Shout out to Nutraplanet Customer Service...

Just wanted to let everybody know about my recent order with Nutraplanet and the exemplary customer service I received.

I had a rather large order placed last Wednesday night that arrived in record time (Saturday morning) Unfortunately, one of my bottles of Krillipid Balance was cracked on the bottom and many of the softgels had collected in the box. I emailed Nutraplanet on Sunday explaining my situation and they replied Monday saying they'd ship out another bottle ASAP. Lo and behold a package arrived Tuesday around noon.

Customer Service is not dead my friends. Thanks Nutraplanet for reaffirming why I am a customer!

Nutra always has awesome customer service. They really screwed up the first time I ordered from them. They did an excellent job making everything more than right. I have not shopped elsewhere (If I can help it)
