Bench press, warm up x10
155x5x5 - last two sets were a bit tough, unsure how my next bench session will go. I find it hard to remember what set I'm on when I use the same weight for more than 2 or 3 sets...
Then realized I was supposed to do 7 sets...
Accessory lifts, chest/shoulders:
DB flys 3x10
Finished last two sets of bench...
DB laterals 3x12
Upright rows 3x8
Pre: 2 scoops Kraken
Intra: Same as yesterday
