Was ready to get back in the gym after the weekend of rest days.

Rear foot elevated DB split squats x 30 sec planks, x6 - decreased weights, x10,10
I can tell that my strength or alignment here is off when I have my left foot forward, as I tilt slightly. Will need to work on some isolaterals on this side to correct.
Finished with lots of stretching and some hip thrusts.

Intra: Ran out of Tango, so switched up to a tub of V1tal1ty I've had for a while. Basically creatine, betaine, phosphatidyl serine. So, 1 scoop Amino Infusion, MOAB, Canteen, V1tal1ty, Cluster Bomb.
Got an early xmas present for the gym, a power tower. SportsRoyal is the brand if anyone's interested. It's in a million pieces, so I'll post up when I have it set up. But should allow for dips, pull ups, leg raises, push ups. Will pick up a pulley system and that should cover a lot of my bases.
