Yeah, I did have a teenager come by asking to shovel. But they were asking $60! I mean, I'm all for being industrious, but that seemed way too much. I remember when charging $15-20 seemed like a lot of money as a kid!
Was supposed to WO yesterday, but due to kid's activities, ended up having to forego training. Took my son to Dave & Busters instead for a little quality father/son time. Been struggling a bit at home personally. Things are just off a bit, a little stressful. Can't put my finger on it. Just trying to be as reflective as possible, while keeping the self sabotage habits at bay. Want to try to practice more gratitude.
One more random thought, then back to the point of this log. I've been feeling one dimensional lately. Don't get me wrong, I love lifting and talking shop with anyone who will listen. But I think I need to pick up a new hobby, topic, etc. to be more well-rounded. Not sure what that will be yet, but just a random musing.

First two sets an increase in reps by 1 since last week.
Bench is definitely feeling stronger. Is it the slingshot, the Bench exercises twice per week, Pepti-Plex, MOAB, who knows? Maybe a combo of all the things and I'll take it! Needed a win this AM and got it.
