To be honest, when I first saw this thread I thought it was a thread about Schwellington's back. I was like wow....typical schwell.

In my personal opinion the only difference in the pics is it looks like you have an upper body pump in the first and not in the second and third pic.

Not to sound like a dck as I know and see your dedication and clear goals I think your body fat is a bit high I hit that low mark in 10 weeks.

10-12 is doable but from 15 to 10 then from 10 to 5 is a whole new ball game then from going from 20-25 all the way down

Start t3 on the low side. I'd recommend a product that uses kaempferol and a mangostin in high doses to aid with the t3 and calorie wasting

I'd also look into aged black garlic extract as studies show it may cause cell death in fat cells

Don't cut cals to drastically

I will check all those things out. And I'm on low t3 don't Want to loose muscle

Well it is only a week in. I think I'm going to do pics every two weeks

It increases protein synthesis so up that protein 300+ is where it's at for growth and leanness for me
