For example, my 01 Saab 9-5 SE has a 3.0L V6 w/ low pressure turbo. Car weighs ballpark of 4k lbs and stock hp ratings were just about 200hp. That adds up to really really sluggish performance. But the torque is above 310 on it at 2500rpm, which completely overcomes that sluggish figure and makes it a rocket of a family sedan. I can launch it to 90mph in less than 10 seconds. Aside from the initial turbo lag off the line, I've raced Mustang GTs and a few Chrysler 300 hemis with it. Lost for the first 100yds off the line, but smoked 'em come quarter mile. :D

No I was busy falling asleep watching Frida. you'd think any movie that had gratuitous Selma Hayek nude and sex scenes would be easy to stay awake through, but not in this example.

G'mornin, AM! Anybody else got anything cool planned today besides me? :D

350-mile bike ride through elk country PA to see some foliage.
Stop @ Denny's Beer Barrel Pub in Clearfield, PA for dinner. I'm going to attempt the 2lb burger challenge. Worse yet, I have another 70-some miles to ride home after eating that!

Nice! Haven't hunted in quite a while. I'm pretty sure that PA has no deer left, or if we do, they've migrated to Philly. :lol: I will be travelling through elk country today, but I sincerely hope not to HIT one!! Can't possibly carry that much meat home on a motorcycle. HA!!
