Yes and no. Good news is that I can do cardio. We'll see what happens tomorrow after I do some chest. Here's hoping for more good news.

Narrative:
A lot of information to update you all on. For starters, my back hurts. My back didn't used to hurt. I don't do anything to aggravate my back anymore (heavy squats, deadlifts, overhead presses,) yet I have developed pain in my lower back. I have a disheartening suspicion that it may be due to my chiropractic visits. Anyway, it makes walking, going downstairs, standing up, and other random movements hurt really back in my lower back, left side of spine. I go back on Tuesday, we'll see what he has to say.
Anyway, until today I've been too nervous to even try to run with my back feeling the way it does. I found out that my fear was unwarranted. I had a decent run time tonight.
last time i had back problems it turned out to be high creatinine level, it was causing kidneys to hurt like a beatch. i had been using 10gms of creatine mono. cut it out and felt fine. i never go above 5 gms now and cycle off after a month. don't know if you use creatine-just thought i would throw that out there. great log bob.
Yeah Creatine Mono is a major dehydrator, and puts your kidneys through the ringer if you don't double your water intake. That is the only reason I don't really use the mono unless in something else I am taking. I tend to stick with the CEE, it requires less to get the job done and isn't as hard on the kidneys. I don't take it on any day I take Jack3d or AI Essentials + JC which has a good amount of creatine in it.
good post. gotta look out for each other and share experiences.
For Those Interested:
Pembroke here at AM who is a rep for AnabolicInnovations sent me 3 products to do a taste test on.
Product #1--Orange Flavored Cycle Support: This mixed very easily in about 5 ounces of water. No lumps like I've heard about with the old formula. And it tasted really, really good. I have heard that the old formula wasn't very tasty.
And I love the ingredient profile. I borrowed it long ago to make my own homemade cycle support. ha ha
Product #2--Vanilla Flavored Whey Protein: This also mixed like a dream. Very smooth and creamy texture. And the taste was outstanding!! I really like this one. I advise you guys to try this one out when it comes up for sale.
Product #3--Chocolate Flavored Whey Protein: Naturally this one mixed as well as the Vanilla. But I'm not a big fan of chocolate flavored whey proteins. I LOVE real chocolate. I just haven't found a whey protein that truly tastes like chocolate IMO. But as far as chocolate whey proteins go, this one tasted very good. Compared to other brands that I have tried in the past (and that's a lot of them) this one rates at least an 8 out of 10.
Now, I don't know how much I'm supposed to reveal about the prices and deals on these, but I was very surprised on the deal they're going to offer with a 5lb. tub of the whey proteins. Incredible deals are forthcoming!!
+90 on dips?! :jaw: holy crap! you're the man.:notworthy:
Just wait til '10 man. Gonna be rockin' +115 or +135 with all the fresh meat trolling around the gym in January.
I just want to see all the  faces, cause I'm definitely a not-big.
"definitely a not-big"?
but yea, i always forget about the new years resolutions and the vast amount of hotties it brings...that and spring break bikini times...:biglaugh:
and it's a great new years to all!
New Years through mid-end of Feb are my least favorite times of the year. I can't wait for the resolutioners to peter out and get out of my way. Nothing like not being able to get on machines or find a parking spot. Makes me nuts. Luckily I workout at 4:30 in the morning week days. LOL
It was they just changed it this weekend so they wont open until 5AM so I have to change gyms. AAAAAAGHHHH!wow 4:30 in the AM?!! there're some nights that i have to go to bed just a few hours before that due to school work! sheesh! the gym's at school aren't even open that early...is that a 24 hour gym you got down there?

Narrative:
Got a run in New Years Eve/Day. I didn't get a proper recovery meal in before bed and I suffered all day on the 1st from being carb depleted. It didn't help that I had a mere 35g carbs on New Years Day. Yesterday was better however. In the middle of an 8 day stretch at work which sucks. We let go of someone and now we all have to pick up the slack. Oh well.

Hey Bob, I take magnesium daily with some b vitamins and it keeps those issues at bay for me. Just adds a little moisture to the area but nothing else and the magnesium is very good for muscular speed, coordination and nerves firing the way they should.
