11 pm a Grey's penis

Go to a hippie store and pick up a pound of organic raw macadamias, and cashews, and start eating them between meals.

Ya, If they are the ones I'm thinking of... I bought a big box of them once for my son to take with him to school for lunch and I would snag one every now and then as a snack and one day while I was eating them, I looked at the ingredients and was like DAAAAAYYYUUUUMN thats alot of sh*t!!

i'm stuck at 192-194. i think i am going to up my cals again by 500. any suggestions? something easy and tasty. preferably a morning food.

Get a quart of heavy cream and add an oz or two to each of your shakes (not PWO though). That's ~100-200 cals of fat and is easily hidden in your milk based shake.

Or take a shot of EVOO 2 or 3 times a day. Each TB is ~120 cals of good fat.

update:
like i said earlier, weight hasn't changed much. but when i look in the mirror, i'm definitely bigger, and i'm leaining out which is kinda odd. i figured i'd be putting on fat rather than losing it on this cycle. i don't think i'm holding hardly any water, which will be nice when i come off the dbol in a week as i won't see the numbers on teh scale drop. my strength is still going up steadily - i'm the strongest i've ever been right now. acne is starting to pop up on my forehead which sucks cause i have some job interviews lined up for next week. i went and bought some new dress clothes though so i'm stoked about that. lookin sharp baby! oh yeah libido and mood are at an all time high as well.

things I eat between meals: raw unsalted nuts, 1%milk, bear naked granola, whey protein, any combination of the above listed.

sfear, if youre leaning out id suggest adding carbs to your meals, like the tuna "meals"....on second thought **** it! eat what you want, clean bulks suck ass anyway. Ectopower all the way Fatties!

I buy like two big cans of tuna (in water). Mix in a bowl with different things. Usually chopped celery, onions, green pepper, red pepper, spinach, etc. Then add just enough light mayo to get it to stick. Its basically tuna salad but use minimal mayo. Good with cottage cheese or on bread.

I agree tho, eating clean is 20x as much work. I try to only eat at restaurants once or twice a week so that way it can be my cheat meals. otherwise its such a hassle and usually unattractive to order clean stuff off the menu. I can just about never get clean carbs except for breakfast time
 
weight is 192. this is my last week of dbol. i need some advice for this forearm/tendonitis pain i've got going on. i think its from my grip i'm using on the heavier weights. fvckers seem to start getting slippery when you start going heavier. anywho, the pain is on my outer forearm/elbow and moves up toward the bottom of my outer tricep. thats on both arms. my left arm has a pain on the inside of my elbow and lower bi. its frustrating because the muscle strength to move the weight is there, but the tendons seem to be lacking. i know this happens because the muscle grows faster than the tendons do. i've been megadosing cissus in the morning and at night before i go to bed (1 teaspoon both times). should i bump that up?

i'll be incorporating igf into my cycle as soon as i can so hopefully that will help. any other advice?

as soon as I felt a little bicep tendonitis, I just avoided bicep work for the week, and used 2 full doses of oratropin.. feels better already.
 
in my experience its either from some crazy forearm pumps due to certain types of gear or.....its simply overtraining. Cut down on using those muscles and see if it goes away. I know how it feels and it really sucks and hurts!

its like a double edged sword. it sucks because i feel like i'm wasting my time on but i guess i'm doing myself no good as it is if i can't give 110%

I would say everyday,but my sh*t is bananas so sometimes that makes results different.
 
not exactly. i'm definitely going to be using igf, toremifene, and dermacrine sustain. i don't think i'm going to use an ai. other possiblities include drive and retain 2.
