Got a clean bill of health from the doc, got a full body massage to loosen up the knots in my back and tightness in my quads. Time to lose the dad bod. Beast mode.

Pre: 1 scoop Kraken, 2 g fermented leucine, 2 caps Amentomax.
Intra: 1 scoop Xtend Endure
Post: 1 scoop myProtein Boston Creme Pie
Edit: Forgot that Kraken doesn't have creatine, added in 2 g of Creatrona to intra about halfway through. Will likely do this on W/O days and use Vital1ty on off days.
