the hijack, Silver.)

No such thing as a hijack on my threads big man! I enjoy the extra conversations!

I hear that low carb thing. It sucks. I did that Atkin's with the wife and it wasn't too fun. How can eating bacon everyday be that good for you? But having the Mami that can cook would make cutting carbs low a real tough situation.
I have been thinking about doing the low to zero carb final two meals myself. Just to start a bit of a cut. Let me know what type of plan you are thinking of when you do begin to give it a go. I'm interested to see how it works. We could be miserable together with no carbs.
And Shaddow is right, stims will be our best friends then.

The hard part for me is I am making progress as is. I admit there are things I could do to make it faster or where I would have been much closer to my goals by now, but can I deal with the sacrifices needed to do it? I have steadily been working things out of my diet as I get more committed to this journey. Diet Cokes are basically gone, beer and margaritas is very limited these days and I no longer eat the crap constantly I used to. Those are big steps for a recovering fat ass. LOL

You try some low carb shakes/bars?

I totally hear you. How much do you want to make yourself and those around you miserable to just cut off how much time to your goals? You'll get there at the rate you are going but it will take longer. And it won't be that much longer I'd guess.

I think cutting out the booze is a big step. I used to love to drink like anyone but have been sober for quite a while. I don't really miss it, too much. I don't miss the hang over mornings. But cutting the crap food is huge. Now you have so muich more of a knowledge base to work with as far as what to eat and when that you are already at a huge advantage.

And my buddy who is a natural pro drinks Diet Coke, so it can't be that bad? He drinks it for the caffeine. And he'd at rare times have a Captain and Diet. I don't drink soda at all. Not since I saw our mechanic degreasing an engine block in a drum full of Coke. I wondered what that did to my insides if it did that to metal. Sweet.

Silver,

You may have addressed this at some point, and I apologize if you have, but do you feel that you need to take MORE MMV2 to get equivalent results to a lower dose of MMV3?

I will say I felt more "ON" using 3 caps of MMV3 per day than 6 caps of MMV2. MMV2 seems pretty mild with the "ON" feeling until I pop 4 of those little red caps pre-workout and unleash the rage. I think part of the appeal for me of MMV3 (I am not an expert) is that due to the bioavaiability of the sublingual application it hit you sooner after the cap disolves. Also, the full body pump of MMV3 at 3 tablets seemed stronger than the MMV2 at a higher dosage.

Interesting. Thanks for that!

Does MMV3 still convert to Stanalone, or is it a different hormone? I know I may be answering a question that you aren't allowed to answer... but I thought I would give it a shot anyway.

The hormone is still the same (one being alpha (MMV3) the other beta (MMV2) - Still trying to figure this out myself); however, the "Metabolism Complex" has been changed a little.

Thanks for asking what I would guess a lot of us are wondering.

We need Eric to answer the theories and science behind this. He is off doing work in Germany for the next few days so when he gets back I'll get him to answer fully. I know he was thinking of mmv3 as more of a mass builder. We will look into getting full 4 week runs on mmv3 logged shortly as well.

I hope I explained what I felt the differences are. I would agree with you on more of the mass building properties of mmv3. I ate good while on cycle and stayed the same weight while dropping an inch in the belly and waist. On mmv2 with a similar type diet (maybe a little more strict) I have dropped 4lbs in the 3 weeks while on cycle.

Are you starting to feel a bit more dense? I started to feel muscle dense during my MMV2. A good feeling to have. That and the endurance I would get from popping them pre work out was awesome. LG nailed that formula. I can't wait to try the version 3 to compare.

And how's the back feeling?

I definately feel way more solid and I am leaning quite nicely. I actually look at myself in the mirror at the gym and feel like I actually resemble someone who works out. I have dropped quite a bit of weight recently, but my chest, shoulders and arms look bigger than they have been before.

I also love the pre-workout aspect of MMV2 and the leaning aspects that I am getting. Tomorrow will be my last day on MMV2 before I step into my T911 PCT. In past cycles of the harsher compunds I was looking forward to PCT after 3-4 weeks. With MMV3 and 2 I have not had any negative sides that have me ready to stop the cycle which make it a winner for me based on what my current goals are.

As for the back, it is better than it has been. I have not scheduled the second injection due to scheduling conflicts, but it should be within the next 2 weeks. Right now, my back is not preventing me from any tasks I need to accomplish.

You are too modest. Resembling someone who works out? You are somebody who kicks that ass everyday and deserves what he has achieved.
And PCT is coming right up. Fast right? I am into mine and feel pretty good. Any H-drol related back pumps are basically gone so I am feeling good.

And hopefully the back can heal up a bit before you need that second shot. As long as you aren't inhibited by it too much then keep on cruising. Stay well my friend.

I agree with you man. There is a moment I think in every guys life, where you are in the gym, look in the mirror and finally feel like you belong. From that point on it's smooth sailing. It's a liberating thought.

The PCT (T911) part of this cycle will blow you away, for me it was almost as good as my actually mmv2 +hdrol cycle, seriously. The pumps were insane! I responded VERY well to T911.

It is a great feeling to know you belond and catch glances of other dudes comparing themselves. I don't work out at a hardcore bodybuilding gym so I actually hold my own with most the people that work out there.

What are the thoughts on T911? Stick to the protocol of 1 caps 2 times per day? I have Glycobol on site, but I plan to save that until after the T911 run. I will probably run REDuction along with T911 to continue progress on my recomp.

The way you all talk about T911 is making me actually excited for my PCT.

I ran it 3 per day for 2 weeks, then 2 per day for 2 weeks. Worked VERY well this way.

Man, if you respond like I did, and everyone else, you will LOVE it.!!! Link to yuor current log?

I'm extremely curious how you will react in PCT, and I'm curious how I will as well. I've got another week on Epidrol, and then it's off to a light PCT using Tamox and T911...Normally my PCT's are loaded.

I know how I do when I use T911 standalone, so I'm anxious to see how I fare in PCT.

We have the same PCT. I'm looking at 24 days of Tamox at 10mg, and bottle dosage of T911. I'm veering away from the 3,000 pill cycle / PCT.

And you're running the same compound/dosage as me, right? A little secret...I'll be bumping to 60mg of epithio on Sunday. :D

That makes my cycle 20/30/30/40/50/60.

Edit: I'll be purchasing some Penetrate; immediately after the PCT I'll be running TD-Formestane.

I'm not planning on going 6 weeks... :)

Are you logging this? I'd ask you how its going, but I'm probably just out of the loop lately.

Its been a solid journey Silver. You killed the hell out of both these products and will continue to knock it out on PCT.

Ya, sorta kinda in my BoC log. I'm not really doing any specific updates, just keeping track of my workouts, some progress photos, and answering any questions that are asked.

It's going pretty well, though, I can tell you that. Once I hit the higher dose of epithio (40mg+) is when I really started noticing body-comp changes. I ran this hormone before and really saw nothing @ 30mg, but I really am digging the higher doses of it. Strength gains aren't really there, but I'm seeing some definite growth. I can actually see change in my triceps, and I NEVER see tricep growth.

Hmm... around week 3 or 4 you noticed the changes? Right now I'm planning 20/30/30/40/40 I think...
