quick question, im 18 yrs old and 205 lbs. i had shoulder surgery 6 months back and have only been back in the gym for a month. i was pretty good size weighing 210 doing 3x10 incline bench 305. i feel like i just cant get back there. i usually just take a pre workout product or a creatine with protein of course. but what do yall think of me taking something like havoc or 3-AD. i dont want major side affects. so what do yall think?

knock it off. its just your mind telling you that where you were is where you s/b. and that my friend is what we refer to as crap. if your shoulder heals properly, you will me back to that weight and more soon enough. if it does not heal properly, well, who knows. another surgery will set you back again. besides you have more natty test in your body right now than you might think. a compound like you mentioned will do little for you. and quite honestly, you don't need it either. if your honest with yourself, you will probably come to this realization anyway, more than likely, you already have. try and be patient. your not 82 years old.....you've got a long time still in the marathon of life. your body will remember what 210lbs. feels like, its a remarkable machine that does not forget weight, just the muscle becomes untrained and needs to get back to where it was.......and beyond

you do know that the majority of injuries while on cycle is because tendon strength doesn't increase as fast as muscle strength? add surgery and weaker tendons on top of that and you can really get in trouble fast.
