Ok so i decided to go Ahead and start this. I'm nt trying to prove anything to anyone but myself. Bodybuilding for me is a competition- a war- with myself.

I am 245lbs@16% 6'0 tall

I am currently trimming down

Macros.

Protein300-350
Carbs 100
Fat 80

I train 6x a week
Cardio 6x a week.

Don't worry about what I'm taking- its not much. Let's just say I found my niche when it comes to my body.

Yeah, gained some nice muscle my last bulk- once the fat comes off it will look nice I think. I want to compete in amateurs in 2014 we will see
 
Nice job Schwell curious to see how test p and winny treat you what's your dosages looking like? And you blast and cruising correct? Great lats man and killer quads
 
Not revealing doses. There has been far to much controversy in the past over my dosing. I just want to make this a constructive productive log.
But I will say its nothing to insane. Keep in mind I want to compete in 2014 so my doses are higher than a recreational user.

Hit some biceps too.


Went bak and did 4.5 miles cardio
 
Depends on your source. The lab I use is best I have ever used. Top notch stuff. Not much pip from his test p

But I used another labs test p and it was almost crippling.

If they make it right it ain't to bad

600mg NPP
60mg dbol
6iu HGH
And insulin

When I am down to single digits I will cruise and flush my system. Then I'm going to really work the muscle groups that are lagging such as the traps and rear delts

Calves are lagging too
 
Ok fine. I'm on a gram of test prop 50mg Winstrol a day and 75mg TNE per workout
 
I'm thinking of running tren along side the nandrolone. I know many people who have done it. My unit will be so fried, but it's my pre contest bulk- so I need to pack as much muscle while staying lean a I can

I love taking deca or npp with my tren, always works great, screws with my right nipple, but love it anyways haha
 
Will have caber in me as well as aromasin.

Today is chest and abs

Last two weeks I have been doing serious volume
Like 20-30 reps per set.

Taking it down to twelve and upping weight a bit today.

Diet is on point I'm hydrated time to hit up some TNE and crush the gym

Sub'd. Only done orals and am curious about the other side. Will follow. Been researching for a couple of years and want to watch your progress. You're already huge so should be interesting.

Also, H4 is trashy but I'm playing it anyway.

Ok I think I tweaked my forearm tendon. It is way right to the point of painful. Needles to say I will be skipping back and biceps next week to give that some healing. If I actually tear it- I'm screwed.


So today is triceps and shoulders with some calf work. I will be posting pics in 3-4 days of my first weeks progress.

Ok so I went to the gym anyways and worked around the tendons. Still had a great work out it was triceps and shoulders.

Just got done doing 3.75 miles of cardio.
Tomorrow is a much needed rest day. Body is feeling tired must listen.

I think my midsection has tightened up a bit as well as my chest. Either way this is just getting started

Angle and poses are a little diff same with lighting


I think I see minimal change in the last picture. I would do the pics every 2 weeks so you don't drive yourself crazy

If you do weeklys and hardly see change it may force you to over diet and drop cals too quickly.
 
In fo sho.. Wheels are beefy. Not a whole lotta fat on ya.. Looks more like ya got a distended stomach.. Trying to get ripped?
