Im jealous of the genetic freaks I know that can eat McDonald's day in and day out yet still have coconut shoulders and a six pack. Those guys are few and far between though. Most guys who can do that usually have the genetics to be pro athletes. There are a lot of articles out there about what a freak Julius peppers is athletically and how he basically only eats Oreos, potatoe chips and eats only out of vending machines.

Worked a 12 hour shift but it was an off day still had time to go to the gym and do cardio for a half hour.
Started dosing t3 today@25mcg
Tomorrow I will lift in the am and dose 25mcgs and then cardio in PM and dose another 25mcgs

Using exemastane@ 12.5 mgs


Test @ 900mgs/week



Tomorrow is chest, my glycogen stores are completely empty due to KETO. Which means pure fat burning. I will be attempting something like high intensity and high volume the next 5 days before I carb up. Weight is dropping slowly which is good

Not to be a dick but now that you leaned out did you gain any muscle size? It's obviously a terrible picture to judge anything but I don't see much difference in muscle size from the start.
 
I did live to lift picture is terrible lol arms are up an inch- chest is up 2.35 inches back is up 2 inches and quads are up 3 inches (they grow the fastest)
